Great house set up for a bigger party of 8-10 ppl. Easy access to eveyrhing you need cooking wise and quick trips to restaurants, bars and stores via golf car. Bill is very responsive and provides great recommendations too. 5 starts!

We had a large group and this place had plenty of room. Nice view of the ocean. You do have the power plant close by that you can hear when you are sitting out on the deck. Beds were comfortable. We were only there for the weekend so we didn’t need much.

Seabreeze is a great house for large groups. Each room is very spacious with it's own full bathroom and the beds are very comfortable. The wrap around decks have beautiful views with very comfortable outdoor furniture. It's a bit noisy as you're close to the power plant, but it really didn't bother us much - it drowns out the constant calls from the roosters :). The house is equipped with every kitchen appliance/tool you would need and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Harbour Island and would stay at Seabreeze again.

We had a wonderful time. The home was very large and had everything we needed. It's as advertised we would come back again. The owner went above and beyond what was expected to make sure we were happy.

This house was perfect for our group of friends, especially with a hurricane watch! The whole house was well appointed. We took advantage of the gas range/ovens to bake our own bread and cookies and breakfast casseroles. We grilled steaks on the outdoor grill and shared lots of meals on the large dining table. Some of us lounged around and read books on the wrap around porches while others got massages on the porch on the other side of the house. We kept up with the news and weather sitting on the comfy sofa and watching the large screen TV, and every bedroom had its own bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms were so roomy they could have each housed a family which gave us all privacy when we wanted it. The host and staff were super helpful in showing us around the island to get our bearings. The island had lots of great restaurants and things to do. Everyone in the group agreed that we need to go back. We had a blast!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bill was very responsive and helpful in advance of our arrival and, once there, caretakers Margarita and Robert were wonderful. Great house and very convenient location.

The Sea Dream House was lovely. What we loved: Views from the deck were great, housekeeper and daily cleaning service was so helpful, big kitchen (great for big meals), and overall terrific value. Communication and helpfulness was also great. What we might do differently: The decor, beds, and some appliances are a little outdated. Location was okay but somewhat close to the powerplant (noise). Water pressure downstairs was better than upstairs. If you desire close access to the beach or a quiet/secluded space, be prepared to pay more. Overall, the value we paid for the Sea Dream house and our ability to easily have 9 people, and the communication/service was reliable and well worth it. I'd recommend Sea Dream to someone else!

If you have a large group, this is the house for you. Lots of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. Awesome kitchen, fully stocked. Lots of towels and pillows. We will definitely come back.

My colleagues and I really enjoyed our stay at Seadreamshouse! The owner is really responsive and does everything possible to make your stay enyoyable. Really beautiful house as well with nice living room and spacious bedrooms.

Wow. Sea Dreams is a truly special place. The home was immaculate upon arrival and we were greeted swiftly by the housekeeper and her husband who gave us a tour. They took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. The space, furnishings, and accommodations of the home surpassed our expectations. If I am lucky enough to return to Harbour Island, I will certainly stay at Sea Dreams.

Sea Dream House was just perfect for our group of four couples who were at Harbour Island to attend a friend's daughter's wedding. Very nice, rather large home with great amenities. Bottom line is that I will rent this house again when I return to Harbour Island, as Sea Dream House might be the best value on the Island. JT; St George Island, FL

Huge, clean home overlooking the harbor. Lots of room for 8 of us. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Up the hill from a new park so kids got to play basketball with the local kids! We loved our stay, loved Margarite and her family who cleaned the home daily. We would definitely go back!

We had a big group of old friends down to the island for a fishing trip. The large rooms and double wrap around porches made our stay very comfortable, even with our big group. Other than a leaking toilet that we had to shut off the first night, the house was great. The owners were excellent and responsive as well.

I, along with eight other friends, recently stayed in Seadream House for 5 days for our Spring Break. The location of the house is ideal -- we were a 5-10 minute golf cart ride from Pink Sands beach and the marina but also had a convenience store and various restaurants within 30 seconds of us. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet, and although there were locals working and living around us, they were super friendly and we did not have any safety concerns. The housekeeper, Margarite, was also extremely kind to us and we had the house cleaned everyday. The rooms were perfect to fit our group and the kitchen area was great for cooking meals and eating all together. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Seadream house and we will definitely miss waking up and watching the ocean from the balcony!!

My family and I left as soon as Monday came and we could find another house to rent. Upon arriving Saturday evening, I found “SeaDream” located in the outskirts of town. Past the beauty and charm of Dunmore town, surrounded by derelict housing, a 200 yard junkyard filled with a washing machine, broken boats, cars and carts (not to mention trash flying everywhere). The front yard is being used as a driveway for one of the houses next door. The locals occupy the houses not deserted which look directly onto the property and house. They use it as a passageway and sit on the surrounding fence during the day and night drinking. The side has a dirt field where they ride their motorbikes. The roaming chickens and neighborhood dog are constantly clucking and barking so any peaceful time outside isn’t happening! The bay is not just out back as pictured in the listing, nor is it beachfront. Nothing is close except a grocery store and convenience store. My 18 year old son was mugged on his way home through the local neighborhood. It is not safe. The house needs a thorough cleaning and new towels etc. The master had clothes and toiletries still occupying the closet and bathroom. Not great service if someone rents your home for two weeks! The list of rules to follow is unbelievable. In order to use the stove you must turn on the propane tank outside to use it! Imagine going outside in your nightgown with local men sitting on the wall, to turn on propane, then light pilot lights (dangerous) in order just to cook breakfast! Repeat every time you want to use the stove or oven. The sliders to the first floor deck were missing locks. If you used bottle water you needed to replace it (the water is undrinkable on the island). I was able to move by Monday and my new landlord had none of these rules, no noise issues, no safety issues, no cleanliness issues and was actually beachfront like the pictures and description. VRBO and the owner have yet to reimburse us under their guarantee for the Gross Misrepresentation and safety issues of this listing on their site.... it is on Barrack street, please look it up on google earth before renting. If I was provided the address I wouldn’t have rented and wouldn’t have had to move and pay more than double for a decent vacation. I would post accurate pictures if there was a place to do so.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Seadream House. It was conveniently located to the marina, pink sand beach, shops and restaurants. The housekeeper Margarette, was so wonderful and helpful. She made sure we had a good time and arranged an excellent cook for us one night and prepared the most amazing Bahamian dinner. The house is spacious and comfortably accommodated our large family. Bill is super easy to communicate with and would respond quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back.

The house is perfect for big families and located in the heart of the neighborhood adjacent to the harbor. The owner/manager took care of us in all respects. Stand up guy and very responsive!

This property is great for families and/or couples wanting to share quality time and space. The kitchen is amazing - we spent lots of time here, cooking and having fun. The three upstairs bedrooms are large and have beautiful views. Bill Corcoran communicated immediately and helped us at every step of the way. Thanks for the nice time!

We thoroughly enjoyed the week. It is a great property.

We enjoyed our stay in this large, welcoming home with a view. While the roosters may have taken a little getting used to in the morning, the house is central to most things you want to do; going to the beach, zipping into town or walking along the bayside. Bill was responsive and flexible.

If you have a few couples or family group- SeaDreamHouse will work well for you. It was larger than we needed for 2 couples but it’s a homey house to be at. AC worked well. Town water is salty (we didn’t know that)- and the pressure is low. Location is easy on the island so overall - we enjoyed SeaDreamHouse

We loved our stay at SeaDream. Bill made certain everything was ready for our arrival.He called to check in on us:) Ruth took good care of us and kept the house tidy. The home is very large and accommodated our family well. Spacious master with large tub. pretty view of sunsets (on bay side). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our large family, market is just a quick walk down hill (or golf cart ride). It is not in the beach district but was short golf cart ride to pink sands beach. Very close to town, shops, dive shop & restaurants. hired a boat one day to take the kids to swim with pigs & go starfish diving. We also went scuba diving with Valentine's- fantastic wreck dive. House was the perfect spot for down time-- dvds, books, games & sporting equipment for our use. My boys even played softball with the local kids in the field across the street. My only complaint is the wild chickens but I understand this is an island wide problem. We saw them all over the island. The roosters crow loudly at dawn! I had some ear plugs which helped. I think the hotels pay employees to shoo them away from guest rooms but if you stay in home, you are on your own. The island should do something about this. Getting up at dawn on vacation is not ideal, thankfully lots of great spots to take an afternoon siesta. Lovely home and hosts.

The house was big, roomy and very convenient to restaurants, shopping, the dock and the bay. It’s also convenient to the ocean. The people nearby are wonderfull and nice. However, the house does need some tender loving care. The place needs a thorough cleaning. The washing machine leaks on the bedroom floor. The toilet downstairs wobbles. The shower faucet upstairs doesn’t work, the towel rack in the upstairs master bath needs to be re-hung, And, the house needs a new ironing board. We were not able to watch TV, the reception was never followed up on and fixed and the WiFi stopped working on day 3. We went there for a wedding and it was hard to iron clothes cause the iron board would not stand up. We had to put the iron board on the nice large kitchen table to iron our clothes. The back porch light bulbs need to be replaced. We tried to bar- b- que in the dark with candles since the light bulbs were burnt out. I would suggest that these things be fixed before the house is rented again to someone else. There was no follow up by the owners or owner representative on the problems we were having. The contact information was wrong when we were checking into the house too. Correct information would would save some frustration on the next renters.

Bill was extraordinarily diligent and exceptionally helpful as an owner as we planned our stay on Harbour Island. His modern house is at the edge of town but within easy walking distance to the pink sands beach, (pricey) restaurants and (small and pricey) grocery stores. Housekeeper Ruth can make a tremendous feast for an extra fee. The house is very big and can comfortably host quite a number of guests. Cell and wifi service was excellent. That said, bring DVD’s if you want to watch a big variety of movies.

Bill was very helpful, responsive, and informative during the booking process and was promptly available if questions arose. The house is perfect for big groups, in a great spot, with the biggest view of the bay on the island. Will rent again!! 10/10 Thanks for having us Bill!

My wife and I rent Seadream house with a few other couples each December/January. It has become a wonderful tradition, in no small part due to the accommodations. Seadream has everything a large group would need, and is incredible comfortable. We look forward to many more New Years' in Seadream!

It was our first time on the Island and we were very impressed with the house, Bill and everyone who helped coordinate. The house is truly stocked for every occasion- we will definitely be back!!

As always Sea Dream is amazing. THis was our 3rd year in a row renting Sea Dream house it is trully is amazing. It is a large house with ample space for 10 people (5 couples). Massive kitchen for cooking and entertaining. Amazing wrap around deck(s) for the most ideal sunset views. The house is close to the beach and town (2 min golf cart ride). Bill, the owner, is prompt answering any questions and there is a care taker on island if anything comes up. 10 out of 10

The house had plenty of space. The large kitchen and living room made it very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. I would rent this house again.
