Great location for exploring the island. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable, and the private pool was fabulous. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Really lovely family run hotel. The pool was lovely and quiet. We really liked the location too (we had a car, which I’d recommend for this area) but still everything you’d need was close by. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was really comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Very good value for money. We’d definitely come back
Not really anything I didn’t like. I guess if you didn’t have a car you’d struggle to get around but that wasn’t a problem for us. The only small thing I can think of is that the shower head didn’t attach to the wall, it was hand held. But again, no problems.

The structure is located at the top of the Eucalyptus street in Kolymbia, close to the main services (pharmacy, supermarket, bar). The location is strategic, because it is halfway between Rhodes and Lindos and is close to several famouse beaches (Anthony Quinn bay, Faliraki, Tsambika bay, all about 10 minutes away). The staff was always very kind and helpful, responding quickly by whatsapp to the questions that came to mind during our stay and allowing us to leave our luggage at reception on the last day, to be able to move easily before reaching the airport. The apartment was clean, as was the outdoor porch and the private pool (much appreciated). There is also a shared swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. A laundry area is also available for all guests.
Nothing to report.

It was excellent! A comfortable, well-equipped house and a great value for the price.
The bathroom doors don't close well, and it was a bit annoying.

The pool was perfect. The freedom to come and go. Great communication. We know the area well so it suited our needs. The view was great. Always somewhere to park. Not too loud and not too quiet. The place had electric shutters fitted so we could have all windows and doors open but be safe and secure. We had neighbours from different countries which were chatty.
In Greece, there is always some DIY that needs completing, altering, or repairing. Holes in places and paint work needed. It would have been nicer to be closer to the beach, but we had a car, so it was not too much of an issue.

Amazing hospitality, great pool and good sized rooms. Great air conditioning and staff went above and beyond - they sorted us taxis and facilities. Also recommended bars and restaurants.
Nothing!

Paradise Garden is not exactly a resort establishment, like many of its competitors in the area, but it is an ideal place to stay with a young family. The rooms are well stocked and the staff are incredibly helpful, warm and friendly. We've been to Rhodes and stayed in a full service resort in the past, but didn't feel this would meet our needs this time around. Instead we opted for a well-priced place in a good location with cooking facilities and a pool on-site and Pardise Garden fulfilled this perfectly.
Where the place stands out is the kindness of the service. The family who run it are really approachable, helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much of a bother for them. They can help you plan your visit or can just leave you alone to enjoy your holiday (which they did for us and it was great!).
If you need a family place with a kitchen and good options for activities and restaurants nearby, this is a great place to go.
Everything was what we expected but that being said, I would recommend hiring a car to access this part of the island. Parking on-site was free and easy. Also, it's not really a complaint, but it's worthing knowing that there are options to stay in an upstairs or downstairs suite and there is no lift, but the staff helped us out with the bags so it wasn't really any problem.

The hosts were very helpful and kind and available for any need
Wi-Fi connection was bad. The private pool is located in a public area with no privacy. The access to the private pool from the room is not comfort.

The hotel is unfinished under construction with workers all around the hotel. No welcome gift not even water. Nothing where installed we had to ask for them to install the tv and to fix the wifi. Cables hanging out from the privat pool and no lights installed. No livingroom table. The refrigerator and washing machine where not installed. No iron and no umbrellas at the rooftop terrace. Ants in the bathroom. The kitchen sink was leaking water on the floor. The ac did not work either the power was not switch on. The first day plastic sunloungers at the pool with no sun mattress. Checkout time was 12 but they told us to checkout 11 because new guests arriving at 3 PM. The last morning other hotel guest was swimming in our privat pool.
