Amazing scenic location. Perfect to watch the Santorini sunsets. Everything about the accommodation made for a perfect holiday. All the staff were so helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. It was a 15 minute walk to Firo with lots of restaurants and shops along the way.

Great view with bad hotel policies making it a disappointment.

The view was spectacular though it was not allowed to be utilized for breakfast. The location was very good with an aprox 15 min walk to Thera and very little stairs. We had the maisonette room which has a full view of the caldera. The room was cozy and neat.

We had a very nice balcony with a great view but we were not allowed to eat breakfast there because of a Very strange policy although it’s one of the things I came to Santorini to enjoy. When I asked why they said it’s policy and did not explain why, I was very disappointed with the staff. The balcony had no lights and we could not enjoy the view at night. The minibar was very warm and possible to use it for cold beverages. The staff were VERY POLITE but NOT at all flexible. I would not recommend this hotel unless they change the way they go about certain things.

Perfect hotel in the perfect location, we will definitely stay here when we return to Santorini.

The room, breakfast, and facilities were all excellent. What I would rate the highest would be the staff including the cleaning ladies, the breakfast servers, and the ladies working in the reception office.

There was only one thing that was disappointing. We had dinner in the restaurant on our last night and the food was overpriced and very low quality.

Incredible views and location just outside of Fira made for a relaxing stay without all of the crowds.

Location was perfect. Views were incredible. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was a wonderful bonus.

Great location, incredible view

That you couldn’t have breakfast outside or in site of the view. Breakfast was lovely but in a cave style restaurant which was a shame given that amazing view. Didn’t use the restaurant for dinner as it seemed totally empty. View for dinner was amazing tho.

Incredible first view of Santorini from hotel terrace ,breathtaking .

This hotel is in an amazing position right on the rim of the caldera . They will pick you up from the airport for a fee . Our first view of Santorini was amazing when we arrived at the hotel .We were greeted with a welcome drink by the lovely staff who were always helpful and friendly . We had a cave room in the courtyard which was very nice ,kettle in room and air conditioning. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice and we had lunch there too up on the terrace overlooking the sea .We did not use the pool as we had a short stay . The hotels position means a very easy stroll into the town for restaurants and shops . There are a number of steps into town and at the hotel and it is up hill coming home at night .

Compared with other hotels we stayed at in Greece this hotel was expensive but it may be comparable to other Santorini hotel prices . There was no issues with the hotel itself .

My recommendation in my words sums this up and saying my vacation was fantastic such a memorable occasion at this hotel

The management staff was exceptional they were personable they showed concern for each need they were personable they showed consideration for each need and desire Each need and desire they were professionals every morning for 13 days when I got up in the morning they would welcome me with good morning and have a great day I traveled to Paris and other places Places This staff is exceptional they made my stay One of the greatest vacations I ever had.

possibly a little bit more variety on the menu but the chef will prepare the food but the chef who prepared the food cooks with Passion and style the food is good and he even greeted me and talk to me and every food that came to my room or that I ate was well prepared.

Superb hotel. Exceptional staff and service. Highly recommend.

Staff were exceptionally attentive-nothing was too much trouble. Dina was very informative. The room (superior with Caldera view balcony) was stunning; it had tea and coffee making facilities, a mini-bar, bathroom with spa bath and a superb balcony overlooking the Caldera with sunset views. The breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is located a 10-15 minute walk to the main town (Fira). There is a great swimming pool area, with loungers, overlooking the Caldera. The food and room service was exceptional.
