Single level with pool (heated Apr-Oct, Nov-Mar can be heated with separate fee, $100 first day, $40 each additional day) hot tub (can be heated year round) and pool table, near shopping and entertainment centers. Large master with King size bed and door to pool from master bath. Unique painted mural in children's bedroom with two twin beds, queen beds in 3rd and 4th bedrooms. Laundry, garage. Granite kitchen with coffee bar. Near University of Phoenix stadium, the Westgate Entertainment Center and Peoria Sports Complex Community park across the street and near by access to bike trails. In newer HOA regulated sub division.

Pool and hot tub were great. Well stocked, large house was nice. The host seemed nice and was fairly quick to respond. As we settled in, The master bed looked messy so I immediately pulled the sheet any they were really dirty (unidentified fluid). We removed and found new ones in the closet, but they smelled so we ended up washing our bedding just after check in. As we continued settling in, I found a broken piece of chain in the kitchen as well as 2 pieces of glass on the floor (a 3rd was found later in the master carpet). This was a bit frustrating since we have dogs and the broken glass is dangerous. Out of the 4 bedrooms, there was only one comfortable bed. My husband and I ended up sleeping on the couch. There were 4 different sets of "rules" and it was confusing to know which to follow. We ened up doing the dishes and 2 loads of laundry, on top of having to pay a cleaning fee. Overall, the value and comfort just wasn't there.

I booked the place because all 17 prior ratings were 5-stars. I don’t get why so many people thought so highly of the place. It’s ok - it’s comfortable, but the place is pretty old and worn out. It has a very lived-in feel. Fridge has many used bottles of condiments. Cupboards are stocked with opened and half-full containers of food. Linen closets are stuffed with a multitude of random towels and linens. Pots and pans are heavily used. One bedroom has a baby changing station stocked with half-used packs of diapers. That might be very useful to someone, but it wasn’t the vibe I was going for. The pool table is great, as is the pool/spa. Great neighborhood. Nice park across the street. It was clean and spacious and comfortable, but I expected less wear and tear from such a highly rated property.

This was the perfect spot for family time. I didn’t want to staycation at our house because I work from home. The house was perfect mix of nice and comfortable. Close to amenities but lots to do without having to leave. The owner's instructions were very detailed and helpful.

The rental property was nice and clean. Our favorite was the pool. It was a decent size to play volleyball in the water. We will definitely book it again. Thank Gary for everything!

This was a great spot and definitely would stay again. Pool was a little dirty when we got there but Gary was very responsive and it cleaned up quickly and was able to use it for the entire trip. Location was good for us getting to the baseball games. House had all the essentials needed. Thanks again.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was already at the house or within 1 mile. Great dining and entertainment options nearby. House was super clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. Perfect location if you are in town for a few days for baseball tournaments.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay very much! The space was perfect for our family of 5, my teenager had his own room, my 3 year old who is very in to animals right now LOVED the animal room, the mural was delightful and he showed me how it glowed in the dark, the closet full of toys was like Christmas came early. And our daughter who is 1 had her own room with a crib in it already. The pool/hot tub instructions were easy and it was an extremely enjoyable visit! Hosts were responsive and so kind!

House is really nice and plenty of space for large crowds. Check in process was less than smooth as the cleaners were still there when we arrived at our check in time and were told no one was coming so they were not ready for us yet. Due to them rushing, the house was also not as clean as we would have liked. The owner was apologetic and made sure the rest of our stay was pleasant. We were then asked if we could possibly leave a little earlier than check out time for the cleaners to be able to get the house ready for the next people. Aside from the check in-out process, the house is beautiful and our stay was nice. The pool is very relaxing and owners are communicative.

House was great overall... Home was clean and organized upon arrival. We could have used at least one good skillet, though. The pool temperature was amazing, around 90 degrees in July was so nice. I would definitely stay there again.

This property is very welcoming! We were lucky enough to stay here for 7 weeks with our dog! It has everything you need and is very well stocked. The pool and hot tub were wonderful!!! The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and walking trails. Thanks Gary for being an exceptional host! We look forward to staying here again next year!

From the moment we walked in we felt at home. There are so many options of things to do; from the pool and hot tub, pool table, basketball hoop, as well as being so well stocked for cooking options. There are even 2 different coffee pots to accommodate your tastes. The neighborhood is very friendly and the park across the street offered a great place for morning walks. The house is located within a few blocks of a shopping center which has a movie theater and several restaurant choices. The grocery store is about a 2 mile drive. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and communication with Gary was extremely prompt. Thank you!

Four of us rented this house for a golf vacation. It was perfect! Nice outdoor seating area with fire table, hot tub, pool table and a nice kitchen. Each of us had a separate bedroom so it was really nice. I would definitely rent this house again.

We rented this home for our vacation to attend my nephews wedding. It was perfect for us and our dog was very comfortable. The park was great for our dog to enjoy her walks. The only disappointment was the pool was not available to us. They did refund us some money which we greatly appreciated.

We loved our stay at your home. We felt like we were at home. We were there for my nieces wedding and love that we had enough room for her and her maid of honor to come over and get ready. We loved that it was so kid friendly with lots of toys for when my nieces brought her kids over to visit us. The pool and hot tub was a great way to relax after a day full of wedding planning. Also owners son was awesome and fixed any issue we had right away. Thank you so much for letting us stay here and look forward to our next trip to Peoria. Aloha from Hawaii

My husband and I and our friends had a great weekend at this property. The pool was wonderful and the house was stocked with plenty of towels and linens and was very comfortable. It was great to have a few pool floats as well. We will definitely stay here again.
