This top/3rd Floor in the R Building w/ elevator at Ocean Village Club is in a ocean-front gated community on St. Augustine Beach. This ocean front complex offers a variety of amenities for year-round fun and relaxation. Enjoy swimming in a heated pool or in the ocean; play tennis on the newly remodeled courts, play shuffleboard, or work out in the fitness room.
This remodeled condo is in an elevator-equipped building and has beautiful views of the ocean, as seen from the top left photo. Located near the ocean-side pool and the beach, this unit features 10' ceilings, a southern exposure, Free WiFi and a handicapped equipped shower with the master bedroom.
This condo is tastefully decorated, very clean and is a Non-Smoking Unit.
Come and visit us for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation at the beach! This condo features a newly remodeled kitchen and both baths, mostly tile floors, comfortable king bed in the master bedroom, new comfortable furniture throughout, new 50" Samsung HDTV and everything you will need for a great, relaxing vacation at the beach.
We have rented here at OVC more than 10 years, and now own our own unit and want to share it with you. We have several guests who have returned every year. Come stay with us and see why they keep coming back! We would love to have you come to the beach and join our family of guests.

** The Ocean Village Club community association limits guests to one pet per unit. The community also requires all pets to be registered with the community at check-in. The registration fee is $50. Please keep this in mind when booking. **

Owner communicates extremely well and is very responsive and helpful. The condo is more spacious than we expected. It was nice to have two bathrooms since we had our teens with us. The property was quiet and a shorter walk to the beach than we thought it would be (very short!). We had a great time and would stay here again.

Loved the condo, it had everything you needed for all the amenities, very well thought out condo/property the location was great as well, not far from the lighthouse or down town would definitely recommend it and would like to go back next year.

Location was good- near the beach. We really enjoyed the area and loved St Augustine. Now for the disappointing things... Property owner waited to email the rental agreement until day before our stay so if there was anything objectionable in it, we were stuck with it. He also didn't give us any instructions on condo access/entry. We had to figure out how to call the management office to get access. Property owner slightly misrepresented some things in the description. The pool was NOT heated as stated. The "ocean view " from balcony is an old photo before trees grew taller and partially obstructed the view. The "new luxury memory foam mattress" was a Walmart foam topper on a worn out old mattress. Housekeepers do a poor job cleaning- kitchen utensils are dirty and old, dust everywhere, some windows don't work, blinds are cheap and some keep falling off. Investing a few bucks into fixing these things would make staying here much nicer.

The property was just as described and had all the amenities from coffee to toilet paper to beach items. However, twice there was an issue with the elevator which made it difficult for the other three ladies I was traveling with, who each had some type of disability, making it difficult to walk up and down the stairs.

Just as advertised and incredibly comfortable. Very acoustically insulated. Even though it was high season with a lot of people and small children next door, the condo was very quiet. Maintenance came within an hour when called. Property Mngmnt & Maintenance were very friendly. Our family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We stay in this complex every year and this was by far the nicest unit and best location within OVC we've been in. A short walk to the beach and steps from the pool made this perfect for our family. The elevator in the building was also great for hauling luggage and groceries. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. Our only issue was on checking in - the gate code didn't work and then there weren't any keys left in the keybox on the door! It was after hours so the management company was unreachable. The owner helped us and thankfully had personal keys we were able to use until the rental office opened the next morning, but after a long day of travel a better arrival would have been nice. Not the owner's fault and the unit is wonderful, but the management company needs to do better to make sure guests have the right code and can access their rental.

This was a perfect property for the St. Augustine area. The check in process was very difficult through the property but the owner was super helpful over the phone to help us. The place was exactly what we were looking for to enjoy a few days on the beach and riding our bikes in the area. We would love to rent again

Condo is nicely decorated, impressively clean and tidy. It features a pleasant view of the grounds and peekaboo view of the ocean. We were impressed that the owner contacted us on day one to ensure everything in the unit was in order. Upon our notifying him of a couple of items in need of repair, he contacted the office. Repairs were made early next day.

We found this property to be a great place to stay. Our family enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and did not have to worry about any loud parties. This property is also convenient to all area attractions, including historic downtown, and restaurants. We definitely will be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Condo was beautiful, location perfect! Didn't find out until day before that we needed to bring paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. Would have been nice to have that info in VRBO at time of booking. We had a wonderful stay and will come again!

First time in Saint Augustine and we stayed at this wonderful condo. The location was great. It was clean and very comfortable. The handicap accessible was an added bonus for my elderly mother. The only disappointment, and nothing on the Condo..was that the one pool close to the Condo was closed all week for construction. But I loved the short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this propery. Thanks again!!

Everything about the condo was good. We had an issue on our first night. I reached out to the property management company and never got a response. We reached out to the owner through the VRBO portal the next morning and he had everything corrected before we were back from golfing and everything else went smoothly. I would suggest not listing the management company if they are not going to be the ones to handle issues. The owner was great though and very responsive.

We were not given the unit number. No batteries in the TV control. The owner requested them but they did show up. We bought some. The garbage disposal backed up. We called for service. No response. My husband fixed it .Not enough garbage bags, toilet paper and dishwashing soap. The location was great.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was wonderful and quiet. The owners were super nice. Only problem we had (which is no fault to condo owner) was when we walked our dog she would be covered in stickers(sand spurs) every time! The condo was a short walk to the beach, which we loved! Had a great two weeks in Kenny/Jami's 3rd floor ocean view condo. Clean, well-equipped, views of the ocean, and easy beach access. In two weeks we saw the range of Florida weather.....from spectacular warm sunrises/sunsets to a massive Northeaster with huge waves and driving rain. Which allowed us to find all the games and rainy day activities thoughtfully left by the owners. This place is a gem and we highly recommend it for families or just getting away from life's hectic pace. Top notch.

We enjoyed all the long, lazy days on the beach (just a short walk from our building), the pools, shuffleboard, and tennis! Kenny was great at communicating and accommodating any need! We had a perfect week!

Very nice, exactly as described, condo with an ocean and pool view. The beds were comfortable and it had nice bathrooms, especially the master shower which was handicapped accessible. The kitchen was so well equipped and having a washer and dryer was wonderful. I had three appointments at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville during the week and it was so nice to have a comfortable, quiet place to return to after my appointments. Also, this building had an elevator which only a few buildings have in the complex. The owner was very easy to reach and understanding after I broke a towel holder in the main bathroom.

We found the condo just as described - and much nicer than many we have stayed in. The kitchen was very well equipped - we could have prepared any dish no matter how complicated. The balcony was lovely and well furnished; the bathrooms well designed - even the towels large and fluffy. Mattresses were new and comfortable, furnishings attractive, the round table large enough for five - and even a top of the line, full sized washer and dryer! Beach access was easy and well maintained and the pools were clean and cared for. The heated pool was a welcome treat when the weather turned a little cooler. When we had a question, the owner got back to me within minutes. My only suggestion: the written materials from the HOA/management company were cold and unwelcoming - stating rules and penalties in harsh language that was uncomfortable. By contrast, the actual contact we had with the condo owner, the management staff, cleaning crew and personnel was just the opposite - warm, welcoming and accommodating. I would suggest that some work on the written materials might communicate the regulations effectively while helping the renter feel as welcome as the actual staff did.

The condo is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located. You will have a wonderful stay in this place.
