We had a great stay. If you are looking for great place walking distance to the gondola this is your spot. Great host and the perfect stay. We will definitely book again.

We are three families of 4, with 18 month old, teens, and every decade represented thru 60’s. All loved the location. Was hard to tell online how many bathrooms but three full good sized bathrooms, comfortable beds and nice size Family room, plus random side room with seating that proved awesome space for 18mo old to play. (Didn’t notice the Nintendo in there til too late!) . Also shuttle is like Uber and picks up at your front door in less than 3-5 minutes every time. Can definitely ski in, ski out just requires going up a small hill to the catwalk. No problem. Communication from host was awesome, texted us snow report and when there were fireworks at night. Definitely recommend.

It was good. We made it great though.
When someone random shows up in your living room while your hanging out that's not cool. We had to ask for batteries for the t.v. remote and toilet paper which we had to go buy since there was hardly any in there for 10 people and they did bring those but then we had no extra trash bags just the one provided and the next person just walks in isn't cool. Scared us half to death. Thank goodness it was a woman that time but man very scary.

Great house but some things to know
This was a great house for our group of 10. The house is very family friendly! But there were a few things that would have really improved the experience. Our goal for this trip was to hit the slopes. Being unfamiliar with the area, a map of where to get on the lifts would have been helpful. It advertises walking distance to the gondola but which one? We never made our way to the Waldorf one, couldn’t find it. So we probably walked out of our way to the one we could see. By the last day we also realized you could actually walk straight to the orange bubble lift. That was really easy!
We were excited to use the hot tub at the complex but also - had no idea where it was and it was too cold to be fumbling around building to building to find it.
The property itself must have an odd location or the way it links to GPS. The check in instructions confirm this by telling you X is the property address, but give X address so they can find it on a map. This was a good tip for our shuttle driver but made pizza delivery and instacart delivery a nightmare. Just a heads up!
Speaking of instacart - we did have to place an order bc the house was lacking a few things that were important to us. There were no tissues and that’s a must in the dry winter air, there wasn’t enough TP for the duration of our stay and # of people (and no tissues), no napkins, and no paper towels. One of the remotes also had no batteries. So while not a deal breaker it was def annoying - especially w the paper products. So if you’re ordering grocery pick up from the nearby Smiths, add some paper towels to your cart!
Some things to know:
- house has a crock pot!
- blow dryers!
- washer & dryer
- boot storage by front door
- the coffee pot is a drip pot with regular filters - not the cone ones
- lots of spices available
- well stocked kitchen (utensils, knives, scissors, etc)
- many of the bathrooms are Jack and Jill and a couple of the bedrooms have their own sink and vanity. That was really nice!
- really appreciated the humidifiers
- lots of extra blankets
We would definitely stay here again!

Great Home for Multiple Families
We were overall very pleased with this property (my family of 5 plus our family friends stayed here over New Years). There were lots of warm blankets, toys for the kids and a laundry room stocked with extras too. (our 11 year old loved sleeping in the loft). My only negative was there was lacking information about the property at check in which caused us to have to call the property manager for more information several times. It seems like a simple thing that all properties have a welcome binder or book of some kind with information about the home. While a few bits of information were provided in an email, there were many other things that we didn't know about (bus service to lifts, code for hot tub, information about lifts and runs, etc. etc.). I think adding this would have made our stay even better and hope that they do this for future guests. Overall, we were happy with our stay but would have appreciated better communication.

Nice quiet location. Very clean and had all the immunities we expected.
The house was great.. clean and spacious. The only bad things were the wfi instruction were not correct. We never did get it working. The wifi name was never listed to choose from. Internet TV worked, but no wifi connection for computer or phones. They need to update this. The other negative thing was only two parking passes were available and we had people from all over so we had 6 cars. We were all given a warning ticket the first night and then we put notes on our windows the second night that stated guest of 5A and the check out date. We didn't get ticketed after that. A five bedroom house should have more than 2 parking permits available. There was a ton of parking spaces available, that was not a problem. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great rental experience. Very nice property!
This is a spacious property with updated remodeling and warm, welcoming atmosphere and furnishings. We were five couples, and the bedroom layout was great for us. We just happened to rent at a time when construction improvements were being made to water main, etc, which detracted a little from the serene setting, but that will obviously be a temporary situation. The property management was very responsive to our questions, and our overall experience was very enjoyable.

Great stay for larger group or family
We enjoyed our stay for the Labor Day weekend. The unit itself was very nice and comfortable. It featured a lot of amenities, good spaces and convenient access. The lower rooms and some elements of the house could use some updating. Parking lots and roads were under construction while we were there so parking was very limited but not a huge issue. It was nice having the whole structure so you weren't bothering or being bothered by direct neighbors. Back deck and porches look out to the pond which was nice. We loved the Foosball table and the second living space. Kitchen is a little cramped but decently equipped. Overall a great unit.

Great location, lots of room
Check in with Jaymee was very easy, and she was most accommodating. The house was perfect size for our family of 7. It was so easy to walk to the frostwood gondola, even with the 4 year old in our group. Plus, we rented skis at Aloha, and they stored them every night for us. It made skiing so much less of a hassle! I can’t say enough about how much we love this area!
We never did cook at the house, except for breakfast, but it was very well stocked had we chosen to. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 for cleanliness was because the kitchen “pantry” needs a little sorting through and organizing, and also some of the glassware had lipstick stains. But maybe that’s just a dishwasher issue, as it seemed to be a little older. The rest of the house was spotless. Bedding was very comfortable.
All in all, we LOVED the house, and hope to make it back next year for our ski trip!

Three Family Get Together
Three families stayed in this large property. Lots of room, plenty of space for the kids. Decor was cute and comfortable. Have to walk to the lift, a bit far for kids with skis, so ended up driving to the lot nearby. We got over 2 feet of snow during our stay and were cozy and comfortable - had a blast and the skiing was top notch!

Successful short company gathering
Perfect gathering spot for our group to meet, recreate, travel to and from with ease. Highly recommend.

The Canyons - Property ID 4331217
Our family really enjoyed our stay at the property. It really worked out well with living space and bedrooms. Everyone was complimentary, and said they would stay there again. The kids loved the loft! The swimming pool was a hit as well. Just a couple of housekeeping suggestions. We had to purchase garbage bags as there were no extras. Also, the back sliding door screen by the kitchen kept falling off and we were continually resetting it in place. A bit of a nuisance. But we had a great experience - thanks!

Great place for a large family in Park City
This home worked well for the 9 of us. It was clean and close to everything we needed. Two good living rooms. 5 good bedrooms and a large deck. The only drawback was that you can hear anyone walking around upstairs when you are downstairs in 1 of the 4 downstairs bedrooms. Nothing too bad because the kids went to bed early and the adults went to bed about the same time. Overall a nice place to stay

Perfect place for a family
This property was very comfortable and clean. We had kids ranging from 3 months to 16 years of age. There was plenty of space for the adults and kids. The loft was a fun bonus for 2 of the kids. We loved the deck over looking the pond! The deck served as a comfortable space from morning to evening with plenty of seating. All of the beds and linens were very comfortable. The property manager was prompt with communication. We will return without a doubt.

We loved our stay in Park City! This 5 bedroom place had plenty of room for my family. My kids loved the bunk beds. It was an amazing location close to the ski resort. We hope to stay again next year. Thanks for some great memories!

2nd year here
This was our second year staying here over the holidays. Great house in great location. The updates made earlier this year were a nice plus as well. Highly recommend.

This home is the perfect accommodation for multiple families to share an experience.
Our family group of 14 was very comfortable in this property. Plenty of bed space, a kitchen which opens to the great room as well as a separate “kids” room or in our case “poker” room provided all the necessary space to be together yet spread out. The Christmas tree and decorations were exactly what we needed to feel “at home”. The wood makes it feel very “rustic” and “mountainous” while the decor is comfortable clean and tasteful. Proximity to canyon village was great for the flexibility of everyone’s ski or boarding schedules. Would definitely book this property again for a large group. Ali, the property manager, was great to work with!

Canyons Cedar Village Unit 5 - Park City, UT
We really enjoyed our stay. Our group size was 9; 5 adults and 4 children. We had plenty of space with four bedrooms having adequate space for couples. All four children slept in one bedroom equipped with two bunk beds. Very spacious and comfortable. Great second living area was perfect for the kids.
The home is a bit dated and could use some upgrades (carpet, couches, bedding, etc.). Also, the lighting was poor in many bedrooms.
The distance to/from the Canyons ski base and/or to the Cabriolet lift was not as close or convenient as listed in the property ad. The walk to both was approximately 10 minutes each. To the ski base, it is all uphill. Not at all convenient when carrying ski boots, etc. I wish the ad was more accurate so we would have planned accordingly.
Overall, we were happy with the property and the price. Would consider staying there again.

Super spacious! Room for all!
This was a great house!! It had plenty of room for our crew. The rooms are nice and big and we loved the separate living rooms. The kids were able to enjoy themselves in their own little area while we congregated in the bigger living room. The deck is amazing and has plenty of furniture to enjoy the view! We slept 14 of us comfortably in the bedrooms and the two twin beds on the loft. There are also 2 couches and a love seat. The kids loved the window seats and a couple of them slept there. There are window seats in each bedroom and in the two living rooms. With 3 bathrooms and separate sinks in a couple of the rooms, we had no waiting for bathroom use when we all got ready to go. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets. We utilized The crockpot, coffee maker and toaster. I loved The fact that there were only 2 Tv's I the whole place (one in each living room area). This limited the ability for members of our crew to isolate in bedrooms and forced actual interaction with each other. The water was not very warm for showers and the propane was out, so our plans for grilling were deterred. Alison did offer to bring propane during our stay, but we no longer needed it. I think the only thing thay could make this better was if it had a hot tub on the deck. The hot tub was down by some other condos in the complex. It was still very nice though. It just would be nice to have one on the deck. We really enjoyed our stay!! We will look to stay again next year.

Nice home, nice location, not very clean
The house was nice, the location was great, but it was not very clean. There were greasy, dirty finger prints on all the windows, it just looks like it needs a deep, thorough cleaning. We were happy with the place, but it needs some work.

It was a delight to be the first guest at the CCC. What a pleasant accommodation it is, spacious, comfortable and well-appointed in every aspect. There are plenty of window seats for snuggling up with a good book and pleasant view, an easy kitchen to use, a huge deck for taking in the fresh air and great guest suites. Feeding the ducks right off the deck was an added joy. Shopping and dining were nearby, as well as many places for easy walks or challenging hiking. Thank you!

I normally don't write reviews but this place stood out. It is a large one of a kind condo with plenty of open space to spread out in a great floor plan very close to the ski lifts. The owners and management were very responsive to our requests which is a big deal to us. I can't think of a better fall vacation and would love to come back in the winter to ski largely in part to the enjoyable we had in this well equipped and clean condo.
