About this villa rental
Located in a secluded Beachside property, 500 ft from Long Bay Beach, and 5-minutes drive from Grace Bay Resorts and shops, this spacious 650 sqft private suite, with a livingroom plus kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and private balcony, is located on the 2nd floor, roughly 15 yards from the pool, and can accommodate up to 4 guests, with a king size bed, and a queen size sofa bed.
A 3-minutes stroll through a beautiful sandy walk path, right next to the property, takes you straight to the beach, equipped with kayak and stand-up-paddle board. Portable beach chairs and shades are provided in a storage in the rear parking area.
There is a 4-bdr, a 2-bdr, three 1-bdr, and a Studio unit located on this gated property, that share the large common pool.
We highly recommend a rental car during your stay, from several car rental companies located at, or near the airport.
The final cost includes an added 27% fee applied to the nightly rate, consisting of 12% local hospitality tax, and a15% host fee.

This was an excellent condo with everything I needed for my stay. The only recommendation I have is that they repair the pool area. There is wear and tear around the pool with many tiles missing on the side of the pool. However, it is still a great place to relax after a long day on the beach! One of the best parts of this condo is that it is right across from the beach. All you need to do is walk down a sand path and you are on Long Bay Beach! I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Providenciales.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie very much. While there were other occupants in the villa we felt like we had the place to ourselves. The room was clean and check in and out was a breeze. Majid was very quick to respond to every request, including the wasps that were building a nest by the stairs. His staff took care of it promptly. The not negative about the stay was the bed was extremely hard so a mattress topper would be my suggestion for the properly.
The pool is small but perfect for a quick dip to cool off from the humidity and even had inflatables available. There are outdoor showers by the rooms and pool to rinse off the sand which is a necessity. Free laundry facility that we took advantage of was so helpful as we were coming from Disney World and all our stuff was dirty from the first half of our vacation. The beach access feels very private and includes two paddle boards and a kayak that can fit two adults or one adult and three kids. There’s also three chairs available on the beach or there’s also access to portable chairs and umbrella that we realized at the end of our stay and we wish we would have used when visiting Taylor Bay and Coral Gardens. The location is only about 5-7 minutes from Grace Bay but you are not walking distance from anything. You must have a car or taxi. Overall it was a very affordable stay for what you get! Definitely worth it.

Location was great, literally across the street from the beach. Everything you need for the beautiful private beach is rigjt there. The Host was super helpful and responsive. The matress could have been softer but thats a personal preference.

My husband and I loved this place. It was so peaceful and quiet. We much preferred staying on this side of the Island. The place was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed being able to walk across the street to a private beach. I would absolutely recommend this place for a peaceful getaway.

Our family had a great stay at Sea la Vie. Only a short walk to the beach. Majid was friendly and responsive to all requests. The sun shades, beach chairs, paddle boards and Kayak on the beach were great additions. The kids enjoyed the pool between beach visits. Thanks for the stay Majid.

We had a great stay at SeaLaVie. Extremely clean and nice villas. Everything was as advertised or better. We knowingly chose a location that wasn’t right on the water. The only thing we would have liked was a view of the ocean from our villa. That wasn’t advertised and we’d never been. But as it was just the two of us, the on water properties were double. We were there to kite and relax and access to Long Bay was simple. Majid was a great host. Thank you!

We rented this 1 bedroom and the rest of our family rented the 4 bedroom place. I would highly recommend both places!! The accomodations had everything we needed. The pool area and patio were beautiful and we were out there every night. It felt private, secluded, and safe.Their is a Long Bay Beach access point practically across the street. The accomodations were easy to find and centrally located. It took less than 10 minutes to drive to Grace Bay, the Gourmet Grocery Store, and the leeward side of the island where our boat excursion picked us up. It was 18 minutes to the airport. Majid was very accommodating and respectful. We would 100% stay here again!

We recently stayed at Sea la Vie for a week. Magid met us at check-in and was easily accessible if we needed anything during our stay. The condo was clean and spacious and just a short walk to the beach. The bed and reclining couch were super comfy. The kitchen was equipped will all the basics needed to prepare a meal. Long Bay is a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay. You will definitely need to rent a car if you stay here. Getting around was really easy and most places we visited were a short drive away. I would book another stay at Sea la Vie again without hesitation.

It was clean, check in process was a breeze. It had all the essentials but we really only utilized the coffee maker we don't feel like cooking on our vacation. The location is alright. The beach *is* very close by like a 5 minute walk. If you go a little further down the road there's another beach access, and that one is a lot nicer than than the closer one, less seaweed and sand flies. It is a really nice property but it's too bad it lacks curb appeal because from the outside looking in, it is hard to tell. Driving by a lot of the properties are brand spanking new, so it would be hard to tell there's this perfectly good rental place tucked in behind the brush and the outdated signage and property wall.
It is about a 7 minute drive to the main strip of the island that has the majority of the restaurants and fancy hotels and shops.
Air conditioning worked good, the sheets were clean, outdoor showers, not the best view but it was secluded and gave us our privacy which was nice- and you probably wouldn't get staying on the strip.
All in all we enjoyed very much and it met our needs.

Our water heater broke during our stay and Majid installed a new one by the end of the day. It’s great that he is an on-site owner. We stayed in Unit 7 and it was immaculately clean and well-appointed. We loved staying on Long Bay as it is quiet and peaceful and just a quick drive to more crowded areas,
(but we really didn’t encounter packed beaches during our whole trip.)
Only suggestions would be a magnifying mirror and cooler to bring to the beach. We will most definitely be back!!! Thanks for everything Majid!

We really enjoyed our stay in apartment no.7. The apartment was clean, really comfortable, quiet and well equipped (we used the kitchen and barbecue on the balcony daily) and we also used the swimming pool area, laundry and large car park (to park our vehicle and dry kites!). The Sea La Vie Complex is in the perfect location for kiting at Long Bay Beach and the host Majid was incredibly friendly and helpful - we would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it to others :)

All around nice property. Week appointed, clean and comfortable. Lacks in kitchen accessories (basic). Near by beach is not the greatest and definitely not maintained (lots of sea weed and. garbage). According to info during booking it was non smoking apartment. In welcome letter found out it applies the whole property - would prefer to be able to enjoy cigar on the balcony or beside the pool so ended up using it only for sleeping… I can understand no parties policy (because of other guests) but not being able to bring friends for drinks or dinner does not make any sense…

Stay At Long Bay Hills
Our stay at Long Bay Hills was a wonderful way to celebrate our honeymoon! The space was as described; clean and had all the amenities we needed. The well-furnished rental was welcoming, kitchen was stocked, there were bath towels and beach towels provided. The beach is a very short walk from the rental, there is a great pool with ample seating. It is less than a 15-minute drive to Grace Bay, and even closer to shops, restaurants, and a grocery store too. Recommend renting a car since you do have to drive to these areas, and we did not see many taxi services. The internet was reliable, and Netflix is provided. The host, Majid, was very kind, responded promptly to any concern and was a pleasure to communicate with. There is a kayak, paddle board, and beach chairs at the beach for the renters to use provided by the host. When flying into Provo Airport it is 20-25 minutes from there to the rental. There are many beaches close to the rental, a few we recommend are Grace Bay Beach or Pelican Beach, both are not very busy, have calm waters, and is a relaxing time. We were fortunate to have the whole rental unit to ourselves, this area is very quiet and peaceful. If you are looking to get away from the resorts to have a tranquil stay, this rental is for you! We highly recommend this rental and would stay again!

Secluded Paradise
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie. The unit was clean and as advertised. It is located away from the hustle/bustle of Grace Bay but within a 10 minute drive. We selected this property based on its proximity to another area attraction, Provo Ponies, which supports horse trail rides into the ocean! Checkin was contactless and we felt we had the place to ourselves. Highly recommended.

Great place, quiet, clean, quick walk to beach. Long bay beach is the place you want to be get away from the crowds and perfect for place for kiting. More private residence and away from the resorts. Rent a car for sure, the island is pretty small and everything seemed to be within a 10-15 min drive.

Great spot for kite surfing and beach goers.
Condo/villa was perfect for us. We rented a 1 bedroom but there are larger units. Highly recommend for anyone that enjoys kite surfing (our main purpose for going to TCI) or a quiet beach. The owner was great and super friendly. The location is also just a few minutes from Grace Bay (shops/restaurants) and two of the marinas. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall the villa was nice and clean. If you do not like a firm bed, this place is not for you. Pot and pan were worn and probably need to be replaced. The beach in Long Bay had a lot of sea weed, so we traveled to Grace Bay beach. The ocean waters were absolutely beautiful!!!

Thank you Majid! Your villa is gorgeous, clean, amazing location, walking distance to the beach. Relaxing by the pool was a nice bonus. The waves at Longs Beach are a lot of fun and the use of the SUP boards and kayak another added bonus, even more fun in the waves. We will be back!

My husband and I had a great time at this Villa and would say here again. The only down side was that the beach is difficult to walk to. However, we met great people, the villas were super clean, host was so responsive, and it was fairly close to anything we wanted to do. Will stay again. Thank you!
