We enjoyed our one night stay. Very cute setting and close to everything.

My friends and I stayed at Moosewood Cottage in Moab when we visited Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The cottage is small, but cozy and clean. It has everything we needed for an overnight stay. Friendly host as well. There were 5 of us and it was perfect as it has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very close to the center of town where restaurants are. I highly recommend it.

This quaint cottage is within walking distance of downtown Moab. Every evening when we got back to our cottage at the end of our day exploring the surrounding area…we parked our car and walked to restaurants which were within just a few blocks.
The cottage had everything we needed to make breakfast every morning. One evening, we went to the local grocery store and bought pizzas and salad makings and ate on the lovely patio area under the umbrella.
Should we come back to the area…we would definitely stay there again.

This place is so convenient and centrally located. You can walk to town. Has a great outdoor area and it’s in a very quiet neighborhood will definitely be back. House is very clean and the owners are very good with communication

Nice, clean property, walking distance to town for earlier risers.

Everything. The fan for the stove did not work. As a result, we kept setting off the smoke alarm

Our trip to Moab was magnificent ! Our family had the most adventurous time in Moab! Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer! Moab has the most beautiful sky at night! The stars were incredible! Also, the hiking was spectacular! Moosewood cottage was perfect for our family. We have one child, and three teenagers. The kitchen was adorable and fully stocked with everything we needed! The big couch in the living room was nice and cozy and fun to watch family movies on. The outdoor patio and garden was really beautiful as well, very cozy and shaded. This would cottages also, conveniently located an easy walk to Main Street.
We hope to return again sometime in the near future!

There are 3 other smaller cottages on the property. The gardens are so well done and beautiful you feel like you are the only one there. There is plenty of parking. Just one block to downtown and an area with several food trucks. Loved our stay.

There are plenty of things to do and see nearby. Nice kitchen area and living room. Cute area out front for sitting.

My partner and I come to 3 Dogs every year with another couple. Until now, we've stayed in the French Quarter, with its pergola and water feature. The FQ kitchen is better appointed & laid out, but MW has more usable indoor space. Outdoors, MW is great: porch swing, table with an umbrella, a wide hammock. AND: away from the wackiness and noise of downtown but you can easily stroll there. BYOB and cook your meals there or get take-out: it's a lovely setting to dine outside. Will be back!

Moose wood cottage is a cozy oasis close to town and convenient for access to Arches and Canyonlands. Pretty gardens, patio and hammock for enjoying coffee in the morning or relaxing after a long day hiking. I would highly recommend and will return if possible!

The cottage provided us a great option to spend family time together as opposed to renting hotel rooms and hanging out in one room or a hotel lobby. The location two blocks from the center of town was really convenient - we walked to shops and restaurants every day after hiking in the local national parks. The beds were comfortable and the full kitchen was handy for preparing meals and snacks.

The grounds are gorgeous— it’s a blend of a nicely landscaped hangout space, and the perfect spot for a family to stay. Right off the main drag in Moab, but even closer to the food trucks, and live music that keep Moab happening!

The house is super cute and convenient for getting around Moab and the surrounding areas and would be perfect for most of the year. In Summer the only part of the house that is cooled by the swamp cooler is the living room. Unfortunately for us this left the rest of the house unusable in the hot days of July. We all slept on the floor of the living room cause the rooms were way to hot. This could have been helped with overhead fans but those are not installed. The fans given were terribly inept

We never felt the desire or need to go out for meals or drinks. We cooked, sipped, nibbled, napped, hiked, laughed, read and relaxed. Perfect.

We were in Moab for four nights while visiting National Parks in Utah. Moosewood cottage far exceeded our expectations for comfort, charm, and location. We enjoyed the easy access to Arches National Park. In the late afternoons and evenings we loved walking around in Moab - a short walk from the cottage. Eating dinner on the patio, soaking in the hot tub, and resting in the hammock added to the fun.

We were in Moab for the 4 day Skinny Tire bike event. The location of Moosewood was perfect: 5 minute drive from the start of the rides and walking distance to stroll the shops. The provisions in the cottage were good. When we ran out of dish soap, someone brought a replacement bottle within 30 minutes. The beds were comfortable and there was always plenty of hot water for showers.

The house was clean, everything in it was good quality and well kept. We went in January so it was cold at night but there were plenty of blankets. Once I found the thermostat (which was more my fault for not looking well) we were able to keep the house very comfortable! It would have been nice to have a little blurb about the heat in the house as there was one central thermostat, baseboard heat in the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms and another thermostat in another bathroom. But we figured it out after a little bit! Also, the cookware was good to use, I appreciated having lots of different options as we ended up cooking most of our meals (it seems like most of Moab was closed for the season, should have thought about that!). LOVED the huge sink, made doing the dishes easy. The bigger shower was really cool as well! The property is located down a road that at first didn’t seem like a real road but it was nice to be kind of tucked away but still so close to the main drag. We brought our dog who appreciated the somewhat quieter area but still close to a nice walking paths to get her tired out. The couch was extremely comfortable and deserves a special shout out. Also the yard area was super cute and the hot tub would have been great to use if we had had any energy to go use it! All in all a great place to stay in Moab! Would definitely recommend and would like to stay again when everything around is open for the season! Another special shout out to Milt’s Stop & Eat! Great hamburger spot that was open, good quality food and really nice people!

The adorable quiet cottage is tucked away within walking distance of everything in Moab. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The evaporation ac worked nicely but did draw in smoke from the wildfires at night because the windows must be open for it to work. All of our luggage/clothes smelled like smoke when we left. No laundry on premises. Well-appointed property. Would definitely stay there again.

The cottage is better than the pictures. The outdoor space is the winner. Hot tub, bbq & very private patio. The inside has everything you need. The only downside is the location - on a semi-commercial street, the auto shop across from the house is noisy in the morning.
Definitely would stay here again .
