This 1262 square foot condo is perfect for your beach trip! 2 bedroom/2 bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest room has 2 full size beds! Sleeps 6! Brand new appliances and includes an ice maker! Ice maker makes 12 pounds of ice, perfect for a cooler when heading to the beach! Brand new granite throughout and new cabinets in both bathrooms! Also enjoy a keurig coffee maker while sitting on the balcony! Tennis courts, volley ball area and a grilling area is right at your finger tips! Private pool access! Private beach access too! 3 50' TV's and a DVD player in the living area. Cable and internet provided too! Laundry is right outside the unit on the same floor! (Laundry requires a fee of $1.50, bring your quarters or use a credit card) Elevator for easy unloading/loading! This unit is about 5 minutes away from the silver sands outlets! Many places to eat less than 5 minutes!

The house and property were clean, beds were comfortable. Location was fantastic, quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Communication with the home owner was wonderful, she answered any question we had within minutes. Would definitely recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. It was a great location that allowed us quick access to the beach and a short drive to a lot of amenities. The kids loved the pool and the beach was amazing. The sand was clean and the water was so clear! Highly recommend the Gulfquarium for families.

Everything was as described and pictured in the ad. Perfect size, location, and amenities for a family of 4. Only negative comment (to no fault of the host) is that the pool heater was not in use which was needed for a March visit.

When there was hair in the tub I let it go but when there was confetti on the floor when I left the owner tried to turn in a claim on the insurance for “excessive clean”. We cleaned up before we left but we didn’t sweep the confetti out of the floor. I cleaned condos for a living for 3 years. I know how to leave one and I know what an excessive clean is. This owner was absolutely wrong. PS the claim was denied. The insurance company got my input and they thought she was as ridiculous as I did.

Melissa was amazing at providing details in regards to the inclusions and provisions in the unit. It was better than we expected. This unit is very well equipped. The beds are firm, so jist a warning if you have bad joints like me to take advantage of the comfortable pillows for added comfort. The kitchen was amazing. We made good use of everything that came included. Highly recommend! We as a small group utilized walmart plus app and ordered condiments, groceries for lunches, breakfast, bottled water, etc. We forgot salt and pepper! Warning - nothing can be left in property for courtesy of guests that come afyer so order small or travel size items to avoid waste. Walmart will take back any items you do not utilize! The beach is across the street. It was very serene and peaceful - not overcrowded - as we went during the off season. We had dinner at Captain Dave's. We highly recommend Fudpuckers as well. Everything is in close proximity. We drove the 20mins to Santa Rosa Beach & explored Seaside and all the wonders where The Truman Show was filmed. We also absolutely loved the very clean John Beasely Park (note - they have very convenient outdoor showers)!! I highly recommend renting this comfortable home. Thank you again, Melissa!

Oldest daughter had wedding at the beach. Her condo was just a very short walk across the road and onto the beach. We loved this condo, 5th floor with balcony facing the pool. Had our coffee every morning watching pool and people from other homes strolling to beach with families and equipment. This condo was great for our younger daughter and her husband to share with us. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We would visit again if coming to Destin FL also within walking distance of several restaurants.

Our trip began with anxiety because of poor communication with property owner who did not state we needed a parking pass until the day before and then did NOT add the parking pass as an attachment in the email- which I received the day before we were to arrive. Upon arrival the building smells terrible and the condo has a strange odor as well. The place we dirty- hair in the shower drain, hair on the floor of the bathrooms, sand in the beds my children were going to sleep in. I specifically asked about a washer and dryer in the condo. I did not expect a laundry facility which you have to pay to use the appliances. The community pool does not permit any beverages to be taken near the pool so if you want to enjoy an alcoholic beverage you must leave the pool area. Directions to the private beach access were never provided and my children and I had to figure it out on our own. The beach is close however and the private access is nice. For the amount of money I paid to rent this condo I definitely expected a better experience. NEVER will I EVER return to this property. EVER!

We had a great time.
The condo was clean inside and laid out well. We have three small children and it worked well for them. It was close the beach. There was an elevator which was great and parking was spacious and close to condo. There was a smell in the hallway outside of the carpet. The Condo has access to the beach but its beach front right away is very small which make it somewhat crowded. Wifi was a little slow at times cause lags in movies. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommended it.

Clean, great host!
The property was very clean and as described. Well stocked kitchen and great bed linens. We had an A/C issue and our host responded immediately and had a tech out right away to fix the problem. We were so pleased with the responsiveness. It was our first time in Destin and enjoyed several good restaurants. Negatives would be: the private entrance to the beach was more often than not left open and so it really wasn’t private. The building was dated, and the ceilings are low in the apartment.
Also, just a heads up that laundry is $1.75 for wash and $1.50 for the dryer.. They have a card swipe but we could not get it to work so bring your quarters!

Destin condo
This condo is very nice and well situated to shopping, restaurants, the beach etc. The pool and tennis courts are also very nice. A couple of things I would like to mention is the floor was sticky and dirty and I dropped something that went under the bed in the main bedroom and it was really dirty under there. The bathrooms and kitchen counters could have also been cleaner. A quick wipe of those was fine but that floor needs some definite attention. There was also a group of youths that kept jumping over the pool fence and were swimming after hours and once during the day. One other really odd thing happened. I actually went in building A by mistake one day (we were in B), went up to what I thought was our unit and our code opened their door. Made us wonder if all the doors had the same code or it was a weird coincidence. The condo was lovely though and they thought of pretty much everything. I’d definitely stay there again.

Me and my friends stayed here for a girls trip and it was the perfect space for us and very clean! We were able to walk a very short distance to the beach! I would recommend this place for your next getaway!

The location to the beach was wonderful seeing that we usually spend most of our time at the beach when in that area. The property was spacious for the 4 of us and it was nice and clean. I wish there was a washer and dryer in the condo. It was very easy to communicate with Melissa and that is always a plus. We would definitely stay there again.

Larger than expected
We had a great trip to Destin! The condo was easy to find by our driver and easy to access with the door code. The living room was comfortable for four adults and the bedrooms spacious. Nice, short walk to the beach and two excellent restaurants. We’ll book again!

Comfortable, clean, & great location
I was very pleased with this property. It was clean, comfortable, and directly across the street from the beach. The building from the outside is a little dated, but the condo within was modern, beautifully decorated, and maintained well. The built in ice maker was a great bonus!! The manager responds quickly. The property description was accurate. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again.
