This well-appointed multi-level townhouse in the desirable Samoset Resort can be used year round to enjoy all the exciting activities that the Lakes Region has to offer. This end unit is the largest floor plan available and boasts lots of natural light and has cathedral ceilings. Large enough to sleep two families comfortably with 2000 sq. ft. of living space, this unit has all the comforts of a contemporary home, yet is a wonderful retreat in the woods of NH.

Samoset is a true resort with a range of activities to satisfy the entire family. In the warm months, enjoy the rolling green lawns, sandy beach and two pools complete with chaise lounges and picnic tables, tennis courts and clubhouse with ping-pong table.

Very convenient for concert goers as the Bank of NH Pavilion is less than 10 minutes away. Ellacoya Barn & Grille Restaurant, along with their Country Store is within walking distance. Many other excellent restaurants are nearby in Laconia and Alton Bay.

In the winter, family friendly Gunstock Mountain is only 3 miles away for cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing. A sledding hill for young children is located on the property. Weirs Beach and the Tilton Shopping Outlets are also a short drive away.

Please note: Snow mobiles, motorcycles, motorized bikes or scooters, ATVs, campers, or trailers are not allowed on the property per association rules. Also the docks/moorings are for owner's use only, however, there is a dock that can be used only for dropping off/picking up passengers if you rent a boat during your stay .

This was our first stay at the Samoset and it did not disappoint. Great little beach, water trampoline was super fun, pools were brisk but refreshing. The property is in a Great location at Winnipesaukee close to Alton, Weirs, and Meredith. We were also able to walk to Ellacoya barn which had a restaurant and general store where we got coffee and breakfast/lunch. Our kids brought bikes and scooters and enjoyed riding around the property, wish we had brought pickleball paddles- next time! This condo didn’t have a lake view which was a bummer but we could walk there easy enough. Plenty of beds, games, stacked kitchen, and I actually appreciated that there was salt and pepper and basics in the cabinet as needed. Parking was easy and the AC was comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay, kids had fun, we would love to come back :)

This Condo was on Lake Winnipesaukee and was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, large corner unit with many rooms to relax and you didn't feel like you were on top of one another. It also had one of the best stocked kitchens of all the rental properties I have rented on VRBO. Michele was a pleasure to work with.

Enjoyed the time spent at this condo. 5 adults and 1 baby fit perfectly in the condo. Cleanliness is very important to me and was very happy with how clean it was. Location was great. Close to good restaurants and attractions in the lakes region. Regarding the lake at the condo, its a nice little beach area. Ellacoya state park is a 5 min ride if you like a larger, sandier beach. Host was wonderful to work with and very kind. Would recommend.

Samoset is a wonderful complex in an ideal location on Lake winnipesaukee. We stayed with my brother's family and there was plenty of room for all. Michele was very helpful and responsive. We loved our time at the lake on the water trampoline and went to dinner across the street at the Ellocoya Barn and Grille - all within walking distance. We had everything we needed for a great summer vacation.

Condo was large and well appointed. Short walk to the beautiful lake with docks and nice swimming area. Beautiful pool on the complex as well. Michele was quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this rental and hope to return to this beautiful area soon.

Our family had a great stay at Michele's property. The house was very clean, and the property had great amenities. We spent time at the main pool overlooking the lake and enjoyed the recreational activities near by. The communication from the owner was awesome, and she was very helpful throughout the rental process and during the our stay.

Well appointed and large condo on a great property. The complex overlooks the lake and has a lot of open space for kids to play, pool for swimming and a nice beach to get into the lake. The condo is nice and had areas for the kids to play and for the parents to relax. Screened porch is fantastic. Owners were very responsive and helpful throughout the check-in process. Would definitely want to go again.

A wonderful stay for our skiing trip to Gunstock. The pictures on the website did not do justice to the condo though. We felt at home the minute we walked in. The whole place is nicely decorated, beds are comfy and it has everything we needed. Michele was very helpful with our booking. Highly recommend!

We had a great vacation. The property was as advertised, the small beach and pool facilities at the Samoset community were nice and relaxing, and our meals at nearby restaurants were surprisingly excellent. We spent two days at Ellacoya state park (5 minute drive, $5 per adult), which has a bigger beach for building sand castles and swimming, and loved every minute. A great unit to rent for a family with young kids. Michele, the property contact, was friendly, accessible, and responsive. We would love to come back.
