Is a 1bedroom unit with queen size bed, living room with queen size sleep-sofa, full kitchen, WiFi and flat-screen TV.
Great location, we are steps away from Lido Beach, few minute walk from St.Armands circle, a short drive to downtown Sarasota, and Marina Jacks.
The Sarasota Bayrunner Trolley, is free and easy which loops through Lido Key, St. Armands circle, and Downtown sarasota. Nearby are great restaurants, cafes, exclusive boutiques, quiet side roads for jogging, cycling, or walking.
We happily provide some basic amenities to help you pack light:
Fresh linens- including bedding, blankets, and towels. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided to get you started. Basic cleaning supplies -dish soap and kitchen towels. Beach accessories: 2 beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella.
Parking space: each unit is provided TWO parking spaces.
We have an outdoor common area, which is shared with all other units. It has a Gazebo, with a charcoal grill, outdoor seating, and outdoor hot showers.
Laundry units are on site.

Love the location. This unit had everything we needed making our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the private outside area. Debbie was very attentive/helpful. We are encouraging our family and friends to choose a Playa Lido unit. Looking forward to next time!

Just what we were looking for

My daughter and I enjoyed everything about this cozy, clean home. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, easy access to beach. We had Publix deliver a few groceries and used Uber to and from airport. No car rental needed for our 4 night stay. Walked to St Armand’s Circle for shopping and a couple of nice dinners. Eleanora was super accommodating, allowing us a late checkout. We wouldn’t change a thing about our trip!

My wife and I stayed 18 days and loved it. Perfect location. One block from Lido Beach, short walk to St Armand's Circle. Nice quiet location. Eleanor was an excellent host. She responded to text messages immediately. We were able to arrive a little early and check out a little late. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Small shower but nice hot water. Kitchen appeared to be well stocked with utensils though we only made breakfast. Smart TV with Netflix, Xfinity, and other apps loaded. Washer and dryer available for use in common area. We plan to be back next year.

In early January I rented Playalido #4. This little beach house was wonderful for our short stay. It has a fun beachy vibe with plenty of space for a small family. The kitchen and dinning area had plenty of room. The bed and bath worked fine. My kids slept on the pull-out couch in the living room without issue. Also, the lofted "bonus space" was a perfect kids play area! Playalido is we'll located with easy access to Lido Beach and St. Armands Circle. Additionally, Eleonora was great to deal with and made check-in/check-out a breeze. I would stay here again.

My second stay here, and it was great once again. The location and proximity to the beach (5 minute walk) can't be beat, and Eleonora was a wonderful host. If I had a concern or a problem, she was on it right away. A perfect place to get away to and decompress - I'll be back! Thanks, Eleonora!

This was the perfect rental for our anniversary trip. Loved that it was a little over a block to the beach and a short 15 minute walk to St. Armand’s Circle. They provided everything we needed for a fun day at the beach. We very much loved going for runs in the morning exploring the area, driving up the coast, going to the beautiful Lido Beach and dining out. Highly recommend!

We had just a small hiccup upon arrival with the door code but the owner was quick to respond and we were on our way. Great cozy location super close to beach and the circle. Great because parking near the circle is crazy expensive. Very safe neighborhood for walking at night. The unit was clean and we felt safe tucked back away from the road. My only suggestion would be to provide a larger trash can in kitchen area and extra toilet paper and paper towels. We went to the Publix to purchase toilet paper and trash bags which I found strange were not provided- may have been an issue with house keeping. Lovely stay with beach chairs and umbrella provided. We will definitely be back for another stay. I highly recommend.

Great location, close to the beach, the unit is cute and functional. The bed is not comfortable however, a better mattress would really help. A couple of ceiling fans would be a plus. Overall a very nice weekend.

We had such a wonderful time at this property. We were just a block away from the beach. The property allowed us to have beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler! Everything you need for a relaxing and quiet stay. We also made great use of the outdoor grilling area! Such a hidden gem. We would definitely recommend!

This is in a perfect location to the beach, and for walking to St Armands Circle. If I had any suggestions it would be for some nicer hangers in the closet and a few more washcloths. There were only 3 in there for 2 of us for 4 nights. Otherwise it was a cozy, quaint little bungalow!!

Definitely not toddler approved. Contact with the property manager was pretty decent until check-in. Most important part. Was given the incorrect passcode to get into the house. We had to wait for the property owner to get back to us after calling several times while we waited outside of the property. Don’t expect toiletries or complementary coffee. Coffee maker and coffee filters yes.... But no coffee packets. No complementary toiletries either. Which really stink if you forgot those items. Because there’s absolutely no gas station or convenience store around close by to get a cup of coffee or toiletries. Had to go to the resort across the street and wait 40 minutes for a cup a coffee. Missed out on beach time with my family. Ask the property manager if we could stay 30 minutes+ after check out time and they declined to let us. Told us the cleaning lady was already there but we were still in the driveway trying to pack up quickly and absolutely no one was there. So for a quick stay in an out possibly could be nice. But definitely not recommended at all for a nice family weekend.

It was a bit tight for our family of 4, but you couldn'tbeat the location for the price. We brought a ground pad and a sleeping bag and that allowed one of the kids to sleep in the loft. A small mattress or trundle bed up there would have made the space so much more comfortable. The other thing that was desperately missing was hooks for wet towels or bathing suits. Aside from that, it was perfect for our needs.

We stayed during mid-March and it was great. Great weather, great location (basically across the street from the beach), St. Armands Circle has so much to do and is not far away. Rental was very clean and nice to stay in, great area, very friendly people, and the property manager was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be coming back to stay here!

We stayed in the detached unit in the back. Super cute and beachie feel. We were a 2 minute walk to the beach and kayaking at Ted Sperling Park. Then a 12 minute walk to St. Armands. So sad to leave but will definitely be back!!!!
