The rooms looked exactly like those shown in the photos. Very updated looking. Nicely remodeled.
Loud - there was a death metal band playing at the bar next door, and since the vehicles drive through the courtyard of the hotel and it echos, someone was rev-ing their engine early morning. Also, any sound carries throughout. One more thing, this is a windowless building. The windows face INTO the courtyard, not out, so people can see directly into the room unless you pull the shade, but then the lighting is so low that it is very dark inside. Clean-ish. Bed seemed clean, but had to keep the bathroom door shut due to 1. the loud band 2. the smell (some sort of combo sewer funk and cleaning or other chemical smell).

Safe, clean, well-accommodated, great value, and very friendly, kind staff.
A little bit noisy as rooms face a common open concrete courtyard. Heat/AC until and mini fridge also noisy. No hand towels or wash cloths. Bed was on the hard and quite firm.

Good location. Central to the sights of Ensenada. Staff very low key and unobtrusive.
Shortage of towels. No face or medium sized towels. First day there was only one bath towel.

the place is nice and clean
due to the building structure, all noice was easy transmitted throughout the whole complex. There was also a party of members drinking, talking and shouting outside their rooms till around 4am. It was hard to get a good night sleep.

Central location, walking distance to main street but at the same time won't hear noise from there. Parking.
The bed sheets tad worn, no bath mat next to the shower, two towels for two persons for two days.

Clean modern rooms
Air conditioner/heater unit was broken in my first room so I asked them to move me. The second rooms heater worked for about an hour at a time at which point I would have to reset it to continue getting beat...

Giving 3 stars because security guard was friendly. Went there for 2 days.. I had booked my confirmation thru booking.com, when i got there , they were trying to charge me $45 dollars extra because mexican fees, commission etc bullshit. After 20-25 minutes they agreed to charge me what I had payed online (which included mexican tax as well. 2. Room is clean , but they only provide 2 towels and there isnt anything to step on when you shower or any hand towel in the sink. 3. the parking lot gets packed on the weekend, not enough parking. Security has to move other cars so you can get out. 4. I stayed for 2 nights... they deactivate your card following day (according to them for security) got back late and couldnt get into my room.. they need to tell u this upon check in .
5. At night there is a lot of noise , since there is a garage in the center it makes a loud echo sound and also people walking at night .
6. There is a pool room infront of hotel, its pretty loud as well.
7... if I wouldve known all this, i wouldve booked somewhere else. Price is good and its clean, but u get what u pay for.
