Excelente servicio!!

Una excelente atención, muy buen servicio, bastante amable todo el personal, por otra parte yo iba con niñas pequeñas y en todo momento estuvo muy calmado y silencioso el hotel. Él estacionamiento muy amplio e iluminado, con seguridad todo el día, bastante agradable mi estancia.

Todo me pareció muy bien, no tengo queja alguna.

I liked the location of the hotel.

When I checked in the staff was in two different groups whispering on each side of the check on desks. Very unprofessional. Since my Spanish isnt that well they tried to put me in a wrong room. The bathroom was small and needed a face lift. We ordered room service and the portions were so small I though someone ate my food before it got there. The pool was crowded all day and night with people drinking and using foul language around children. No staff to monitor. I have stayed here with other family before and have always had a great experience, this time not so much.

Proximity and tranquility.

This place is close to everything and offers you safe parking. The staff is pleasant and rooms are clean. I will go back for sure!

Great hotel when visiting Ensenada

The location is pretty good and the room was very nice. The staff was very friendly.

The only bad thing was that our room was on the ground level so there was noise from the parking lot

Superb

We were very pleased with Corona Hotel in Ensenada. We spent three nights there with family, so we had adjoining rooms. The hotels has a pleasant bar and a very good restaurant, and it's located close enough to the pedestrian walkway to the Mercado Negro and other sites. We especially felt the housekeeping staff (Patty H. was on our floor) was helpful and friendly, providing us with drinking water and fresh towels as requested. In the time of Covid, all the staff seemed helpful, yet careful.

One of the rooms we rented did not have a functioning light close to the bed. Management could check room 324.

A pleasant hotel at a very central location, comfortable room, nice view, good wifi, plenty of parking space, Overall good value for money.

Some of the staff members were not too service-oriented.

enyoy tje stay, just a minor room consusion but got resolved and saved the weekend.

Grate location and staff. Hotel is clean and well manteined.

paid for a double room, tow queen beads and they gave me a single only one queen. staff put an additional individual to resolve the issue but was not the ideal situation.

Location and big yard for kids to play soccer. Restaurant for breakfast was excellent...!
