The service from the team was great. Really enjoyed our visit to this historical building.
Whoops, there was a lot of rain, typhoon season. So had a few drips... but the team found umbrellas for us to move between buildings and cars.

The overall facility is nice, employees are friendly, and the breakfast is has a large variety of options. The beds are very comfortable and showers are nice.
The first room we were in had a slight smell of old smoke, the shower was gross with a lot of mildew in the corners, you could smell it.
The hotel offers two small waters a day with the room, if you want more, they want to charge for it. You get one sheet on the bed and a thick hot comforter. If you ask for a second sheet as a top cover, they want to charge for it.
When I asked to stay another night, the front desk quoted me 6600p. On their website it’s 5900. That’s just ridiculous that they try and charge more when you ask in person.

The staff is very attentive. We were very satisfied with the customer experience.
The TV in our room is not a smart TV. We would have loved to watch Netflix.

Location, cleanliness, helpful staff
Breakfast options for Europians are meager, no chocolate milk, no croissants, no yoghurts, etc

Old building has been completed renovated, mostly up through 2020. With low occupancy that occured during the pandemic it still feels like it is brand new
Rooms are spotlessly clean, with new furnishings and well equipped. Bed was extremely comfortable. Coffee tea and bathroom amenities are provided.
The pool deck is very nice, there is also a totally brand new exercise room and locker room.
The roof deck restaurant known as the Penthouse is v pleasant for an outdoor evening meal. There was by the way some good music from the live band in the bar across the street. The food is a little bit pricey and average quality, but this was ok since the ambiance is good.
A large free parking lot, very secure behind the fence with security.
The area is next to Ocean Park and the H2O hotel, and the ocean end of Rizal Park. Feels like this area has gone down unfortunately with many closed businesses due to the pandemic. However, the Rizal is not affected. Overall, good value 4 star accom, centrally located and next to US embassy.
Lastly the staff are very good, work hard to greet and take care of guests.
Some reviews complain about the noise from the bar across the street. However, we did NOT hear it at all in our room. Likewise there is no traffic noise from Rizal inside the hotel.
I would prefer they didn't use single use tiny plastic bottles - most international chains have moved on from this.
The breakfast buffet is OK, but mostly FIlipino food. Would like more western dishes

Amazing staff and beautiful restored building. I can't praise this place enough. I will definitely return!
Can't fault them.

Clean and Beautiful Place. interiors are Instagramable
The Dining. Food over rated. Staff in Resto were nice save for them forgetting your orders and long waiting time to serve food.

Staff and service.
Breakfast was really horrible, not at 5 star standards. Menu only catered for local tastes and not international visitors. I would not recommend taking the breakfast option.

Friendly staff.. very nice historic hotel with beautiful views and location. Live band in the evenings, and garden barbeque near the ocean. We also enjoyed the swimming pool.. due to covid we had the pool all to ourselves..
Breakfast was below expectations. Not as delicious as we had expected it to be for a 4 star hotel. This can be better!

My father was the guest for this room that I booked and he loved this stay at your hotel. He said service was excellent and he wants to stay at your hotel when he returns to the country. Thank you Rizal Park Hotel team for taking care of my father.

I like the historical uniqueness and architecture of the hotel. I love the classy interiors, the courtyard, the bedroom and balcony with garden chairs and table. The staff were very accommodating and courteous. The buffet breakfast was just right with ample choices. Parking was secured and spralling. Haven’t tried the facilities but I’m glad the use of the sauna, pool and gym were available to all hotel guests
Nothing. It was perfect :)

The amenities were satisfactory and were maintained efficiently. Lunch at the Chinese restaurant - staff were helpful which makes dining experience alright. The breakfast buffet had a decent and sizable selection though staff were at times inattentive. The aesthetics of the hotel given its architectural design and heritage made for a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel was clean and the renovation efforts taken to rehabilitate the building bore fruit. It's proximity to significant landmarks in Manila makes it a good place for tourists to stay. Definitely worth a visit!
Most of the amenities in the hotel, especially at the Club are secluded and hidden away from sight. You will have to open your eyes and physically search the building to find some of the amenities. And when you do find them, the number of activities per amenity are limited and few in number (ex: playground had minimal facilities, internet room had limited computers, some had no internet connection). There are a lot of amenities to choose from, however, so to each their own.
