Everything was good except there was a broken chair in the living room. Location was great

Lovely home a block from the beach and the location to everything was perfect for our party of 6. The view from the patio and the living room could not be beat! We would definitely recommend it and we hope to return for another trip in the future. Thank you Laurie!

The property was described to a tee and very clean.
Super close to everything by a short walk.
Great location for a family get together, just wish we could have had our dog with us.
We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful girls trip. The beach restaurants and shopping are all walking distance or a short drive.
The homeowner has done a fabulous job with this property. We will be back!

We have now stayed in the Stimson houses 4 times for family reunions. They are clean, comfortable, and well prepared for our convenience with the bonus of being in a beautiful spot in sight of the pier.

We had a great time at this home. My mom, husband, brother, and sister-in-law comfortably stayed here with our 5 kids.
The location is perfect. We walked to Old West Cinnamon Rolls every morning for breakfast. We then went to the pier or the awesome little playground next to the pier to burn off some energy. The walk to the beach is super easy, even for the little legs of our 2-year-old. We also ate at the restaurants within walking distance and had a few drinks at local hotels for quick date nights. (Lunch/Dinner: Pismo Fish and Chips, Rosa's, Splash Cafe, Mo's BBQ, Ada's Fish House. Drinks: Sandcastle Hotel, Vespera Resort, Inn at the Pier, and Oyster Bar.) We would return to all of them.
Accommodations worked well also. 2 rooms and a bathroom for our family, an en-suite for my brother's family, and an en-suite for my mom. (Our kids actually rotated sleeping in the closet on the first floor because it reminded them of Harry Potter's closet beneath the stairs :-) )
Communication with the property manager was excellent. Always responded quickly and clearly.
We were here for a full week and truly enjoyed our time. I would strongly recommend sharing this home with your family.
Only minor thing we would suggest is a good carpet cleaning for the stairs and upstairs rug.

We had a great time at this Pismo home! It had everything we wanted and needed. A view, a lovely wrap around balcony, the most ideal walking location to the beach/downtown/kids park, plenty of space for our family (our family (2 kids), my mom, sister, niece and in laws), parking for 3 cars!!! My family kept thanking me for finding such an awesome place for us to stay.
We walked down to ‘cool cats’ one night and bought food back as we wanted to enjoy the house more than eating out (was great food by the way!)
We had a fantastic stay. Thanks for having us!

Loved this home! Clean, well kept, and beautifully decorated. Living space was perfect for chatting and we loved the big corner window with a view of the ocean. The kitchen was a plus, too! Loved the Keurig as well as the regular coffee maker. The dishes and silverware were ample and well coordinated. Used both the table and bar for eating. Loved the king bedrooms, each with a bath!

The house was so nice. Great accomodations for all family members! Incredible view of beach and hills. Location can't be beat!
Really nice living area to be together.

The house was in a perfect location! Very close to everything and walking distance to everywhere in town! We will definitely be coming back to stay again! We enjoyed our time! 😊
10.0
Our family decided to take three days to get away from everyday stress and Pismo was our destination of choice.
The house is nice. It’s not luxurious but clean, certainly sufficient for up to 10 people but you will need a blow up mattress for two people of staying with 10.
Laurie the property manager and point of contact was really pleasant and so incredibly responsive. It makes everything so much more enjoyable when you have questions and receive such rapid responses from the property manager.
The big seller here is location. You can’t beat the location of the house. It is just steps from the beach and pier as well as downtown Pismo which has a ton of restaurants and shops.
I highly recommend this home. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Laurie!

Our family takes a beach vacation every year and this was our first time at Pismo Beach. We loved every minute! I cannot say enough good things about the house, it’s lay out and it’s location! The walkability to everything was fantastic. So many wonderful restaurants in the area, but do you hop in your car and go to Zorro’s! The beach was a family’s playground. A big shout out to Jonny Ziegler and Sandbar Surf! Or just relax in the sun or one of the nearby oceanfront restaurants with a cool drink. You can’t miss with this house and location!

Nice beach getaway
Great home for our family beach vacation. We even watched the Warriors win their fourth championship while there! The stairs were a little problematic - we had to chase our toddler very closely in the living room to be sure he didn't attempt to go down on his own.

Beach vacation with family, 10 of us total. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Prime location with enough parking for 3 vehicles on the side of home. Everyone enjoyed their time. We’ll be staying here again. Best sleep I’ve gotten in awhile!

Fabulous location! Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops. Very comfortable house. Had everything you could possibly need provided in this home. Wonderful experience. We all loved it. Extremely comfortable beds! We will be back.

A joy steps from the beach!!
This property was right down the street from the beach and a small block away from down town! We were able to get breakfast after a short walk to Hoagies where they had great bloody Maria's. The house has ample space and was great for our large group that participated in a friend's wedding 10 minutes away at the white barn in SLO. The only down fall was that when we walked in there was a soda and used cup on the counter top. The dishes were dirty and pots and pans were not cleaned at all. It wasn't a huge deal because we were able to utilize the space for all it was worth. It is a beautiful home in the center of everything. The master bedroom has a bed to die for. The ladies had a blast getting ready in the giant master bathroom. The men had fun gathering around the living room area to watch some sports. The wrap around deck was such a great touch. We had such a great stay. It was a blast of a weekend and we were glad we were able to have such a large group all stay with onr another. I would just suggest that you choose a different cleaning crew. The bedrooms were clean and well kept. Just seems like they might have left out the kitchen area. The stairs also smelled a little musky, which was odd because the rest of the house was very clean and smelled clean. There was a ton of parking so that is not an issue at all. There are a lot of courtesy spices as well. This is a great home to stay at, you won't regret it for yilour large party

Great time in Pismo
This house is perfectly located! It’s walking distance to everything, shops, restaurant and beach. The house it self was great, its well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a long week stay. All the beds were super comfortable and linens were super soft and fluffy. The only bad thing I would have to say about this house is that the kitchen was a bit dirty. The inside of the stove it looked like they had sprayed something and forgot to clean it, The skylight had cobwebs and the trash can drawer had old food behind it.
Communication with Laurie was amazing! She responded to my questions very quickly and she was super nice. I will definitely be staying here again

Very Pretty Place, easy access to everything nearby
Very nicely appointed place. The bed I slept in was really comfortable (the queen bed). There is a small wedge of view of the pier and waves upstairs and the walk to the beach is very short. Good location for restaurants and an easy walk to the Monarch Grove.

Convenient and comfortable
Very convenient location. Did not have to take the car to go anywhere once you've already made the shopping trips ahead of time. Any last minute needs you can walk to a nearby market to get. Nice sunset views from the house or balcony. You can see the pier from the house. 5 minutes or less walk to the sand. House already equipped with common kitchen appliances, plenty of serving plates and utensils. Comfortable beds, spacious common areas, great size for 7 adults, 2 toddlers, and an infant. Property manager was responsive.

Don't miss this lovely Rental
The house was perfect for our group, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everyone loved the location; it was nice to be so close to the water, such a nice area to go for a walk any time of the day.
We would have given the rental five stars; however, we had to clean out the drain (hair & soap debris) in the downstairs bathroom tub to get the water to drain.

Thank you for our stay!
Great location, beautiful home. We really enjoyed this place and would love to come back.
Cleanliness- The couch did have a lot of sand on it when we arrived and kitchen floor was sticky with cleaning solution as well. I’m only telling this for you to know for whoever cleans the house. Not that these were deal breakers. The house is beautiful and we loved it. ♥️

Friends’ Retreat
We had a delightful time. The property was perfectly comfortable for 3 couples. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Pismo stay
Overall everything was very good except the following: kitchen and bathrooms felt sticky and not clean, couch had stuff in between cushions, a piece of rubber was at bottom of dishwater and left a burned rubber smell after running the dishwasher until we inspected and removed rubber, smoke alarm went off unexpectedly one morning which we call property manager about- the alarm did not go off later after we took out battery and then reinstalled it.

The house is beautifully maintained and in a perfect location! I would highly recommend!

Great house! Amazing Location!!!
Spent 5 days with family and kids at this beautiful, clean and spacious home. Each room was comfortable for every couple and our kids. With 3 1/2 bathrooms there was never an issue with having to share. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook. The deck was great with partial view of beach and pier and the best part was being a 30 second walk to the beach and downtown. Already planning our next stay here!

Easygoing at Pismo Beach
The property was in excellent condition and easy access to the beach. There are plenty of amenities available in the downtown corridor and easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping for souvenirs. The layout of property was great for sleeping arrangement and dining in if needed. We especially enjoyed the deck and use of the gas barbecue. Great getaway to have family join us at the beach.

Great Location for Pismo Beach Access
The location was fantastic. The house was wonderful inside and the decorations/furnishings were very tasteful and modern. Pismo downtown was easy to walk to, local restaurants are wonderful and the pier was not far at all. We will be booking this again.

Beautiful! You can’t beat the location
This probably our 5th time staying in this house - and we still love it! The home is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Laurie is a friendly and gracious host. Pismo Beach grew A LOT over the last 2 years. We missed the small town feel and the weekends were crowded for May. Weekdays are blissful and the beach and town far less crowded. We enjoyed our evenings playing games or walking downtown. We enjoyed some of our local favorites - Ada’s Fish House and Mo’s BBQ. We will of course be back to enjoy Laurie’s hospitality in her beautiful home!

Convenient and Roomy!
I have stayed at this property over the years and it's a fantastic stay. From the convenient layout of the property to the proximity to downtown, what a great stay for girls weekend away. This property is very quiet. Aboutbthe only thing you may hear is the birds chirping early in the morning. Parking is great and even late at night it is safe to move about. One more thing I have to mention is the opulence of the bedding....first rate!

Great house is Pismo
Everything was seamless and the house was great. Excellent location. We look forward to coming back.

Great location...........But
The house has an amazing location. The only problem we had was how dirty the kitchen and deck were. Cabinets were grimey. Gross to touch. The icemaker is disgusting. The deck is in dire need of a power wash. The grill is beyond words how dirty it was. If you are planning to cook, beware. Rest of the unit was clean . Bathrooms were spotless, Would love to stay there again if it was cleaner

Very nice stay
I really like the place. Very clean and very close to the beach and downtown. The only thing I would suggest is that I wish we were given spare towels, extra trash bags and extra paper towels.

Excellent beach side location
We really loved the location of this house. Very well appointed for a beach vacation in Pismo.
