Lovely hotel in a relaxing location

Very nice hotel with ample parking and a nice outside seating area to sip a drink whilst the sun goes down. The room was very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Food was lovely, portions were huge! Breakfast was a little bit limited in terms of choice but what we had was good. Overall this is a lovely hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

lovely grounds, staff were amazing and friendly, lovely sized room and food was delicious and very well priced.

only downside was that it was a heat wave and there was no fans in the rooms or air con. made the room very warm and uncomfortable because of the heat.

Absolutely perfect for families, nice garden with playarea, restaurant is very nice, great food. Staff extremely welcoming ! Would definitely recommend it 👌!

A good choice for breakfast and will offer items not on menu if they can.

Not a great admirer of dogs in the restaurant but can understand for business reasons.

The breakfast options were very good it was really good to have a breakfast cooked to order rather than a buffet. Nice decor throughout staff friendly and accommodating!

Excellent in every way!

Excellent hotel! Large comfortable room with a small sofa to relax on. Bed extra comfortable. Two restaurants, a nice bar and lots of sofas and soft comfy chairs. The staff are all top notch, friendly, helpful, professional. The whole place is very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Excellent food at dinner and breakfast. Large car park and good location. The wifi is very good and easy to log in to.

The Coach House is an Excellent location and venue for a weekend break at Lowestoft, Suffolk.

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The location of the Coach House suited my needs in all respects and the car parking was excellent. The Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming without being overly bearing and nothing seemed too much trouble.

No complaints on any aspect of my stay at the Coach House Hotel.

Staff were excellent and friendly, Our room was perfect, good size and had all the facilities that we needed.

Luckily My wife had her hair dryer with her, didn't affect her, but maybe an hairdryer would be useful.

Friendly staff, spacious room, best shower I've come across in a hotel, nice and clean.

No heating in the shower room, I know shower rooms can get over hot but if the under floor heating had been extended to the shower room that would have been enough.

A really great stay

Staff were so friendly really felt like a home from home. Even down to the fact that they didn't mind the children playing in the bar area. Also, as there were 10 of us, they set up a special table for dinner.
