Good

Size was good, nice and quite place and secure with parking.

Accommodation was a little run down, bed dips in middle a bit, food left in fridge, living room door to outside broken, plug coming off wall needs a bit of tlc. This was a last resort as we was let down by another accommodation and booking.com so just somewhere to lay our heads.

The two rooms were very nice

2 towels for 6 people. Stained bed sheets on 2 beds. Very poor communication with the hosts(I never saw them, they left the keys under the entry mat). They had to videocall me to explain to me were the structure was

Secure and near food shops, bathroom was clean.

Very unclean and dirt around the flat, dirty underwear left on bedroom radiator while also what looks to be human faeces on the same radiator, dirty pot left in microwave which smells, an empty fridge but still smells, very unhappy with this property, the sofas beds in the living room were very stained and filthy, one of the double beds was broken, dirty cutlery in the kitchen drawers, i have plenty of pictures to prove this.

I wouldn’t go again

The dimensions of the flat , it was big enough

The place was quite dirty and we didn’t have hot water and heat . The kitchen was dirty , the sofa was a mess and the carpet was very dirty . The host told me he will fix the heat next day in the morning and he came 8 o’clock in the evening . We didn’t have heat , not even one night expect a small electric radiator for the whole flat .

Very Good at thé end

Very BaD indications to arrive. But the landlord was very gentle then to pick we up and give a lift to thé appartement.

This property should not be on your site. Its appalling. The keys handover was two hours late, the internal doors are all badly damaged . No bedding supplied for the third person. This place is dirty, badly maintained and just awful.

Nice place but no balcony

Comfortable, brilliant en suite shower, great internet connection and big TV. Parking right at the front door. Loads of storage space for food if you like to cook and a nice table to eat it on.

I called the host before arrival as requested but he left me standing outside for nearly half an hour after a hard day and a long drive and when I got angry, he wanted to cancel my booking! Luckily my friend talked him into letting me in as it was 9 pm Furthermore, the listing states that there is a balcony. There is NO BALCONY, only a big window with a broken handle. Also, shops are far away if you don't have a car.

Very good

The apartment was clean and spacious. It had 2 bathrooms which obviously helps when you have kids. Well eqiuped kitchen. Nice TV which had netflix. Its within a gated development so very secure.

The parking pass was not available as the previous guest had taken it with them as per the owner. I had to park nearby on the road for 2 nights which wasnt ideal.

Location

The apartment was being cleaned when we got there. In the cupboards, owner had old and dirty pillow cases and bedsheets which he quickly packed away in our presence. No toilet rolls or kitchen towels available in the property. No toiletries either. We had to bite our own bath soaps. There was still food in the fridges. Not sure if this was from an old guest. Toilets were not cleaned to the standards that we will will expect of a property on booking.com. I have used booking.com for years now, and never experienced this. There was a car parked in the spot where no. 5 which is the apartment in question has their car park. This meant we parked somewhere else. Yes, it was our mistake to not clearly show the ticket, but I take responsibility and will pay for it. But I need to highlight that, the space no. 5 was not actually available for parking. Apartment owner asked us to park at no. 3’s spot. Centre table was very dirty and had food crumbs stuck on it. Living room french doors leading to corridor could not be shut. The locks were broken with sharp edges. 2nd bedroom door lock was broken. My cousin got stuck in the room for an hour. Yes, owner said he would replace the locks while we were there, but we said no, as this would inconvenience us. He claims he had just seen it, but from experience, that lock looks like it had been broken a long time. A broken iPhone charger stuck in the socket in bedroom 1. This presented a hazard. Clearly if booking.com feels this kind of property is worth advertising on your website - especially for that kind of price, then there’s something very wrong.
