This house is in the perfect location, one block off the main drag so a little quieter with an easy walk to the beach. The balcony was perfect for sitting and eating and caught a wonderful ocean breeze. The pool was well maintained and the area around the pool was nice and clean.
The house itself was a little disappointing. The previous reviews of this property indicated it was dirty, but I thought that surely it had been deep cleaned by now. Well, it had not. The cleaners are just hitting the surface and barely that. The cabinets and drawers were disgusting and needed to wiped down - therefore the dishes and pots and pans had to be washed before using. There was hair left in the tub from the previous renters, everything had a layer of dust, the ceiling fans haven't been touched in while, and the hand rails coming in were very dirty. The walls going up the stairs were in bad shape including what looked like shoe marks where someone had jumped up trying to grab the top. This house just needs a little TLC.

Overall the house met our needs . It was clean and in a good location. The railing on the balcony outside the front door was detached and could be dangerous. We notified the company of this before we left.

We loved this house and our visit to the Keys! The location was great. We could easily reach all points of interest from the house. Our son and grandson walked to fishing and snorkeling spots. Back yard was wonderful. Kids loved game room. We hope to rent again on our next trip.

disappointing
Property was very dirty. Thick layers of dust on ceiling fans and around all door frames. Two showers were clogged with hair on day one which makes me wonder if showers were cleaned prior to arrival because it would’ve been noticed.Beds terribly uncomfortable as well as living room furniture. Arrived to Half the outdoor furniture broken.

Really nice stay. Reality made it easy to adjust to new environment.

needs deep cleaning, new furniture.
when we arrived, the house was only partially clean. a toilet was left unflushed, the vacuum and brom left in the hall.. the house was generally unclean and needs considerable attention. the furniture is old. there is a tear in the couch and it looks dingy and not comfortable to sit on. I can't imagine opening it as a sleeper.
one of the stool cushions is torn. Honestly, this furniture would not be sold at a thrift store. . the walls are filthy and in need of cleaning and /or painting. the blinds have a layer of dust. 1st floor bed is terrible, noisey. 1st floor toilet is loose and wobbles. paint in shower is peeling and a layer of dirt on the wall above the tub surround. the pool-side chairs are the cheapest I've ever seen. no cushios, uncomfortable. empty beer cans on the deck and one in the pool skimmer.. grease stains on the wall behind the stove.
I understand this is a pet friendly house but it is sub par. we will not stay here again.

Perfect Spot
This property is perfect for a couple adults and some kids. Listing says it sleeps 14, I think that would be too many people for this house. The beach is just a block away. I wouldn’t want to stay on the beach because that main road was real noisy at night. It’s also nice to bring your dog on vacation! Pool was the perfect beach getaway when the waves were too rough. Every room has its own tv and roku, which helped entertained the kids when it rained. Some of the living room furniture wasn’t the most comfortable, so we stayed by the pool most of the trip. All in all it was a pretty good property for what we needed.

Ok stay
We were scheduled to go on a cruise, got canceled, said oh we will stay in FL for the week instead, due to plane tickets, but they canceled that because FL on lock down. So we ended up driving to Myrtle Beach. 9 adults...
Pros:
Great location
Easy beach access
Private pool (nice size) did have chairs outside and table
Cons:
The house was not clean
- bathrooms were dirty (ring in toliets, tubs dirty with hair, etc..), we ended up cleaning ourselves, even though we contacted the property management. Reason we cleaned because we dropped our things off, went out to eat, grocery shopping then came back to house late.
- bedrooms werent thoroughly checked, trash in dresser drawers, on balconys, behind dressers
- all utensils were greasy
Furniture was outdated
There was a big screen tv in the living room, but was in a box behind the couch so was not in use.
The fridge didnt work, called maintenance they came out the next day and had to repair
Washing machine didnt work, we didnt use it until about 3 days into our stay, they finally fixed it the day before we left
We couldnt clean pool daily because the net was broke, contacted maintenance again, they sent pool guy out, but net was not replaced
The beds were small, stated 2 kings (which was correct), 2 queens (these beds were more like full size beds) and 2 double beds in one room.
They gave us 1 roll of toliet paper per each bathroom for a week. For 9 people... ??
No trash bags and the trash can had food from the previous person there.. (rice in the bottom)
We ended up of coruse just getting supplies we needed for the week.
I can honestly say i have rented plenty of vacation homes and never had such an experience. Never had to contact maintenance so much, never had cleaniness problems (especially with covid, as this is my second house rental since Covid began). Also bring your own towels and washcloths... they were horrible. Ended up buying some.
Overall we enjoyed our vacation... minus all the hoops we had to jump through to get the week of vacation. Personally i would not recommend anyone renting this house nor would i stay again.

Great location, property needs deep cleaning and many updates
The location was great and the pool was perfect for our young grandkids. However, the beds were super squeaky, the other furniture needed replacing. the house was not clean, and the kitchen needed some items replaced (mixer, blender, toaster, etc.). The table and chairs around the pool also needed replaced, as some of the chairs were broken.

Nice rental home in good location
The rental process was smooth and the rep. was helpful. The listing for the property didn't show any chairs around the pool, but there were some. We had to contact the rental office to find out what type of grill was available. There was a gas and a charcoal grill. The gas grill's line was leaking gas somewhere between the tank and burners, so the gas wasn't making it to the burners. So, we didn't try to use it again. The house had spacious bedrooms and we had everything we needed. The kitchen cookware was adequate, but it would be nice if there were some plastic drinkware for use around the pool. We would rent this place again.
