Excellent service.I enjoyed my stay in your hotel.

Ok for a short stay.

The hotel was ok for a night or two in Manila City. The staff was friendly and polite. The bed was comfortable

No amenities were given however you can purchase in good price. The room had a dump smell and the floor was sticky possible from mopping.

Impeccable service

The accommodation was a proper 4 star hotel service. Super clean, white sheets, electronic key cards. The staff were extremely helpful and very professional, we left our luggages for free a whole day at the hotel.

The location is absolutely terrible, you are right in the middle of homeless people and it is not safe at all.

It was really fun and great! I really love our stay in Binondo!

Great location and very clean and comfortable! Kudos to the staffs!

We got the 1big bed but they gave us the room consist of 2twin beds joined up and that’s makes us not that comfortable with the bed but overall it’s a nice stay and definitely will come back more often!

Had a great stay

The room's clean, kind staff, and smells nice. Was expecting though to use some complimentary items for basic necessities but there was none. We had a good stay and relaxing sleep anyway. Thank you

Location, very noisy during the day due to building works. Only cable tv not smart.

Disappointing

The bed sheets including the towels were not changed. You can see it when you close the curtain. Horrible experience. I was tired and about to sleep. Check the bed first.

Very clean room and comfortable bed.

It’s in China Town, where Infrasturucture is still developing around. Nevertheless it is close to the downtown.

Ideal for a quiet time and a clean sleep.

Intelligent design room, has everything you need in a tight space. Most importantly it was clean, smelled good and everything functioned as it should.

No facilities, lack of shops around, taxi's were hard to find, location was a little too far from the hustle. There is no pool or gym.

Excellent service and quality rooms for a very decent price.

The service was amazing, via chat accessible and very helpful, I required to have some documents printed and they were very forthcoming in helping me out and printing it. Clean and decent rooms, shower was perfect and all was well. Parking was very accessible and decent! We were allowed to park there a bit after check out. Awesome!

There was no water included in the room, also they didn't have any available at the front desk to buy at that moment. If you're tired during the heat, that's too bad.

The whole stay is good. I like the bed it so comfortable

Issue with cable and internet until morning but overall our stay was good. It has been our 4th time in red planet

Impressed

The rooms have been very well thought out and had very good facilities .No noise from nearby traffic. Someone has gone to a lot of trouble to get the room right and l was overall impressed

A very small dislike was that the fridge was a bit tiny and the shower door only had one side , by design though, but some people probably like that too. Maybe could have a cupboard for clothes and pillow was a bit light, but very small grievances as l said
