Our family loved everything about this property. The split bedrooms gave everyone their privacy and the kitchen is stocked with every item imaginable. The highlight for us was the spectacular yard with lush vegetation creating privacy and featuring a nice lawn. We used the fire pit, the rooftop deck to hang out, and the pool and spa everyday. The pool is heated perfectly at all times-87 degrees. We also ate every meal outside. Just a perfect place!

Tom , the owner, was there to greet us and show us around. It was beautiful and perfect for our family of 10 children and adults. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. We all enjoyed the well laid out patio and outdoor kitchen. I don’t think we can ever find a more perfect family house for a vacation.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the property! The yard is great especially if you have a dog and to BBQ and enjoy the pool/yard area. It's about a 2 block walk to the beach park. The communication with Thomas was excellent. Very quick responses and very accommodating! It helps that he and family live next door if any issues which we did not have any. This spot is amazing! We spent most of our time in the backyard - it was beautiful. We started and ended our days by the fireplace listening to music. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. At night the yard pool/hot tub have lights. The bbq area was very clean. Great location and we will definitely be back!

The pool was wonderful as was the main living areas and kitchen. One concern is that there were many electrical cords in the bedrooms and if small children are around that is a concern. One bedroom closet actually had a hole in the wall with EXPOSED live wires. The host was extremely helpful and prompt with questions

The photos of this property are beautiful, but the house even more impressive in person. Everyone in our group said that they felt like they were staying at a resort in Hawaii. Fantastic amenities - the pool and backyard area is an oasis with lush landscaping and lots of comfortable outdoor seating. Perfect location, just a couple of blocks from the bay, a quick bike ride to the beach, and easy drive to anywhere you want to go in SD. Tom was very responsive, flexible, and easy to communicate with, and Israel (properly manager) was friendly and welcoming and available for anything we needed. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer! Highly recommend, and hope to return for future stays!

Really great features of this place. Comfortable beds, large open kitchen (with all the tools to cook and serve) which extends to the living room. Floor to ceiling window walls which allows you to see the pool, hot tub, and tiki hut. Our dog enjoyed running in the yard by the pool and took a dip. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Our family had a great time and memories were made. Suggestion: Would have liked to know the deck was under repair before we arrived.

Tom was extremely responsive and even answered all my questions leading up to the trip. Check in was a breeze. He lives on the property so was very flexible on time. Honestly was a little worried it would be awkward with him so close but it was super helpful for when we had questions on anything and it wasn’t weird at all. The house has everything you could possibly need! Pool, jacuzzi, firepit are all amazing for hanging out. The house is really close to restaurants and grocery stores. Beds were extremely comfortable. The beach isn’t far - about 0.7 miles! 10/10 would stay here again!!

So close to the beach for a walk or coffee. Lovely house, well maintained. They have thought of everything you will need. The pool is stunning and the firepit was a great bonus at night. We were able to get an early checkin and the owners offered a late checkout without is even having to ask. I would definitely go back.

This property is perfect and as described but photos wont do justice. Tom was a great host and very responsive. We loved the huge backyard with heated pool and jacuzzi. This home had all the amenities you need! The layout of the house is nice for some privacy with 2 rooms on each side of foyer. The kitchen is stocked with the basic herbs and oils so you don't have to get every little thing to cook.
The pool and jacuzzi are amazing as well as the grill and bar area.
My only complaint would be the owner lives on property only separated by a small fence. You must be inside by 10 pm and not run the jacuzzi. I understand you have to have respect for the neighbors who are very close by but its also a vacation. We are an older couple with adult kids who are pretty tame but it still was a little uncomfortable.

So much fun at this house for our 3-generation group. Kids loved the pool and spa. Kitchen is awesome, well stocked with loads of pots, pans, knives, and spices. Beds are so comfortable. Don’t forget to pack your eye mask for the master bedroom with two large skylights!

The property is in a fantastic location--easy drive to Sea world, the Zoo, the Safari Park, etc. Grocery stores within miniutes. And Tom is a great host. But the jewel is the pool. It is dliciously warm and the hot tub is fantastic. Parents and grandparents can sit in the hot tub while supervising youngsters in the pool. We had a fantastic holiday. Thank you Tom.

We had an amazing time at this house. The owner was super accommodating and helpful. We went to Disneyland the first part of the week and this was a great place to relax and sit by the pool to wind down. Super close to great beaches and a quick Uber to the zoo. The heated pool and hot tub was amazing, especially during a winter travel time. The living area was amazing with it opening out to the outdoor space.

Our extended family which has recently welcomed into the world two babies had one of our best vacations ever this past ten days. Our group of six adults and two infants had four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The property was exactly what we needed. Large kitchen, outdoor pool and hot tub, outdoor grilling and plenty of seating inside and outside. The host was super friendly and helpful. Even pointed us to a taco stand a few blocks away which served up great food. Plenty of close by supermarkets, walking opportunities for the young moms with their babies in strollers, a short drive to the boardwalk, and a very quiet neighborhood. Even found some free tennis courts at the Pacific Beach Recreation Center. The host might want to add more bandwidth to the wifi/internet. Overall, a super nice time.

The photos don't do this home justice! The kitchen, living area and backyard are stunning. We didn't want to leave! It was so easy talking with Tom and Phoebe, the owners. They responded to text messages in seconds. They answered questions and helped us whenever we needed. My only downsides were that there were skylights on two of the bedroom ceilings (personal preference) and the fireplace isn't working. The kitchen was VERY well stocked with all the basics like pantry items, small appliances and pots/pans. I've already been recommending this house to my friends and family. Thank you Tom and Phoebe!
