From this beach front 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom two-story townhouse at St. Augustine Beach’s Sea Place complex you can feel the sea breeze and fall asleep watching and listening to the Atlantic Ocean surf. The Sea Place complex is right off historic Butler Beach on A1A South conveniently located in the center of all that Anastasia Island has to offer: great restaurants, shopping, water sport rentals, great fishing, beautiful beaches, and much more.

This beach-front property features an upgraded kitchen, a master bedroom with a king bed, and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds. There are TVs in all bedrooms and the unit has free WIFI. Linens, towels are fully stocked. The Sea Place complex is oceanfront with a swimming pool, multiple private tennis courts, racquetball, and a private walkway to the beach. The courtyard and large sunbathing area around the pool offers space to relax and watch both the sunrise and sunset from your lounger.

This property is also a short drive from historic downtown St. Augustine is a must see, with its historic buildings, fort & famous St. George Street. Great restaurants abound, in town & at the beach. Play tennis on Anastasia Island or go golf at the many courses St. Augustine has to offer including those at World Golf Village, TPC Sawgrass, the St. John’s County Course, and many others for every playing level and price range.

Lazy days or whatever pace you desire, excellent restaurants for every taste, nightly entertainment, locally or in town. Nearby, downtown St. Augustine is an ideal day trip no matter your group dynamic or interests. The city is known for its many historic charms, gorgeous port and Ponce de Leon’s famous Fountain of Youth. Football fans will love its proximity to Gainesville or to Jacksonville, and the excitement of Daytona Beach is nearby. The property was beautiful and was exactly as described. The location is excellent and the condo had everything we needed and was so clean and spacious. Candy is wonderful to work with and we will definitely be back again!

Super clean 2-floor unit well outfitted with everything you could need. The host even provides beach towels and body wash! The view from both balconies was perfect and we loved sitting outside to listen to the ocean. The primary bedroom mattress was so comfortable, I could have slept through the whole trip. Water pressure was great and the decor was very classy. I appreciated the night lights in all bathrooms and the remote controlled fans. The scented plug ins may not be to everyone’s taste, but if that is the only issue, I’m still more than satisfied.

Our family of four (9, 17, and two adults) stayed for three nights in March for Florida spring break. The condo has two beautiful balconies that look right over the ocean. The unit was clean and well stocked. There are plenty of towels and beach towels for guest use as well. We have stayed in different units in Sea Place for years. Candy was an excellent host from start to finish. We loved our experience and will return!

My wife and I stayed for the weekend so we could enjoy St. Augustine & the Christmas light display. The townhouse was very clean and was as described and displayed in the pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Just perfect. To be able to see and hear the ocean from the living room and the bedroom (with a king bed!) was an absolute dream. Exactly what we were looking for. The condo was up to date and super clean, very spacious and actually has 3 bathrooms! It’s close enough to eveything, especially if you want to head into st Augustine and a Publix around the corner, but when you’re at the condo it’s so quiet and relaxing. Our host was wonderful, accommodating and great with communication. Def will return and def recommend.

We've been going to St. Augustine for 25 years, and this property is at the top of the list. It has been well updated and is very clean and organized. Being able to lay in bed and watch the sun rise over the ocean was amazing! I would definitely recommend this property!

We had a great last trip before school started. The condo was clean and had more than we bargained for with sweet touches that showed the extra care given. The property manager was quick to answer any questions. Definitely on our short list of places to stay!

We loved the location and that it was oceanfront. We enjoyed the coffee pods and shower supplies. There were a couple of things that we didn’t care for. One, the primary bedroom shower was grimy, and had mold; the primary fan was filled with dirt/dust. We did report the fan issue but when the maintenance man was available, we were not so we just dealt with it and didn’t use the fan. The second thing was that it smelled bad of cigarettes which you could smell immediately upon entering the residence; if we had a known that smoking was allowed in this property, we would’ve never of booked it. We’re not fans of secondhand smoke, or our personal items on returning home and smelling like smoke.

Fantastic sprung break vacation. Property was clean and well maintained. The pictures of the property are accurate. The owner was very easy to contact and quick to respond with answers to questions. I would recommend this as a vacation spot to anyone with kids or for a couple trying to get away for a while. We will be back.

The condo at Sea Place was beautiful. Situated right on the beach, it has two balconies that offer incredible ocean views. The beach itself is amazing and we walked it everyday. The condo is well stocked with everything you would need. Several good restaurants are close by as well as grocery stores. The check in process was flawless and Candy reponded quickly if we had any questions. We are looking to returning next year!

Beautiful spot, lovely views from both windows, good living space. No hiccups with any of the check out/in process, access to beach, or locking up. Easy communication with rental manager. We didn't cook at all at condo so can't comment on kitchen supplies. Condo was clean, but would suggest to owner to have the carpet cleaned, and provide more comfortable outdoor furniture. Again, the views are wonderful of the beach, and living space away from bedrooms is great.

This was the second time my family has booked this condo. The views of the ocean are magnificent. The beach is pristine. Candy is very communicative and prompt. Unit is clean and nicely decorated. Cannot wait to book our next trip!

Communication with Candy was to notch. Instructions were great! The condo was spotless! Oceanfront and easy to get to pool or ocean. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of kitchen gadgets, pots, pans, etc. I would stay here again for sure! It was really relaxing and had so many special touches to make it a great vacation! Notes to future renters reading reviews..... If you can't climb stairs, not the right condo. Stairs getting into unit and both bedrooms on 2nd floor. No issue for us but wanted to mention. Also, bring dish soap, aluminum foil, salt, pepper, sugar, zip locks, as there wasn't any in the condo. We didn't find beach towels but we found the sand toys and went down to a neat beach store about the miles away, Alvin's, to buy beach towels. Great stay!!!

We had an amazing stay! This condo is so pretty and the owner provided so many necessities you don't usually get- soaps, shampoo, laundry/kitchen supplies. We barely needed anything besides our clothes and bathing suits. The view from the living room balcony is spectacular....the one from the master balcony is even better. Waking up to see the beach was so wonderful. The space was perfect for our family of 4 (we have 2 kids 8 and 9). The walk to the beach is easy enough to carry a load of beach stuff. The second clubhouse pool is farther from the condo than but really pretty overlooking the lake. We couldn't have hoped for more and will definitely return.
