Very good 2 week stay. Excellent location in walking distance to pool, playground, and golf course. Condition of unit is comparable to others; aging but comfortable. Small kitchen but extremely well equipped (dishes, glasses, silverware, pans, etc). Owner was exceptionally responsive to all texts. Linens and towels are not provided. TV is located in the bottom floor - musty location.

My family and I enjoyed being in Granliden for these few weeks in winter - we enjoyed skiing at Sunapee and also being close to friends who are in the area. The condo had everything we needed and amazing views that we appreciated. The owner was very kind and responsive when I thought I had a hot water issue (was 100% user error - hot water was fine!).

Lovely spot
We rented to provide extra sleeping space for adults during a family reunion and it worked out well for those adults who can do stairs. It would not be a good choice for those who have mobility/stairs problems.

Great ski house for the family
Great spot for a large family looking to ski at Mount Sunapee (<15 minute away). Lots of beds, cozy, and well equipped. Showing up with a fleet of vehicles can present some issues with parking, but we were able to make it work.

Perfect family vacation
Except for a few problems a previous renter had caused(broken shower door, clogged drain) the property had everything a family could want: Pool, beach, playground, tennis courts, even a golf course. Screens in the bathroom and front storm doors would have improved air circulation.

Fun and relaxing stay with family
We had a great stay with our extended family. Swimming in the pool, kayaking on the lake, sliding at the playground, and climbing Mt.Kearsage; a memorable vacation indeed. Hope to return again next year.

Great family location with many amenities!
This is a generously sized property perfect for a large family. It is very well-equipped - a plus for those of us who like to cook. There is much to do at Granliden (the lakeside community where the property is located)... it would be very easy to park the car and never venture out.

Dated interior, oven was filthy
Don’t expect a quick refund of security multiple phone calls same refrain from customer service instead of actual support

Great location and accommodations
10 minutes from the mountain and skiing, but lots of space for families to spread out or come together after slope-time and a great fireplace for ambiance and warmth as well!

Very comfortable and well worth the price.
The unit was spacious and exactly as advertised. Easy drive to Mt. Sunapee. There were six of us from age 73 (the grandfather) to age 2 (the youngest grandchild) and the unit was perfect. The owners were readily available to answer a question on the phone.

Perfect ski getaway for families
We had a terrific stay here. Plenty of sleeping space for our 2 families and the downstairs area was great for the kids to play in while the adults relaxed upstairs. Short drive (15 minutes) to Mt. Sunapee. If we had more snow, would have been great sledding nearby as well. The townhouse was spotless and the owner made everything easy. Would come back again.

Comfortable condo
We enjoyed our stay this February in this Sunapee area condo. Though the property and decor are a little dated it has a new well equipped kitchen and plenty of room to spread out in for a large group. Nice winter view of Lake Sunapee . All in all very comfortable place to stay and the owner Ann Marie was readily available for questions

Outdated and run down. I wouldn't stay here again.

Very large and well equipped condo with amazing lake view!
This condo is great for a large group! The beds and bedding were so comfy-cozy. Plenty of room to spread out. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Loved watching the sunrise from the master bedroom slider. I would have loved to use the decks but alas the temps were sub-zero. I bet the fall foliage views are amazing. Short distance to the slopes. All in all a great long weekend with family and close friends.

Amazing views! Great location and amenities!
I loved eating all of our meals on the deck overlooking Lake Sunapee! The motorized awning helped keep us in the shade while we enjoyed the air. There was plenty of room for the whole family and our friends and we made all of our meals in the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The weather was unusually warm for October, and our little one even splashed in the lake at the nearby beach while we sat on beach chairs and watched our friends go kayaking. The chairs and kayaks were provided by the boat club!
