This property had everything we'd want for a great vacation. Very clean. Nice, comfortable spaces with a nice enclosed porch and outside deck. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Loved the super easy walking/riding/driving access right into Rehoboth town center. The nearby beach (Deauville) was nice and not crowded.

The house perfectly suited our needs. Close to the beach, and a15 minute walk to the boardwalk. Close and convenient, yet quiet and homey. The back deck and central air were also very handy to have. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Liza’s property - beautiful back porch - quiet lovely landscaping, good shade. House itself was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Liza was a great host! Thank you.

We had a great vacation. The house was perfect, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the option of two beautiful porches to spend our time was great! It was also so nice of Liza to provide trash bags, dish detergent etc. it was much appreciated! It was nice to be in walking distance of the beach and boardwalk.

Wonderful Beach House
It is getting increasingly difficult to find smaller homes for rent in Rehoboth that are also an easy walk to the beach. This place was perfect for our family. We loved the big enclosed porch and spacious deck in the beautifully landscaped yard. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils and we had everything we needed for a wonderful, relaxing beach week. The owner responded promptly to our questions. We would definitely stay here again !

Great Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The enclosed patio was great for relaxing, and the deck was my favorite place to spend the mornings while the rest of my family slept in. We loved walking to the beach and biking around the area. Liza was a great host. The internet could have been a bit stronger, and there was no recycling bin or dust pan, but overall our stay was wonderful.

Great Stay!
This house would be a dream getaway during any time of year, but it was especially meaningful to us city dwellers to escape to a quiet, peaceful area during COVID. Nighttime was blissfully silent, and we slept like babies every night we were there. The brief walk to the beach along the quiet neighborhood roads made for such a calm, laid back mood for our entire stay. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the large patio for breakfast every morning, as we don't have the luxury of outdoor seating space at home. The host was wonderful, friendly, and communicative. She provided a list of restaurant recommendations that proved excellent (the chicken ginger soup at Confucius Chinese is phenomenal), and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous beach cottage
This place was absolutely wonderful. Unlike many rentals near the beach, it has the feel of a place someone loves, a haven from the world, with an atmosphere of joy. It's been beautifully designed (the pictures are nice but don't actually do it justice), and is really comfortable, as well as being walking distance from the beach (the quieter 'pines' beach towards the northern end of town), in a lovely residential neighborhood. It's also very well set up - I happen to love cooking, so can recognize a well-appointed kitchen, and this is well appointed (what does this mean? Le Creuset skillet, Oxo salad spinner, lots of serving platters, mixing bowls, cocktail shaker - really, everything one could need). Liza was also a great host, and, because we went there for a birthday long weekend, even left prosecco and ice cream and cake for us. I was there with my three young children, who also had a lovely time. What can I say? This is a lovely, welcoming, beautiful beach cottage with soul!

Wonderful Beach House
Beautiful house and a gorgeous, meticulously landscaped back deck. Quiet neighborhood right next to the entrance to the Henlopen Acres, a few blocks to the beach. The owner provided 2 parking passes for our stay. The house is very comfortable for our family of four. The property is well maintained. The kitchen items are high quality and a pleasure to use. The furnishings and mattresses are clean and up to date. It was a really comfortable stay, and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. She even arranged for a cake to be delivered for our kid's birthday. What a thoughtful gesture. Thank you so much!

Sweet cottage
Our family stayed at Liza’s cottage this July. It was our first time renting from her but not our first time renting in Rehoboth. Liza was an excellent communicator and did a wonderful job at making sure we were comfortable. She went out of her way to accommodate our requests.
The home is very charming and had more than adequate accommodations. Many rentals require you to bring everything but the kitchen sink but Liza provided for the basics plus a little more (like beach chairs, basic condiments, and some consumables-paper towels, tp, garbage bags etc). I was prepared with my own supplies but it was nice to know that she had everything in place so when we rent again we will know exactly what to bring.
The location and distance from the beach is perfect. We rented bikes so it was a do-able bike ride to the beach and a nice distance into town. Not too close so we avoided the busyness of Rehoboth but close enough to bike into town on a whim. Perfect location for our teenaged daughters to have some independence in a very safe environment.
We would definitely rent again!
