For the most part this was a pleasant experience. I’ll tell you the good and bad. Good - location was close to resorts so area was clean and seemed safe. Property was quiet. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach as advertised. Manager was responsive when we asked for more towels (only 2 were left for two people for a week). Restaurants were abundant. All the food was delicious. Parking was close. Loved the outdoor sitting area that was our own. Bad - disappointed the couch in the listing was not the one in the unit. The one there was kind of chinsy and not very comfortable to sit on. Beds weren’t comfortable. Pillows were flat. Towels and linens were low grade at best. There was a washer but no dryer (mentioned in the listing but I did miss that) so be aware of that and plan accordingly. There was a dishwasher but no dish tabs so be prepared to handwash your dishes while on vacation. The high traffic areas on the walls could ah e used a good wipe down but overall it was clean. The only way to mail something is to do it when the post office is open. There are no other options (we were trying to mail postcards..manage said she could drop them off when she went downtown but I don’t know if that was ever done or not). Again just something to be aware of. Overall not a bad stay regarding the unit. It was probably priced similar to others on the island as things are extremely expensive there. Would recommend this unit but wanted to share some things I wish we would have known before.

we flew into Turks for a long weekend for our niece's wedding. Our hosts were very flexible with permitting a short stay. the location was close to the beach and walking distance to town for restaurants. The apt had all the amenities we needed and was clean and well stocked. we would definitely return!! thanks for a great weekend!!

We had a wonderful stay with Jee and Mee. They were both so kind and helpful! Their apartment is in a great location - close to a great stretch of Grace Bay and a nicely paved beach access path but still walkable to Regent Village. They are also nearby a grocery store with everything you’d need. The apartment is spotless and much larger than it looks in the photos and the kitchen had everything we could’ve needed. We loved our stay here and will absolutely be coming back!

Jee's apartment is great. A 5 min walk to the beach to put your chairs down. It's can't get better than that. And, Jee is the best property owner we've ever encountered and we travel quite a bit. Friendly, great communication, always willing to assist and a great guy overall. Can't wait to return! Thanks Jee! We'll see you all soon! :)

We enjoyed the apartment right across the road from the beach, walking distance to town. Jee was very responsive and actually went out and got a new microwave the evening we checked in once he learned that the one in the apartment wasn’t working! Our children loved Blanco & Chedder (the dogs). The apartment was clean and spacious for our family of 4.
