Friendly staff and accommodating.Good food
Hairdryers need to be modernized

Good location.
The food was terrible. This property should be rated 3 star at the most. We purchased all inclusive and they didn’t even provide free bottles water. Also they charges 6 euro for mojito. What kind of all inclusive is it? 4 star rating should be downgraded. We ended up eating outside resort as we were left hungry!

Staff, breakfast, beach and pool facilities for children
Pools closure time (currently at 5pm). I suggest to add more fish dishes at main meals and improve quality of spirits.

Located in a good location.. accessible for public transportation
Mostly the staffs were nice to people from Germany. mostly the hotel was filled with people from Germany and seems like the staffs take liking to them and not taking care of other people

Nice staff, great location
Bar near the pool for all inclusive drinks.
Pool was nice but greater part of it was very deep (more than 3 meters).

Breakfast was ok. The food wasn't great, and the dining room was often crowded.
The food wasn't as good as we would have expected.

We were happy that the staff was OK to change our room for no additional charge. The room pictures on booking don't match reality. Staff could not explain why.
Other than that, staff was in general nice. Animation team was nice to have.
We didn't feel very comfortable about their facilities...everything seemed very old and cheap. Restaurant reminded me more of a school canteen. Couldn't use the gym and mini club "due to covid regulations" because it's a closed room, but it was OK to have a variete comedy show indoor for all the guests. Regards to food...breakfast was very hard o get by with. If you came early for breakfast your croissants and pastries weren't fresh so most likely leftovers from yesterday I guess. It got better after it run out from the table. Lunch and dinner was doable. We loved their kebab and shrimps.
The children's pool was ice cold. Much colder than the one for adult. I was afraid my kid is gonna get sick.
Dispite you pay for all inclusive, you have to pay extra for the bottled water unless you ask for it when having lunch or dinner.(not for breakfast) otherwise only by glass which is about 1,5dcl-very annoying small glass. After 11pm if you get thirsty you can't get any water at all. Because everything shuts down. (No mini-bar, no water at the reception) Your only choice is to walk outside the hotel and find the nearest restaurant or grocery store and stock up.

Most things were excellent but a few niggles, probably because of my personal requirements. Good sized room, excellent cleanliness, fantastic pools and plenty of chairs, lovely grounds, generous food, drinks etc. Very helpful car/taxi service in the foyer and excellent Reception staff.
Hotel was only just over half full when I visited; that was a plus.
WiFi. I needed to send emails, meet people on zoom etc and the service was way below what I would expect from an international hotel (and much the worst of four hotels I stayed at on Rhodes and Tilos). Even standing by the Reception desk, when I sent an email to Reception it took ten minutes to arrive! I had to fill in a passenger locator form before returning to England and this took multiple attempts as WiFi couldn't cope.
Also, there was no decent lighting near the desk area so using late evenings to catch up on messages etc was impossible.
Noise from pool, entertainments etc in 1st floor room; another time I'd ask for floor 3 or above.

I will start with my saying a payed for all included pack!
Evrey thing you ask is extra.
AC the most basic thing is 5 euro per day
Twoles for the pool also 5 euro, if i want to change it to a fresh one is an extra 3 euro.
The drinks are local...for coca cola is extra
The beach is also extra

Lovely hotel in general - great food, kind staff, fun pool for kids, concerts in the evenings, other activities, close to beach
Just a minor thing - bathrooms/rooms need redoing as everything seems old. No doors between rooms for families with children using two rooms.

The breakfast had a problem with real butter, they mostly offer margarine. The porridge was ok. Good fresh ground coffee is a bit of a problem in Rhodes, but this hotel offers "Greek coffee" which is usually referred to as Turkish coffee - well , it was fine. But you had to wait for a coffee girl to come and make it for you.
The watermelon was a delight, every time.
The hotel charges 3 euro per pool towel plus a deposit. The beach is also an extra 5 euro for a sunbed. The beach is perfect for kids.
The food is fine, but it's surely nothing like a proper 4 star hotel, it's more like a canteen style, but we never left hungry.
The evening shows are great, but they're the great for the eldery kind of type of great. I mean it's no teenagers' fun. It's mini disco for toddlers and kids and then the show like a theater. By the way, it was great, good work of the animation team, the kids did enjoy it.
All the shops are like 5 minutes walk. The public toilets in the hotel are mostly clean and fine, except the toilet at the kids' club zone could use more attention from the staff, the paper was never there.
Overall it was a fine stay.
The curtains didn't really cover the windows. The bathroom looked a bit old fashioned, but it was clean.
