Overall nice experience. Families will love.. plan your trip and stay ahead . Good place for family

The best part of the hotel is it's connected to the mall . Even though there are no nearby restaurants shops and all, but since it's connected to mall there should not be any inconvenience for people especially for families with sudden need for anything for their kids.. Rooms are good but if you want a view then Please book in advance and check in early. We were not lucky to get the desired room. The pool and other amenities are available as promised and the staff are very friendly.. Worth for money.. nice food. My whole family loved it.. breakfast is amazing.

However I found some scope of improvement that the hotel management should look into.. 1. There should be enough information to be placed on how to operate the telephone, lifts and the facilities.. 2. The room service timeline should be improved.. 3. Upon arrival we didn't find staff to help us park the car, check in etc.. may be crowded but still can be improved 4. There should be some information on the bar and it's available offer at the hotel room..that's an inconvenience I felt..

Great but the check-in staff could be improved.

I really like this Hotel since it has an amazing value of money + quality

I faced some issues with this stay, the check-in process wasn't smooth and communication among staff wasn't proper. I booked two rooms and paid for them but my friends who came later faced an issue and the staff didn't know about the room and told them that it was not paid. If my friends didn't call me which I expected to happen, I think they would be charged again. Also, I asked for non-smoking room but the room was given first has a deep smell of cigarettes 🚭. However, i asked them to change it and they changed it quickly, i appreciate that! They need to approve the staff customer service and communication

Disappointing. Would not recommend

Location was close to venue of interest

1. I emailed hotel twice to ask about airport transfers prior to arrival. Did not get reply 2. at check in, there was a long wait with 2 staff but 6 groups checking in 3. ants in bathroom 4. water dripping/streaking down wall in bathroom 5. door handles loose (secured with 2 screws, even through there are six screw holes) 6. weak shower water pressure and stains on bath tub 7. dim lighting 8. occupants in next room were shouting and noisy 9. housekeeping did not replace towels & used cups on several occasions. When asked, still did not deliver promptly on one occasion 10. quality and maintenance was far from depicted on website 11. friends stayed at nearby hotel Doubletree Hilton which was much better quality & cleanliness (costs comparable) 12. had dinner & drinks at nearby Novotel which had much better restaurant/bar 13. when trying to flush toilet the wall button/panel threatens to dislodge/ fall off

انا دوم اتردد على الفندق عند قدومي الى الفجيرة ولاةن هذا المره بصراحة تجربة سيئة 1- رائحة و نظافة المرافق سيئة ( حمام ) 2- الغرف مب مثل السابق من ناحية الاضاءة و الانوار 3- الاثاث غير جيد ( اصبح قديم و غير مهتمين 4-نظافة الغرفة عكس السبق

يستحق الزيارة...أنصح فيه للعائلات

الفندق جميل و موصول ب الفجيرة مول رجعت له بعد سنين والفندق وجودته مثل ما هم (للتوضيح اغلب الأماكن تكون المرافق بعد فترة تعبانة و سيئة) اشكر الإدارة وطاقم العمل،الجميع دون استثناء

A Truly Super Hotel

The room was modern and spacious with all the amenities one could ask for. The breakfast selection was outstanding and staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

There's nothing we didn't like. The only thing that could have made it perfect would have been a smart TV with Netflix/YouTube apps or the ability to cast.

Really nice place but needs lots of maintenance in the bathroom

Very nice location and comfortable bed. Very clean property and nice people.

The room was super cold that even when the AC is off in the middle of April, I still couldn't stop shivering. The heater in the shower was not working and the maintenance man couldn't help me with it, so I spent my stay using cold water and showered my baby girl with cold water 😭. Plus, the water pressure for the toilet was so strong and really dangerous, it couldn't be modified even by the maintenance man and he said: nothing can be done. 😶
