great accommodation and good location close to the sea.

Brilliant breakfasts last the whole day. Deluxe room very comfortable and spacious and sea view is splendid. Just love the sound of the sea so close.

sadly lift was out of action so potential problem with our luggage but we did get help. Steps were challenging for 2 golden oldies!

Stayed before and will return. The good bits you just can’t beat.

Location fantastic… best rooms have the best sea views on norfolk coastline! Good sized bedrooms with just sound of the sea. View from dining room is perfect. Mostly excellent staff.

Evening meals disappointing though breakfasts good.

Overall very good!

Room sizes and comfort exceeded expectations Decor was beautiful, had character rather than the standard hotel decor. Food & drink was beautiful Staff were friendly and very helpful View was amazing

Only one thing, the water pressure was awful and we couldn't use the shower

Hotel was good the mattress wasn’t room was to be fair cramped and in need of over haul

Very smart and well laid out with good views

The mattress in my room…very flat and in need of a change must be at least 10 years old couldn’t get much sleep over the 3 nights very uncomfortable

Very nice, and warm hotel, nice and clean and a comfy bed with our own bathroom and tea making facilities. Foot was love

The shower in my room, I’d prefer one where I can pull the shower head down and not have to fiddle with hot and cold taps to try and get the temperature just right

Very enjoyable.

Clean. Easy to find. Helpful staff. Good food. Relaxed breakfast.

No USB port in the room. No oat milk available only soya. No alternative milk in the room. Muffled banging noise above my room during the night. No view at all yet I paid the same price as my friend who had a sea view. No explanation of how breakfast was served. No sea view from the sitting area.

Almost excellent small amount of improvement needed

Good food good location good comfort

Our room was comfortable however a few important improvements are needed.towels hanging space by shower to save walking wet & dripping to the radiator where they are located presently and soap and shampoo holders will need installation as there is nothing installed (yet)

Location and sea view, parking. Dining area, evening menu. Quiet room and spacious. WiFi very good

A relaxing seaside getaway with a beautiful sandy beach right at your doorstep.

They are upgrading and refurbishing the rooms. The property is as close to the sea as you can possibly get and the area is so quiet at night.

Very welcoming at reception.

Room was dated, and exceedingly hot. Fan provided but room required AC. Baby cot was put ready in the room without request. Bathroom although large was very dated and could be cleaner. Wake up call options on check in form and yet no longer available. The hotel required some spent on it

Location of the hotel, next to the sea, is very pleasant. Had a breakfast in the restaurant which was preordered and the staff were very helpful with any questions I had.

Hotel could be refurbished slightly... the bathroom especially, which had a low pressure shower that took a while to heat up and no shower tray for toiletries. Laundry service also lacking though was able to solve this.
