Совсем не Султан и уж точно не Palace

Хорошее местоположение, по крайней мере для целей моего визита, довольно таки разнообразный завтрак, хороший мощный кондиционер в номере.

Персонал: при выезде забыли подготовить документы, хотя напоминал 2 раза; разборки руководства и подчинённых прямо при постояльцах на завтраке. Уборка в номерах: в моейм случае делалась после 17:00, когда ты уставший после рабочего дня приходишь в номер, причём заключается в заправке кровати, оставить воду и поменять полотенца, не о каком пылесосе речь не шла (зачем бирка, о просьбе убраться в номере? Думал она поможет изменить график уборки, по крайней мере до моего прихода с работы - не помогло, в Атырау это не работает).. Оснащение номера: сейф установленный в номере не работал; при заселении минибар не соответствовал списку.

Fantastic!

Very clean and a superb hotel. I have stayed here alone and with the family. Both times were great. Clean rooms, we have gotten upgrade both times for free. The staff is very friendly and put a lot of effort to make it an enjoyable stay. We have stayed in different hotels in Atyrau but this hotel is our top choice.

Superb

Spacious apartment, great bathroom, comfortable bed

It seems cleaners forgot to remove used nes coffee bag. Not enough hangers in a wardrobe. Only two for bathrobes. Table covers in the restaurant were not clean for breakfast.

location not for from airport. just 5 mins but taxi

Really poor breakfast. no coffee. Room had unpleasant smell. The hotel doesn’t worth its money.

Very poor

I spent there 7 nights. All had to be paid at check in. No filling a minibar when consumed, room cleaning only sometimes, hotel restaurant to be paid separately not added to room number. Staff without smile....

the bath-tub outlet was partially blocked which prevented water going out as smooth as it should have; provided iron desk was broken and iron surface was almost entirely black, which were then replaced at request; some of the forgotten items was not found.

Big room enough

Kitchen smells in the room. There was no shoehorn in the room. Very poor breakfast with stale sausages. The towels and bathrobe were tattered

Location is good, room is comfortable.

First - I needed stable internet connection for my work. But the internet was badly available. To be more accurate - most of the time there were no internet at all. Wi-Fi signal was fine, but the connection stability was very poor (on both laptops and my mobile - all the same). I ask reception many times to fix the problem, but they stated that it's a Wi-Fi hardware problem they cannot fix at the moment ("it's too many clients at the hotel now and our Wi-Fi equipment isn't suited for that many connections"). That was the main reason I decided to leave the hotel earlier than I planned. I simply could not work normally. Other minor thing I did not like - very poor breakfast for 5-stars hotel.

Stay but don't order any food from this place

The facilities are remarkable here. Top notch. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. I got lots of sleep. Very nice room and bathroom.

The staff simply is not attentive at all. I was encouraged to have lunch at the main dining room even though there were no other diners. We ordered and then no one came out for 30 more minutes. I received my meal but my husband did not receive his. After 30 more minutes I went to kitchen but couldn't find anyone and that's when we went to the reception to complain. They couldn't find anyone either. My husband and I went up to our room to get ready for a meeting. And then the waiter was at our door -- over an hour later with a simple cheeseburger. And he was adamant that we pay. I told him I needed to talk to the manager. Every time a waiter saw his they were presenting us with a bill. I finally found the manager and she admitted there was a problem and said i wouldn't be charged for the cheeseburger but everything else yes. It was ludicrous. The service was simply terrible.

Exceptional

Absolutely beautiful hotel and amazing service. Had a wonderful stay and highly recommend. Was able to check me in early when I arrived before 7am, amazing food and welcoming staff who had a decent level of English.
