it located the central area, so go anywhere by walk to North end , also green line and red line from park street station took me the major sight seen areas in boston.
they said they announce me about the pre-information 7days before arriving but they delayed it.

The AC didn't work and no one answered my call. I also didn't receive my lock pin until the laat minute intead of what they said in the check-in process (24 hours prior to my stay).

The location and the cleanliness aspects were awesome!

Location, price, having a kitchen and bathtub, comfortable bed .
Walls quite thin, felt a bit cramped and uncomfortable.

The only good things about this place are the location and it was clean.
If they would invest a little money in the linens, towels silverware and coffee cups, it would leave a much better impression. Nothing was a complete set of the same cups or silverware. Yes, this is nitpicky but I was very disappointed with the culmination of small things. The towels were stained, cheap and scratchy. 2 sets only for the 4 night stay. Replacement for additional towels are $25. The pre-check in process is fine until you have to pay $300 security deposit. Then you have to call in, they charge you and you continue to get emails requesting that you finish the pre-check in process. I had to call to get them to process the security deposit refund. I knew from the write up this place is small and it is! We also could hear everything going with our neighbors. I would hate to have been on the first floor where people enter the building!

City center of Boston, you can walk to the Train Station which is connection of Green and Red line near to City Center Hall.............
Small rooms and expensive, the hotel tell you that you will be allowed of checking in after 4:00 PM and they wanna to kick you off before 11:00 in next morning time, except you can pay addtional $25.00

We have previously contacted both Booking and the facility to inform them that we tested Covid-19 positive the day prior to our flight to Boston and had to cancel our entire trip... cruise included. The cruise line re-booked our cruise and flight. We got nowhere with re-booking the hotel with any credit. We have not responded to previous requests for our opinion on our stay... which did not happen. But I'm tired of deleting them or trying to remind you that we were not able to take the trip, since we had caught Covid-19 and no one would want us there anyway! So we are sending this review in which is, of course, not really reflective of our visit because we did not visit this facility... we were home in bed sick! Catie & Robert Bosse
I did not like how hard it was to try and contact someone to tell the facility that we were not going to be there! We will return to Boston, but will not be touring anything in Boston that would mean an overnight stay... we have already paid for that with no refund and no courtesy.

The other tenant let us in when we arrived from the airport. We were tired and I was given the wrong code prior. Very frustrating.
Also, the air conditioner did Not work and the hot spot lights in that tiny room were WAY to bright.

the location is super and the room is neat, tidy and nice.
we were unlucky and the AC was not working. Staff was nice but not helpful to resolve the issue. also if you get the room on the ground floor it can be pretty noisy. The automatic lock can be heard every time on the ground floor, and you can hear everything from the people upstairs.

clean, great location, comfortable
not super accessible (stairs - but it’s an old city. which is expected)

Wonderful and clean apartment with everything you need for a nice weekend trip!
I didn’t know about the $300 deposit. That was very surprising and also too high a price to pay in my opinion.

Great location, loved having a small kitchenette
Lots of stairs to get to my room, bathroom sink was awkward to use, and bed + pillows were passable but not super comfortable

location was the only benefit. but still not worth the stress and dissatisfaction experienced
I was checking in past midnight. the code to the front door I was given was COMPLETELY WRONG. I was stranded outside at night and NOBODY available at the management company to answer the phone or let me in the building. I asked to be contacted by a manager, but clearly nobody called or apologized. if they did, I would’ve been willing to overlook the tiny room and no soap in the bathroom.
extremely unprofessional- would not stay there again

Location was convenient for walking.
It was quiet.
Door code did not work and it took over an hour to get into contact with someone about getting it resolved.
The room needs a dehumidifier and it has a terrible odor of mold/mildew/must.
Under the sink it reeks of mold.

It was a very nice little room that had all that you would want as a backpacker. Stovetop, microwave, comfortable bed and great bathroom.
There is NOW (July 2020) MAJOR construction directly across the street. Extremely loud beginning 6:30 am every day. Major banging, beeping, etc. No elevator, so pack light up 3 very steep flights. Rude cleaning crew. Asked for a discount, never responded.

In excellent location both for walking , and for the underground. Apartment very clean and loved the little kitchenette with fridge, microwave plates and utensils. Cleaning lady on duty on Sunday was exceptionally helpful and nice.
Bed extremely soft and if I were staying any longer it would really have been an issue.
I could easily hear my next door Neighbours in the adjacent apartments seeing that mine had a door blocked off in between. Soundproofing could be a bit better.
