Lots of positives! We could walk into town easily, stocked kitchen, thick towels, clean, nice shower.

We had a great time staying here. The hot tub was amazing. We walked to several restaurants.

This property was comfortable for 2 people. The kitchen was very small but for a short term rental it was fine. Plenty of amenities such as toilet paper and soap for washing machine. The sofa needs an upgrade as the faux leather is peeling off and it is uncomfortable.

Great location

A group of us rented 2 of the units and It was absolutely perfect! You can’t beat the location, just steps away from main street for easy access to restaurants and shopping. The units were clean, beautifully decorated and the beds/pillows were super comfy. What we loved most about this rental was the yard! It like having a small park just outside your door. Beautiful flowers, birds flying around, tables and chairs for meals or just hanging out and the hot tub was warm and very clean. We spent most evenings out in the yard and so enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. Have already told several friends about this property and will definitely rent again when we return.

Amazing location and great outside area
We had a great stay here in Moab! The location is perfect and even allows for walking to restaurants and shopping while being quiet and beautiful outside. I enjoyed sitting in the yard with my morning coffee before the heat came in.

Great location, terrific yard
The location was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Access to the park was nearly immediate.
My family used the lovely yard every night. Playing cards or spike ball, the neighbor looked over the fence to see how much fun we were having.
We would stay here again!

Perfect location, very comfortable & clean
Convenient/walkable to restaurants, yet quieter one street off main road. Comfy beds, very nice linens and towels, all the considerate accommodations. Pictures make it look a bit bigger than it is, but we had plenty of room and were very comfortable. I would return.

Awesome experience!
Everything about this property is wonderful! Location, feel, yard, beds. We had a great time with our teens here exploring.

Great location!
Loved this house - it was perfect for my family! I took off for the accuracy of the listing only because we weren't aware that there was bunk beds. The only other issue we had was the bunk beds not being against the wall and the potential for a kid to fall out of the top bunk and my kids were worried, too.
Other than that, everything was perfect - especially the location! It was within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops and was absolutely perfect. We loved the hot tub - wish we could have used it more than one evening but we were out doing some night hiking and it was getting late when we got back.
We would 100% stay here again if we came back to Moab. Hopefully we will at some point because there's still a lot of hiking that we'd love to do. I absolutely loved Moab more than I thought I would!

Great!
Great spot right next to downtown - easy to find, easy to stay there, comfortable, cute space. Stayed with my 15 yo daughter and 80 yo mother and had a lovely time. Would rent again.

Nice spot for a Moab weekend
We visit Moab regularly and this was our first stay at this property. Unit is small but master bed is very nice. 2nd BR bunks are designed for a family and look nice as well.
Kitchen is too small to be very functional. No place to sit indoors for a sit down meal. That was ok for us.
Shared hot tub was nice.
Big shared yard for all three units is nice for warmer weather.
All in all a good stay. But quarters are a bit tight. So just set your expectations for that.

Perfect Spot for exploring Arches & Canyonlands
This is a sweet spot! We loved how quiet it was, yet accessible to everything in and around Moab. The owner has set things up nicely and it has a cool vibe. Enjoyed the hot tub after our days of hiking :) There are three units: this would be a great place to rent if you were part of a larger group and wanted to take the whole thing over. We happily shared with a family with children and some guys who were there to off road bike. Super quiet at night, which we appreciated. Highly recommend...

Family Trip To Moab
We enjoyed our stay. Very nice and clean accommodations, great hot tub and great location. We would recommend to others who would like to visit Moab. Our family was two adults and two kids.

Great location
The location was great. The yard and hot tub area were fantastic. The place was clean and the water temperature was
plenty hot in the shower. There were a couple areas that could be improved upon. The temperature controls in the apartment were difficult to figure out and there were not any written instructions provided to follow. The TV volume wasn't working correctly. Also, I appreciate the on-site laundry, but it would have been nice to include the cost of that with the cost of the stay. I had to both obtain quarters and laundry detergent to do one load of laundry.

Great place in downtown Moab!
This is a lovely 2-BR apartment in a great location. We enjoyed using the hot tub and hanging out in the beautiful yard.

Clean and updated very nicely.
Enjoyed the property very much. It was clean, well equipped, beautiful oasis of a yard, with large trees, grass, seating, hammock, hot tub for a relaxing social enviroment. Close to downtown. Discussed with those in our party about returning with more family and grandchildren and rent all 3 units.

Great spot close to the parks and town. Walking distance from restaurants, bars and shops. Great little unit with everything we needed. The yard is a great bonus!

Great location, cute property
This place is in a great location, central to downtown Moab’s shops and restaurants. And an easy drive to Arches and Canyonlands. Lives up to its description. Definitely not brand new but the cute decor and colorful outdoor space makes it a good spot to spend your nights (or hot afternoons) in Moab. Overall, was a great space for our family of 4.

Stayed during a hiking trip. Met all our needs.

Great!
Everything was great with a few minor details I would comment on..... the couch pullout is broken and the bed was very crooked and lumpy and the back bedrooms were great, but got very hot if you shut the door (since the ac unit was in the living room). Otherwise, everything was great! Soft towels made it a perfect end to a long day hiking at Arches!

Good location downtown and well kept place
We liked the space and convenience of having a common sitting area with our kids. The house is clean and the location good for access to downtown shops and restaurants. The listing showed two single beds in the other room and it turned out to be a bunk style bed and there was a gap in the upper level which made it risky to use. Also the kitchen had all equipment but I did expect some tea bags / coffee as well.

While overall, the experience was adequate, Desert Gardens loses one point for lack of ambiance and one point for some key deficiencies. On ambiance, one of the reasons we chose Desert Gardens were the photos of the grounds shaded by large trees; we liked the idea of a shady oasis in town. On arrival, we immediately noticed that two of the large trees in the photos had been cut down, leaving the yard in full sun for most of the day. Inside, the decor appeared to be a failed attempt at a vintage 1950s look (to match the 50s building, I expect). The vintage items scattered among the modern pieces were not particularly appealing examples of the 50/60s era. There were a couple of nice photos of local landscapes, but they didn't match the vintage decor. The rugs appeared to be modern rugs made to look worn, but their style didn't match the vintage feel either. A wreath on the door managed to poke me in the face each time I entered. The wreath of plastic flowers on the mirror over the fireplace was less than charming. I'd have preferred to have the TV mounted more centrally in place of the wreath, rather than on the side near the windows where reflections interfered with the picture. The furniture was fairly comfortable, but didn't rise to the level of appealing or charming.A few key deficiencies led to frustration. The bathroom would have been greatly improved by the addition of some towel bars and counter space, cupboards, or shelves to put things on. Instead, towels had to be hung awkwardly on some vintage-looking racks. Food from the previous tenant was also left in the refrigerator and two water cups were broken. Finally, there is no dishwasher and guests are expected to wash dishes before they leave. In general, cleaning was adequate but not top notch.Overall, I would rate our experience at Desert Gardens #2 as good enough, but not wonderful.

Great location
The location of the property was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and a short 5-10min drive to the Arches National Park. Based on others reviews we got there early (before 8AM) and by the time we got to our 2nd hiking spot parking lots were full. It’s a beautiful park! Property is close to Canyonlands as well, which were empty when we visited in the late afternoon. We relaxed in the backyard and soaked in the hot after our adventures. Our girls enjoyed the hammock and having the freedom to run around the yard. The property was clean and was the perfect size for our family. The bathroom is on the smaller side but fit our needs, just wish they have a spot to hang towels.

Lovely yard and sweet little rental in Moab
Lovely yard for the property and amazing murals are on fence and buildings. Cute little rental with comfortable beds. Was a little farther from the 'main' downtown area than I had anticipated, but looked like a great Thai place across the street.

Perfect little house in great location!
This home was perfect for our trip! Close enough to town we walked to food spots and to meet up for excursions. The lawn at the home has plenty of outdoor furniture and is perfect for relaxing after a full day’s hike (would suggest some full-length lounge chairs though). The home was stocked with everything we needed. Water pressure in the shower was good! AC was good, but slept with bedroom doors open since there weren’t individual vents in the room (keep in mind we were there in May). Would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to friends!

Great little house and location
This is a great little house. I say little because it's a bit smaller than what we thought and maybe the pics portray however, it's very comfortable, nice beds, linens and pillows and sitting area. A dishwasher would be nice to have but the kitchen has most everything you need. The grounds are great and large for a BBQ's and hanging out. Perfect location just off main st and a block from the park and Rec center. We didn't venture to town as much just due to the quiet comfortableness of the this place. The spare bedroom did get really bright from morning sun so we would suggest black out shades. The master bedroom was perfect.

All good
Great little cottage. Good location to walk around town, Nice yard area and grill. The only downfall would be no cutting board or we are getting really old and could not find it.

Fantastic place!
Clean, cute, and great location! The only thing needed was a cutting board, which we were able to borrow from next door.
8.0
Very fine and private place
We stayed in unit #2 and overall had a great experience. However, it is not very favorable for 4 adults as the bedrooms are small with no dressers or places to put things especially in the smaller bedroom with twin beds. The bath also lacks counter/shelf space and hooks. these are minor annoyances but for an extended stay they become more important. The kitchen and living space was fine. The outdoor hot tub was great the first night but not usable after that since some mountain bikers used it and left it dirty and foaming with soap bubbles.
