Excellent contact with the apartment staff. They reply within 5 minutes. When we arrived in London it was raining very heavily. The apartment manager suggested that we check in 2 hours earlier. A person was waiting for us with the keys. We left our luggage and went to visit museums. The apartment is located a 5-minute walk from Whitechapel Tube Station. District Line to South Kensington station - Science Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum, Natural History Museum. Hammersmith & City Line to King's Cross St. Pancras - Harry Poter, to Euston Square - British Museum, to Paddington - Paddington Bear, to Westbourne Park - Notting Hill. 5-minute walk to the market. We had a late flight. The apartment manager suggested that we leave our luggage at the Vilenza Hotel at no additional cost. The apartment has a fridge, microwave, kettle, pots, and dishes. For those who were cold, central heating could be turned on. I stayed in room no. 3 Superior Studio, last flor.
- Super helpful manager!!!!!!!
- Location.
- Space to leave luggage after check out.
- Power adapters from British to European standard.
- Iron, hairdryer and fully equipped kitchen.
- There was no unpleasant smell of the old house.
- Beds are very comfortable.
The apartment is located next to a hospital from which ambulances depart and helicopters land, which can be annoying, especially at night. An additional problem may be a damaged window that does not close completely, allowing noise to fill the apartment. For me, it wasn't a problem because I was too tired after a whole day of sightseeing. Please remember that this is not an apartment in a modern building but in an old house. I was aware of all these things before my arrival, so they were not a surprise.
- Noisy at night.
- No Air Condition - info for summer visits.
- WiFi is working very slowly if working at all.
- Dirty - they need to work on verifying the cleaning team's work.

Très proche du centre alors c’est super vraiment
Je pense que c’est un peu petit mais ce n’est rien

The location was great. Near the market place, train station, stores, and hospital

Good location close to Central London. Close to tube station.
The bedroom was adequate, having two double beds. However the sofa bed, which we needed for a fifth person was extremely uncomfortable and was very small for an adult. The sofa bed was situated in the living / kitchen area which hasn't windows so was very hot and oppressive despite the use of fans. I wouldn't recommend for five persons for this reason. The decor was not finished to a particularly high standard, although it was clean enough.

The staff was extremely warm and polite, even helping us move our baggage to the second level, and it was close to a tube station and convenient stores. The beds were cosy and spotless, and a second couch bed that could accommodate five people was also provided. The kitchen is tidy and functional enough. Additionally clean and outfitted with body wash was the bathroom. Excellent two-night stay!
Even at night, the noise from the main road was fairly loud, but other than that, a great location to stay!

Clean and tidy and the host David was very welcoming and made the whole process very straightforward. Had everything we needed for our ine night stay in London. Very easy to find.
Room was a little but hot, but its Summer so to be expected.

Good starting location for trips around London
The accommodation was not well marked, it was difficult to find it upon arrival.
3.3
It was clean, beds were ok, kitchen was good with all what needed
Room is small, noise isolation is poor, we could hear neighbours upstairs.

I liked that locatin was close to the underground and not so far from central London and there are a few good pubs nearby. Staff memebers were pleasant and cooperative. They brought us clean sheets and towels twice in a week and cleaned the apartmant.
I didn't like the mold in the bathroom. It was also very noisy and loud from the traffic in the main street an the window didn't keep the noise out at all, it felt like it was wide open. Since there is a hospital very close, we heard ambulances every night all night. Beds were good and comfortable but the sofa that was supposed to be the fifth bed was extremly uncomfortable. Like you sleep on wood.

Great value for money
Nothing

It was a fairly cheap option that accommodated a family of 5.
The room was on a main road above a food chain. There was continuous noise through the night. It is also located next to a hospital so sirens were heard all night.
The bedding was stained and the room and bathroom were quite dirty (see photos).
Some of the power sockets didn't work and the TV also didn't work.
I suppose you get what you pay for but from the reviews we expected better.

Nice and friendly staffs. Goes above and beyond for us guests. Due to availability, they were able to upgrade us to a one bedroom apartment from a studio apartment. We were a family of five with lots of luggages, they were so nice to give us an upgrade. They also seamlessly help us with room swap and gave us lots of tips to travel around London. Rooms were clean, adequate for a few nights stay. Near public transport (30min ish to cental and main attractions on London)
The sofa bed was not comfortable, all apartment properties need stairs to enter, not really recommend for guests with old people or people on wheelchair.

The area is very connecting on a beautiful road that is close to everything you need when staying in London
