The property was in a great location, close to harbour, so everything was within walking distance. Property was very clean on arrival

Super location. Close to shops, bars and restaurants
The apartment had everything one would need for a great break in Torquay. The beds however were very uncomfortable. The sofa bed in the lounge has seen better days.
However we did enjoy our break away. And the location of the apparent was spot on.
Just small points that did not distract from a fab holiday.

Lovely apartment with excellent access to Torquay town
Really lovely apartment in an excellent location for the town centre. Clean, comfy and like a home-from-home.
Our only comment would be the parking permits - it was not clear how to use them and we had to call house keeping to get ones for the following day as they are only valid for one day and we had paid for 2 days.

Excellent location. Unfortunately a few things need to be fixed in the apartment and those made the trip less than satisfactory. The mattresses on the beds were terrible. The double bed is hard, like a plank with not much covering on the springs. A very uncomfortable sleep. The bunk beds also have cheap mattresses, soft and with springs very obvious underneath you. No blind in the bunk bed room to block out light, just a curtain. Door into kitchen/diner is falling off the hinges. Fire sensor is right above the stove so when cooking anything or even using the toaster, it goes off.

Perfect Spot for a Perfect Place!
Lovely place! Very secure to start, easy to find, perfect location! Within walking/throwing distance of the town. Very clean and lovely welcoming house. Had everything we needed and to a very high standard. Would recommend getting the leisure pass and parking, the hotels facilities were perfect and there isn't anywhere else local to park without a permit. Lovely environment and neighbours in the courtyard were very helpful! Will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone.

Stayed in June 2016
Great location! Close to everything we needed. Didn't need to drive anywhere so we parked in the same place most of the time. Put parking permit in window the evening before. Apartment was clean and spacious. No faults. We would return!!

Noisy neighbours!
It transpires that not all residents were holiday makers, and our neighbours who were perfectly nice people seemed to double the size of their family every evening and take over the courtyard with their extended family who were very loud and spoiled the early evening peace and serenity of the courtyard. Would we stay here again? No!

A nice place to stay
It was a pleasant stay.
The flat was just what we wanted clean, big and in the centre of everything.
Torquay is a nice place in Devon close to all tourist attractions.
We only had one problem the code to get the keys was the wrong one,and the person to contact was on holiday.

Great location and good space
Our third year visit to Torquay and Trinity Mews and again we enjoyed our stay. Apartment 9 with two beds provided more living space for a family than the one bed apartments we stayed in during previous visits. The location is great close to the harbour and shops. The apartments have everything you need including fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, crockery, tv / dvd player, iron and ironing board. Towels are also provided and we had a high chair for our toddler.
Parking is a challenge in the busy streets around Trinity Mews, particularly if you go out in the car for the day and return early evening. Also a new pass needs to be put on for the next day before 8am which means an early start. In terms of improvements that would have increased our scores; the apartments were refurbished several years ago and are ready for some tlc in places i.e scuffs on paintwork and walls and some damp in the bathroom and rusty chrome accessories. Two of the interior doors didn't close and the double bed had a very hard mattress. These things did not spoil our stay but for the price the extra attention to detail is expected.
Overall, well positioned and good size accommodation with all the facilities we needed for a great family break.
