Hotel con excelente ubicación.

La ubicación del hotel es ideal en plena avenida costanera, lo que permite tener un acceso rápido a los mejores centros comérciale, restaurantes, los cruceros y a la playa

La playa de Kusadasi no estaban limpias, habían papeles y envases.

Very good

Waterfront location is convenient and rooms had a good view. You can swim at the beach that is five minutes away. There is public parking right behind the hotel (hourly or 100 lira per day - no in and out). AC and hot water worked well. Rooftop breakfast had beautiful views and breakfast staff are very kind.

We had two rooms - both bathrooms (especially showers) were very small and dark. A strong cigarette smell came into the rooms via the ventilation system. Occasional problems with elevators and in-room electricity systems.

The stuff is so friendly location is perfect and the breakfast in 360 panoramic view is super

There is no parking on the hotel and nobody take your Luggage from your car , hotel on traffic lights so you confuse where to stop your vehicle and take your luggage out.

Superb

The hotel is right on the town seafront. Our room had a wonderful view of the sea, the promenade and the harbor pier. The waterfront area is a very lively place as all the townspeople go there for a walk and have fan until late at night; the road in front of the hotel is also very busy and quite noisy. However, the rooms are very well soundproofed and dampen most of the noise. The rooms are well furnished, equipped with a small refrigerator, kettle and free instant coffee and tea. The bed was wide enough and mattress and pilows was very good. The air conditioning and wi-fi excellent. Our room was on the first floor and had a balkony which was perfect. We liked the breakfast as it had a variety of options and several local dishes (e.g. spinach pie, dolmadaki, etc.). However, we didn't like the coffee that the automatic coffee machine made as it contained the "coffee mate" and not fresh milk. Finally, the hotel staff is very kind and willing to help the traveler.

The bathroom may need renovation to give it a modern feel. The carpet was not as clean as it should be and it needs replacement.

Great location with amazing breakfast

Location was amazing and huge breakfast with lots of options. Room was clean and nice. Staff helpful and accommodating. You can here some street noise but you are extremely close to the waterfront.

We liked everything and would stay here again.

Nice location, Problem with people smoking

Great location, enjoyed breakfast, staff pleasant, easy access to the beautiful city of Kusadasi, the marina and the port.

Too many people smoking in their rooms, I had to sleep with window open all night as my room was filled with smoke, not healthy and not good, it was like a smoking room in a bar from years ago, it comes under the door, when I got home all my clothes stank of smoke and my chest felt tight, I think the management should either have it as a smoking hotel or non smoking, I read it was non smoking, this is not true, I am very disappointed as I stayed at the Ilayda Aventgarde previously and never smelt a cigarette smell, do something about it, I don't think I'll stay here again because of this issue, sorry.

Exceptional

The location and the view from the roof restaurant are perfect! The staff really try to help and is very friendly. The breakfast is rich and delicious, big variety of drinks and food. There is big parking in the back of the hotel that's is very comfortable because the hotel is just on the sea promenade and usually it's hard to find free parking place.

The size of the bathroom and the consept of the shower but is question of taste I think.

The place I needed to be this holiday season.

The property had excellent facilities and amazing location right on the promenade. It is easily accessible to everything. I felt right at home here with the staff who were very professional, but also showed me what service with a heart was all about. Everything from breakfast to cleaning service as well as reception was more than impeccable. I felt like I was staying in a paradise location but also right at home with family. All in all, I couldn’t have made a better choice than Hotel Ilayda!

I wasn’t happy

the only thing I liked about this property was the location

I never want to say anything negative but I was unhappy with everything tbh. I booked for 3 nights and I stayed only 1. carpet in my room was filthy and the noise outside in peak time was a lot. the room smelled of cigarettes

Our stay in a deluxe double sea view in the distance on the 2nd floor was really quite wonderful— Because of the comfor

the rooms were really upscale in decor and lighting and bedding. it was a 7 minute walk to the main square and the harbor. perfect! the breakfast buffet each day was wonderful!

A small’ inconvenience (for those who drive there) on arrival — because the building is located on the main Boulevard, there are only a few parking spaces— you may need to unload your bags and then park in the lot directly across the street. which is still very very reasonable and safe.

The view from breakfast was amazing, the breakfast was well presented and plentiful. Maybe consider something to reduce the noise for guests on the floor below, chairs scraping the floor, but it was nothing major, would stay again

The view from the room and the breakfast area was quite amazing. Close to many restaurants and public transport. The area is quite busy though.

Very good

Staff are fantastic, especially Ali on the desk. Stayed here on few occasions. Grand and central. Breakfast is good, much to choose from. The WiFi is is very good also.

There is NO pool.
