The staff was really nice and on top of things. The location was perfect as we were between 10 to 20 minutes from everything. The view was incredible ! We really enjoyed the morning breakfast that is brought to your room.

When we got to our room, the shower was not fully working but the staff got someone right away on it.

Nice neighborhood, clean room, nice food comes to your room daily based on your choice, very small private pool, helpful staff (arranged car rental, taxi to port, things to do in Santorini), free parking to the hotel

Pool was never cleaned, we booked massage therapist online, the hotel kicked them out and offered us a massage through them (price was 50€ higher), room gets humid when you shower since its open to the room with no door.

Amazing stay at Alunia

Great Location with view of the island, spacious room and great hospitality from Annamaria that looked after us since our arrival , the private pool is huge and the hotel is very close to the beach and Fira, you might drive a bit more to reach Via. At the hotel you can rent any kind of transportation you need or any tour you wish to do , just ask at the reception

we liked everything but if I could give a small feedback will be to improve a bit the breakfast option , but it was good anyway

staff was rude and didn’t accept to give us 30 minutes more to checkout at 11:30 instead 11:00 room & bathroom was not clean, old towels breakfast smelling especially the omelette too overpriced for such services

The room was very clean, everyday new sheets and towels. The pool was clean and big enough, the water was awesome for the weather from Santorini. The food was amazing and always on time. Thank the staff, very kind and helpful.

Nice but not perfect

Location was great, central to everything in Santorini and walking distance to the village shops and restaurants. Room was nice and so was pool and seating area.

No privacy. Shower screen opened up into room and No door in bathroom so there was little privacy to get washed and clean even if I was with my partner. Breakfast was catered and bad, until we opted for cold options. Reheated warm eggs, uncooked potatoes but the yoghurt and fruit was nice. Just a shame it was limited to cold options for a reasonable taste.

Superb

Excellent room, comfortable including Netflix. Pool is closed from other people's view (shame that the wind this not allow us to enjoy as much as we wanted). Very good location: with a rental car you can reach the whole island without any problem.

Breakfast is predefined except for 1 hot dish - mostly sweet. You cannot change it, so it does not adapt to your taste...not to the level of the price you pay.

Stressful and embarrassing to say the least

Only thing I enjoyed was the view but you can get that anywhere else on the island so people save yourself a lot of stress and money by not booking this place

Staff were rude, I couldn’t have guests over and they didn’t have good catering at all.

rooms are clean, beds super comfy and view is super nice

breakfast is nice, but due to covid reduction, it is delivered from an external catering company and therefore it arrives a bit cold. the hotel is understaffed therefore sometimes it takes a while before the staff come and pick up the trays from the balcony, with the wind and aunts it is not ideal. the girl at reception is very kind but not well prepared to work in hospitality, therefore she comes across as not very flexible and accommodating requests. it could also be she doesn't have a very good English proficient level.

Very good

Receptionist Ada and the staff were very nice. It is a good place to relax for a day or two. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only thing is the breakfast as most reviews mentioned is not the best due to it being done by external catering company. But with bread and pastries it is pretty filling.

Amazing time!

The property in itself was amazing! Just like the photos. I love that the town that is in is quiet and a little further from the crowd but not too far away from all the attractions. The part that stood out the most was the amazing receptionist, Ada, who was very kind in letting us leave our bags early and gave us all the recommendations for Santorini with a map when we checked in. Not only was she accommodating and thoughtful, she gave us a phone number to text for anything that we need. She helped us with bus schedules, looking stuff up, and calling around places for us. She went above and beyond to be helpful at any time of night!
