Location
Our room is so small

It was really cute, great location and really nicely decorated. Loved the coin laundry in the basement too
The bed was super squeaky and it was up 4 flights of stairs (though I wouldn’t let that turn you off)

Great location
The stairs and the bathroom light not working

For the price, it was a great location and met our expectations. The heated floor in the bathroom was great - I don't have that at home. The shower was great too!
It was a long walk up three flights of stairs, and the last set were very steep - but hey, I got my exercise and knew about it beforehand. The sloped ceiling made the room that much smaller, and the closet door was so low we had to stoop to get in. Not a great place if you're tall, but we're average so it was fine.

Located in a quiet area near the center. Fast check on and check out
Too bad there is no breakfast included for the high price of the stay

Let me start by saying it’s in a great location and super cute. Decent price, clean and modern. A few things to keep in mind though…
This apartment is on the top floor with very windy and narrow staircases. lugging suitcases up and down was not fun. as well, it was HOT. No circulation at all even with the windows open. the shades are thin and let the light from the building across the street in all night. glaring, bright lights. I had to flip my head to under the loft just to get a little relief. the pillows were not comfortable and I barely slept. I’m a light sleeper and this was just not for me. other travelers might be totally fine with this but for me, the extra money to spend on a hotel that has amenities and wasn’t sweltering (oh and Dish TV didn’t work). I was only there for 2 nights so just dealt with it but I wanted to share so others are prepared.

very clean and good location.
No elevator, no reception, no flexibility on check in.

It is close to some good restaurants.
There were several issues with the room. First, if you have respiratory problems, do not stay here. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the air conditioner was so dusty. The staff was not reliable or helpful. My tv wasn't working and it took DAYS to get fixed. The person who answered the phone always had a bad connection and loud roosters in the background. It was frustrating.

Location is great, the studio is well designed and welcoming.
It felt a bit stuffy, had to keep the windows open.

the property was in a great location
the property was very small with sloping ceiling so difficult to comfortably walk about. it was up several flights of stairs which was not outlined in promotion. it was not good value for money

Location, location, location!! The best, but I knew that, that’s why I stayed there.
I had NO idea that my room would be on the top floor (up three long flights of steps), and the ceiling would be almost non-existent on once side of the room, b/c it was on a slope due to being on the top floor and the roof descends down on an angle. I also thought it would have been nice to have at least TWO bath sized towels from the start, instead of having to pay extra money half wayside thru just to get another clean towel (which I didn’t do, since i felt like I spent enough money on the flat in the first place).
4.5
Great location, very clean! Had everything we needed!
Our place was at the very top and it was difficult to take our luggage up the last set of stairs, but that’s how it is in these older buildings. The sink faucet was loose. Next time I’d like to get a room on a lower floor also because of the slope in the ceiling.
3.5
Perfect location you can literally walk everywhere! Place was quaint with a decently comfortable bed & just enough amenities.
The apartment was on the 4th floor with no elevator & very steep and narrow steps. Also the room wasn’t very clean with crumbs on the floor & countertops that were noticeably not wiped.

Location is great and neighborhood super quite.
The apartment was good but a bit small. The bathroom is so tiny that you struggle to get in and close the door (I’m not xxl). The cealing (or better the roof) so low that u may walk tilted.
The bed wood springs were not even and had to fix my own after few night of bad sleeping with a giant hole in the middle.
THERE IS NO ELEVATOR AND IT IS AT 4th FLOOR, so plan to have not heavy luggages.
The staff is strict and make you fill a lot of paperwork before giving you instruction to check in. Late checkout is double but has a cost: I paid 25$ for 2 more hours. Check in is late, at 4pm and not possible to ask for an early check in (I asked and got refused).
