Located on Perdido Key, Florida. Gorgeous, freshly painted 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a penthouse feel. Located on the top floor with an elevator and oversize L shaped balcony for your convenience and pleasure. Wonderful Gulf views from the living room or balcony that will relax you and yours. The perfect master bedroom has a glorious king size bed and TV/DVD/WIFI. Adorable bunk beds are located in the hallway alcove for added sleeping. The spacious unit has a well stocked kitchen to meet all your needs and then some. A washer and dryer are included as well as an iron/board for your convenience. The living room is furnished comfortably so you can enjoy your TV/DVD/CABLE/WIFI. Any questions welcomed 850\418\4233
It is a gated complex with free parking, located on the beach side, with 2 large pools, 2 hot tubs, BBQ's, picnic tables, gazebo, and a wonderful library. All this with a 3 minute walk on a private boardwalk to sugar-white beaches. PARADISE!

It is centrally located near great shopping, dining, golf courses, zip lining, parasailing, and other water sports. The fabulous NAS, the Naval Museum is 5 minutes away.

Fran is amazing! 25 stars isn’t enough! First thing if you go to other places and they all use Roku and you’re a YouTubeTv subscriber Fran has YouTubeTV available it was college baseball time! WiFi spot on, views spot on, close to everything spot on, recommendations spot on! Fran has thought of everything and covered everything! Enjoy your stay as we enjoyed ours tremendously! I need brand of mattress as well, very comfortable! #uswebworx loved the stay! Lillian’s Pizza and Beach Buzz were our favorite restaurants! Lasagna at Beach Buzz wow! Garlic Knots at Lillian’s worth it! Remember to tip your servers! Just book it! God Bless!

This place was so great! Fran is a wonderful host. The place was in excellent condition, close proximity to the beach, not crowded at all when we were there( first week of June). Perdido Key is a quiet area with nice people and good restaurants close by. Also only about 30 min drive to the Naval Air Museum which is a must see!

My family with my wife and two kids stayed at Fran's place for a week of fun in the sun late winter 2024. We had stayed in another unit in the same building a couple years back and overall had a good experience and mostly knew what to expect. Fran communicated with us before our arrival that she would meet us at the condo to give us a quick intro tour and to hand off the keys since the keyless entry wasn't working. This was quick and easy and Fran was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area and gave some good local restaurant recommendations. Later in the week Fran contacted me that her friend would come and install a new keyless entry lock which was welcome and worked well upon our arrival back to the unit. Overall the unit was clean and in great condition. A couple small unclean items we found included a microwave food cover that had some oil and food pieces on it and the coffee pot still had some coffee in it. Not a huge deal and everything else was clean. The king bed was very comfortable. The bunk beds had older mattresses and thinner pillows but kids slept well. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals all week long. The best parts about this property are the on-site pool and hot tub that our kids loved, the proximity to miles of seemingly endless white sand beach, and being a good central location between the things to do and places to eat. Thank you Fran for the hospitality and knowledge and letting us stay at your condo!

First off Fran was right there when we arrived and made us feel very welcomed.The condo is very nice and the balcony was a real bonus. The pool was right below us but still very peaceful. The beach was a short 3min walk. The community was nice not a ton of people everywhere. If you wanted to go somewhere like Pensacola or Orange Beach its just a short drive. Can't wait to come back!

The condo was perfect for our needs. Location was great, very well equipped and stylishly decorated. The extended balcony was the best for breakfast, afternoon reading and evening cocktails. Host was very quick to respond and had many recommendations for dining and attractions. Comfortable king bed is much appreciated. We look forward to returning.

Fran's place was perfect for us. Very comfortable and well-provisioned with towels and dishes and such. The condo felt very homey. The balcony is huge and overlooks the pool, but being on the 4th floor pool noise was not a factor. Neither the pool not the beach were ever very crowded. Would love to visit again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The condo is more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The king size bed is very comfortable. We loved the quite low key neighborhood. The beach was a very short walk away. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread across the sand without being within elbow reach. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay! The condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked with amenities. It truly felt like home away from home. Had we brought them, our kids would have been thrilled with those bunk beds! Just short walk down a path to a beautiful beach. It's also very close to Johnson Beach, which is absolutely gorgeous.

Mrs. Ortiz was super nice!!! She greeted us at the property and gave us a short tour. The pictures doesn't do this property justice. Its amazing!!! My girls enjoyed themselves and my dad enjoyed it as well. If we ever make plans to come back to Perdido Keys we will book this property again :)

It was great big outside porch over pool with view of ocean. The condo was beautiful and clean and very comfortable. Fran greeted us as we arrived and told us to call her if we needed anything which we didnt because the condo had everything you would need. Would definitely rent from Fran again and hope to soon. Short walk to beach and nice and peaceful place with grills picnic area just a great place to stay. Highly recommended..

Fran was a delight! We were late arriving and she met us at the property to show us everything. The large balcony is very accommodating and the view of the water is great! The condo was clean and decorated nicely. Pretty much everything you would need is provided. The 4 of us were comfortable and it was big enough that we didn’t feel crowded. We had a wonderful time and we will be back!

Our stay began with being welcomed by Fran herself! She is so sweet!! My favorite part is probably the L shaped balcony. It felt so roomy and the view was pretty fantastic! We often sat out there with coffee or an evening cocktail. The condo is beautifully furnished and has everything you would need and more! The really short walk to the beach was nice! We came in to Perdido Key on the edge of the outer bans of Barry, so the beach was fabulous and gorgeous to watch! It was breezy enough to sit and watch the water or walk along the sand (We couldn't go in the water for the first couple of days --double red flags!) very comfortably!! The complex also had a nice pool and hot tub. We did get to go to the Blue Angels show and dine at many fine restaurants for dinner each night. Thank you Fran for sharing your beautiful condo with us---we are looking forward to returning in the future hopefully!!

We loved this rental. The beach is just a couple of minutes away and not crowded. The balcony was huge and offered space for our ocean toys as well as a view of the water. Fran is so nice and easy to reach with questions about the local restaurants and things to do.
