Ottima posizione e staff gentile

La posizione ottima, l’accoglienza della signora dello staff, molto gentile e sorridente.

Non c’è l’ascensore ma non è un grande problema. È stato il primo hotel della Turchia in cui non offrivano l’acqua nel frigo, ma anche questo non è un gran problema. La difficoltà maggiore riguarda guidare nelle vie adiacenti, non vengono rispettati segnali di senso unico e segnali di stop, una vera follia.

Отличный отель!

Отличный отель в центре города! Номер просторный, чистый и светлый. Завтрак разнообразный, шведский стол. Персонал отличный, особенно владелец кафе при отеле, очень улыбчивый и добрый :) Месторасположение отеля хорошее, прям в сердце города))

Ничего такого не припомню, все было отлично! Только то, что лифта нет, но персонал помог поднять чемоданы наверх)

Un Hotel, correcto en pleno centro de Lisa dado

Estaba muy céntrico. El personal muy amable y estaba limpio. El desayuno estaba también muy bien.

No había ascensor y tuvimos que subir las maletas a peso. La piscina cuando preguntamos estaba cerrada. No la pudimos ver.

Hotel sympatyczny, duży ładny pokój, czysto; bardzo przyjazny, pomocny personel, poczucie zindywidualizowanego podejścia

Śniadania przeciętne, zawsze zimna jajecznica; lokalizacja nie dla każdego - w samym centrum handlowego deptaka, brak transferu lotniskowego - tylko taxi

整体比较满意

虽然没有特别值得提到的地方，但酒店整体还是令人满意的。

从大路通往酒店的路况略差，车技不佳或是步行拖着行李的旅客大概会感到有些艰难。库萨达斯很多道路都是这样，这倒也不是酒店的问题，不过有以上顾虑的话最好还是考虑大路附近的酒店。

Tolles Hotel mit perfekte Lage im Zentrum und super Nähe zum Meer.

Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Eine Garderobe für Jacken im Eingang wäre schön gewesen. Besteck im Zimmer wäre schöne gewesen.

Lugar muito agradável e bem localizado

Quarto muito bonitinho com sacada. Localização ótima, bem próxima da orla e do centrinho.

Café da manhã com itens faltando, poderia ser um pouco mais completo. O cartão chave para acesso do quarto não funcionava muito bem.

Nice small hotel

The hotel is located in the touristy area close to the cruise Pier and all the shops and restaurants in Kusadasi and it has a very nice terrace where you can sip tea while you look at all the tourists walking by It´s a very convenient location The room was clean and spacious Breakfast was OK

WiFi was bad, the connection wasn´t reliable and we noticed other guests complaining about it

CONSIGLIATO !!

L'hotel si trova all'inizio della zone pedonale in posizione centralissima. Questa è stata la cosa che ci è piaciuta di più. Le camere sono ampie, comode e pulitissime con un arredo moderno. Ottimo il bagno ampio. Il personale è cordiale e la colazione ordinaria.

L'hotel non indica in modo chiaro che non vi è l'ascensore in struttura, ciò può essere dirimente nella scelta in caso di soggetti con mobilità limitata. Nessuno vi aiuterà con i bagagli e, quindi, se avete molte valige potrebbe essere un problema. La connessione internet non funziona bene soprattutto dove eravamo noi, ovvero all'ultimo piano. La piscina c'è ma è piccola ed un pò isolata nella struttura.

Very happy with our stay

The location is perfect. Staff were really nice and the rooms were really clean and bed was very comfortable. We had a fridge in our room which was so handy and the aircon worked great. Cleaning services were also very good. It was a traditional Turkish breakfast buffet each morning and the seating out the front of the hotel is so nice to eat and relax.

The pool is lovely but it is small and the surrounding of the pool is a bit unkept. Could do with some TLC but overall it's still a lovely little pool. Also there is no elevator, we were on the third floor so you do have to climb three floors of stairs but it didn't really negatively impact our stay, it's just good to know for booking incase you need a lower floored room.

Most perfect stay

It looked nice, the pool & outside we’re lovely if u only focus on the hotel and not on other peoples property (the nasty review I read wasn’t worth it) The room was amazing, spacious & clean. The airconditioning was amazing and the balcony did wonders too (only 1 room has a functional balcony) the staff was beyond friendly. I have never ever in my life respected a hotel & their staff like this. We will come back since we visit Kusadasi often. Going to another hotel is never an option as long as Eliada still continues to take amazing care of their guests!

If you’re a difficult sleeper the bar street in close proximity can be annoying, but this is every night different and mostly because it’s tourist season. If u wanna enjoy a property in the city tho, you have to accept that it’s busy and that the nightlife is located there that’s just logics and nothing negative in my opinion but more something to bare in mind

I would 100% recommend this hotel, we had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Staff very helpful Rooms very clean Modern Excellent location

Nothing not to like however some recommendations… Small choice for breakfast, some pastries and pancakes would have been nice. No shallow end in pool, may not be suitable for young children who are not strong swimmers. Can be a little noisy at night for light sleepers however didn’t keep us awake and the location was worth it. Some minor aesthetic repairs needed in the room where previous guests have caused damage, ie there was a hole in the bathroom door.

Pleasant

The bedroom and bathroom were great. Mini fridge, safety deposit box, kettle, and everything you could want. Clean and comfortable.

Buffet breakfast which no items were covered so food had flies on it. Pool had 8 sunbeds which were tightly placed together in the limited sunshine. Not so good if you wanted to lie by the pool for the day. Lovely rooftop terrace but has no shade at all so unable to use until nighttime.

Everything was good, the room was clean and new, nice bathroom, nice bed, air conditioner and the location was amazing, right in the center but no loud sounds coming from outside. Nothing to complain, quality price was a good stay !

Disappointing

The staff were very nice

Very noisy ! Right beside a nightclub , I found it very difficult to sleep . Music doesn’t stop until around 4am ! I would not go back . Also doesn’t really look like the photos

Great Hotel with perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms and swimming pool

Great Breakfast, great location, and the staff were very friendly. The room was nice a big and we also had a lovely balcony which was a nice place to chill in the evening. The pool was an added bonus.

Ok for one night

Big clean room, nice design, clean bathroom, coffee, tea and water in the room, desk, wi-fi. Nice and helpful reception staff. Nice terrace for breakfast. Ok for short stay.

Unsafe parking on the street, no balcony, loud and unsafe area behind hotel, unavailable pool area. I believe pictures do not reflect current reality anymore.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city centre everything is within walking distance, the staff were very friendly the rooms were cleaned everyday, we stayed here in April for one week a family group of 12 and we would all stay at this hotel again, very enjoyable stay, thanks!

pool wasn't open but this due us going off peak season wasn't told , breakfast wasn't anything there that we would ate. wouldn't be a hotel that would go on family holiday is more for if just going for couple days

Perfect location, comfortable and clean. Good value for the money!

Great location, in the middle of downtown Kousadasi. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was Ok and there were noises outside, but it was New Year's eve, so probably there were noises everywhere :) !

Very good value for money

Very comfy beds, high-pressure hot shower, nice staff, great location.

The only reason I gave it 9 rather than 10 is that the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke which we didn't like.

Excellent stay

Thanks to the hotel allowing us to check out a bit late. The hotel location is superb, just right on the walking (shopping) street. The breakfast was really good and very important to mention the room size (it was really big). We have enjoyed every bit of our stay. Highly recommended.
