Good location, new mattresses & linens/towels needed.

The location was central to everything

The sheets & towels need a refresh & maybe the mattresses. The towels were folded, but damp when we came in. They didn’t smell fresh. The bedding had a funky smell. My son complained that “something” smelled like throw up. It was the pillow. The apartment is a great location. I think new mattresses, new towels, new bedding would be great. Having extra towels and bedsheets/blankets would be great, too. Only one tv worked, two didn’t work. We think the fire sticks were stolen from a previous stay. The kitchen could have used more basic things like dish soap, salt/pepper, new pots/pans, paper towels. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen. There were basic things missing & it the linens weren’t fresh. Other than that, the location was very convenient for us. We would like to stay again, if the suggestions are approved.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation and I will certainly stay here again.

Excellent location as the property is in a residential community with very friendly neighbours. Close proximity to the airport and general shopping. Property also is very clean and comfortable.

More interaction from the host instead of speaking to the Host through a ring doorbell.

Not happy.

it was in a nice area.

kitchen and bathroom were nice. Bed was horrible. sheets were not changed from previous guest and there was blood stains, hair and a gunky sticky stuff on them. Mattress is filled with big yellow rounds all over that appears to be urine stains. Also the mattress sinks in the middle when you lay down. We call the number provided and they told us we had to go to the laundry room on the back of the house and get clean sheets and pillowcases. We did sent them photos to support our complain.

I didn’t know how to cut the tv on at first then some of the remote didn’t have batteries. The hot water barely runs my and my family had to take cold showers. I went to use the dryer in the laundry room but someone to me to get out from the ring tone. sometimes I felt like I was being watched

My stay was an interesting experience. I will not rebook with this House/Hotel again.

The place was cute. The decor and set up is aesthetically pleasing. But looks nothing like the pictures displayed on the listing.

The neighbors are weird. They stated that they’re having issues with the owner of the rentals. The toilet needs repair. The water ran all day. There are holes in the wall. I don’t know who approved the mattresses for the room because they both are extremely hard and uncomfortable. I was very disappointed with my choice.

A SCAM!

I did not like the property at all! it is not as pictured! Completely False Advertising!

The number of bedrooms/bathrooms is a lie! It was not clean! Uncomfortable! Old Smelling! I only stayed 1 night and the host still charged me for 7!!! Completely UNFAIR and not willing to negotiate!

Pleasant

It was not clean, we had to clean it when we arrived, the sheets had a very ugly smell. In the reservation they asked for silence after different hours and the neighbors we had will bother all the time.

Disappointing

Location

The cleaning was awful top kitchen counter was not clean. Floor and bathroom full of hair. Got to the back patio also not clean and four garbage bags sitting there , that didn't get picked up not until 5pm next day. Advertised a sofa bed but it did not open. Had to sleep on the floor and no sheets were provided for that either. Spoke to the manager and apparently she was not aware of any of that but the trash that didn't fit on the garbage can and had to leave it on the back patio for the next guest to see it and smell it. Just ridiculous and on top of that asked for a refund of sort and all she gave me was a code for some closet to get bedding sheets. Very disappointing The mattress on both room are pillow top and the put upside down because the top is damaged and had to sleep on the uncomfortable side of the mattress instead of putting a new one. Also needs a lot of maintenance
