Melhor Selina de todos! Staff incrível, estrutura perfeita. Voltarei logo =D

É um hostel com uma estrutura incrível, bem decorado, possui lugares comuns aconchegantes, piscina, academia, bar e alguns eventos musicais muito legais. Tem um bistrô anexo com acesso interno que é uma delícia, além de comida e bebida no bar/restaurante do local. O staff é incrível! Fui muito bem atendida por todos que sempre agilizaram qualquer questão com muita buena onda. O quarto é ótimo, bonito, limpo e muito confortável. É o melhor Selina que já fiquei, volto com certeza!

Um ponto menor foi a localização que fica cerca de 10 min a pé do centrinho, mas pra mim não foi um problema. O bairro era calmo e facilmente acessível a pé, por táxi ou onibus.

Múltiples cobros

El área compartida

Se nos hizo un cobro a la tarjeta de crédito cuando apartamos el hotel, y luego de varios correos para cambiar por una habitación más grande donde el hotel nos indica que debemos cancelar la primera reserva, se nos hace un segundo cobro sin devolución del primer cobro; al llegar al hotel el recepcionista nos indica que la reserva está sin pagar y que debemos pagarla. Al solicitar una explicación por los cobros nos indica que no sabe nada y que debe consultar; de lo cual no obtuvimos ninguna respuesta.

Pesima estancia, sin internet, cero servicios y mala ubicación

La cama era muy comoda

El wifi pesimo en toda mi estancia fallo, las habitaciones privadas que estan en lo mas lejos no llega el internet, el baño compartido nunca tenia papel, solo era 1 que compartias con otra habitacion con literas, donde era baño y regadera a la vez, tenias que esperar mucho tiempo si alguien se estaba bañando para poder entrar al baño, no contaba con lo basico como shampoo, jabon, toalla para las manos, super frio, le faltaba mantenimiento, el lavamanos se le tiraba el agua por abajo, mucho ruido. La ubicación lejos del centro era una subidota muy pesada caminando. Desayuno no incluido, tenia costo muy caro para lo que ofrecian, las amenidades como la alberca, gym no estaban incluidas, claro que sabia que tenia costo, pero estaría padre que lo incluyeran en la estancia para los huespedes y tener ese plus diferencial con la competencia. Decepcionada de Selina, he estado en otros paises y 10 de 10, pero este si dejo mucho que desear.

I was not able to sleep because of heat, light and noise

Clean, restaurant inside, English speaking personnel I didn’t have a chance to try amenities as it was Sunday and also swimming pool was under construction

I couldn’t sleep in my private room. Batteries were on, and they were the hottest I’ve ever experienced (and I lived in places where winter temperatures are -30C) while it was +15 outside. Very noisy from the road nearby, especially when windows are open By some reason the door to the room had a glass window and in the night they switched on bright blue light in the stairs Also there was no hairdryer and a battery in the bathroom was broken so there was water on the floor

Le faltó esfuerzo y un poco de mantenimiento a la habitación privada.

Muy cálida la atención del personal. El agua de la ducha excelente.

Las paredes al costado del baño tienen humedad y se cae la pintura. No funcionaba la luz en el espejo del baño, estaba quemada, por lo que no me podía maquillar. Hubo una noche y mañana de mucho frío ( 4 grados) y no me prendieron la calefacción a pesar de que se los pedí. Sólo me agregaron una manta. Tampoco había luz afuera en la escalera a la entrada de la habitación privada una noche me tropecé y lastime la rodilla. Lo vió el empleado quien me mostró la habitación y me dijo que pondría una luz. Pero no pasó.

Pésimo lugar.

El bar. La limpieza

El colchón estaba vencido, imposible dormir. Es como dormir en una zanja. Muy mal equipado. Te queres rayar una zanahoria, no tenes rayador. Hervir un huevo? No hay jarrito. Destapar un vino, no hay sacacorchos. Literal, cada vez que quería abrir un vino tenes que ir a la recepción. Luz en todo el dpto deficiente, casi lugubre. Todo el parque abandonado con yuyos altos, oscuro y basura por todos lados. Pileta climatizada vacía deshabilitada. Pileta exterior, fría. Wifi? Ni para ver netflix. Todo un desastre

Excelente hostel. Super confortável. Quarto maravilhoso. Os atendentes muito solícitos. Banheira que havia muito relaxante. O aquecimento também não desapontou.

A localização do hotel é um pouco fora do centro, na subida de uma ladeira. Mais nada que 15 min de caminhada não resolva. Excelente hotel.

Looks better in the pics..don't we all

Nice big room with lockers. Great hot water and water pressure. There is some beautiful art and decor, but things are starting to show their age. The staff were all amazing. Friendly and helpful. The coffee was great and the food was not too bad. The dogs are cute and friendly too! They do host some tango and music nights but nothing is posted to tell you when anything is happening. 🤔🙄

The whole place needed some TLC...was dirty and dilapidated....was super excited for the spa and yoga but the jacuzzi was out of commission and the yoga mats were so torn and filthy that it wasn't very zen. Had a not bad massage, but again, it was filthy. In the 2 weeks I was there they only cleaned the dorm room I was in once and I had to ask for the garbage in the bathroom to be emptied. Not sure if they wash the duvet covers or not, but one of the beds across from me didn't have one and they certainly didn't wash the duvet between guests🤣

It was a bit far out of town, but it had a beautiful entrance hall and place to sit and chill.

The breakfast was not included and the coffee was super expensive. I liked the entrance hall area and the staff was friendly.

I think they should make it clear that all the other facilities and the breakfast are not included in the price of the booking. They can also update the bathroom we had to use and the mattress on the bed.

Bed was ok, rooms pretty spacious. There are a lot of facilities (which we didn’t get to use). They have an in-house (whatsapp) tour agency. I like the mix between hostel and hotel.

This is a mix between hotel and hostel. So lots of hipsters. If your room like mine is on the road side it is a bit noisy. Breakfast was not included and quite expensive (as all in Bariloche). Would have been nice if they had told us about the hotel facilities when we arrived, and the lay-out is not very clear/inviting to roam around the premises.

very cool design, cool people, but unfortunately freezing cool room ( the heating system is not enough to heat up the room, the wind blows through the windows, there was no hot water until the morning but than it was still not enough water pressure to have a shower) so Selina should spend some money on maintenance instead of design

I forgot my phone charger in my room when I checked out, I went back a few hours after and they told me they didn't find anything. I'm 100% sure I left it there. They didn't let me go check...
