Uncertain hot water supply

Location

Hot water did not flow automatically when you turned on tap. It seems you had to push buttons on hot water heater but there was no house manual and ItalianFlat did nothing when we asked for help. They just ignored us. I would want to be there in cold weather!

Da incubo!!!

Ottima posizione vicino al centro storico di Verona.

Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto un benvenuto piuttosto singolare, in quanto abbiamo trovato residui di legno sul letto e sul tavolo presenti nel soggiorno del piano inferiore provenienti dal tetto marcio e tempestato di migliaia di piccoli fori riconducibili alla presenza di tarme. Condizione, questa, da rendere impossibile l'utilizzo del predetto piano inferiore e quindi di metà appartamento. Per non parlare del tocco di arredamento dato dalla presenza di molteplici ragnatele sparpagliate qua e là per tutto l'appartamento. Inoltre, la polvere presente sul mobilio generale e sul pavimento faceva ben pensare ad una "pulizia" (se così si può definire) certamente non avvenuta il giorno del nostro arrivo. Anche se il gestore ha giustificato il marciume e i fori del tetto con la presenza di "lavori" da cantiere, alla fine abbiamo ottenuto un cambio di appartamento per la seconda notte del nostro soggiorno e un rimborso per la prima notte.

Il nostro viaggio a Verona ☺️

Appartamento ideale per coppia o per più persone, il nostro viaggio è stato di appena due giorni, non abbiamo avuto il tempo di sfruttarlo al massimo. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile , il check in è stato effettuato tramite il loro sito rapido e funzionale . L'appartamento è situato a pochi minuti a piedi da piazza delle erbe , e da tutte le attrazioni principali .

Goid location, lift was a bonus, spacious and having 2 bathrooms was great.

It was close to the Arena, markets, shopping and good coffee.

There was no plugs for the sinks or tea towels, the air conditioners did not work and it was hot in the apartment at night.

this apartment was in a great location within an easy walk to historical sites, restaurants etc.

In a great location and it was quite large and quiet.

it lacked basic items in an apartment for a short stay. no information about where to put rubbish on exit. staff were not contactable when we had a problem with the apartment.

A great visit

Great location, Check in & host was excellent ( use Whatsapp) It was very welcoming to have a friendly host to let us into apartment. For a family of 5 I can recommend this apartment- Especially Clean & comfortable !

The Kitchen facilities were minimal. ( Also the kitchen oven was dirty & some plates weren’t all clean however this is a reflection on past guests as the instructions clearly state please keep kitchen clean and wash after yourself)

Nice small flat with great location.

The location. It is in the heart of the city with 2 minutes walking distance to the Piazza Erbe. The staff was very kind and helpful. We stayed in January, and heating was satisfactory.

The sink in the bathroom was clogged up. And there were no soap. The heater's boiler was making a little noise, which is neglectable during the day but annoying if you are still awake in the middle of the night.

Very cozy italian style flat

Perfect location, very quiet, clean and comfortable place. Recommending for few nights stay. Has washing machine which was a lifesaver

Fantastic apartment in a great location

Really well equipped, spacious apartment in a beautiful palazzo in the heart of Verona. They have thought of everything!!!

top location. short walk to the arena and lots of great attractions and restaurants. very quiet.

broken toilet seats. broken stove. not very clean. staff was very friendly but not especially responsive.

the property was in a very good location, ideal for getting around the historic city

The apartment was quite basic. When we arrived the apartment was dirty in places, hairballs in the corner of rooms, black dirt over the kitchen table, dust. Toilet seats were broken as was the drain in the shower. We had requested a cot but didn’t receive one. Check in was in a building down the road, not ideal with three kids, suitcases and bags and a pram. We had to get the taxi to the office and then try and carry everything up the road to the apartment. It was very hot, and although the apartment advertises air conditioning, it is only in two rooms, not the whole apartment. One bedroom was so hot it was unusable for part of the stay (heatwave!). We ended up having our three kids all sleeping in the same bed as us in the air conditioned room as it was the only option! We did message the property asking if they had any fans and alerting them to the cleaning issues but had no reply.

We enjoyed a lot the stay and the great location of the apartment.

Great location (being able to walk within 15 minutes to most historic places in the city). Great apartment, new and clean. Excellent value for a short or long stay in Verona. The apartment has the basic things to cook breakfast and other meals, if this is the choice.

Internet access and connection could have been better (though this seems to be an overall issue in Verona, as mobile connection is not stable across the city). Remember to request internet connection details when getting the keys.

The location was great. The apartment was clean and bedrooms were spacious.

Not many tools in the kitchen, if you want to cook. Kitchen/dining space not very big for 6 people. Air conditioning missing in one bedroom.

A lovely apartment in the centre of town

The apartment was large and beautifully converted.very central & easy to get everywhere.loads of restaurants shops on the doorstep.there are a few steps into the building but then there is a small lift.kitchen has plenty of utensils etc & there are plenty of towels etc

The Aircon was not great but the weather was exceptionally hot.we bought a fan for the bedroom so were ok.there are 3 steep steps into the kitchen (I have mobility issues)but my friends had no problems.

Great location in a spacious clean apt! Rather than being in a small 15 hotel room, this 100sqm place had a berlin feel.
