Hotel okay, Kuta eher nicht

Personal war super freundlich und hat uns beim stornieren unterstützt

Das Hotel war nicht das Problem aber Kuta an sich war leider absolut den Besuch nicht wert, wer unbedingt hin möchte kann gerne in dieses Hotel, wir empfehlen aber BLEIBT WEG VON KUTA

Good

It was pretty much 12:00 a.m. when I had made this booking it was a drunk booking. So as long as I had a roof over my head I was fine. I mean for what it's worth it's pretty good. I would not recommend more than a few nights, not for more than a week.

The toilet didn't really seem to be well equipped with soap. Otherwise for the value it's pretty okay.

Il faudrait differentes poubelles pour recycler : une pour le recyclage (plastic, le papier, eventuellement du verre) et poubelle normale.

Sehr gutes Hotel in Kuta Beach

Sehr netter Empfang. Es gibt Wasser zum nachfüllen. Eine Minibar, Wasserkocher, heißes Wasser. Das Bett ist bequem und die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Es gibt genügend Abstellflächen und draußen etwas zum Aufhängen der nassen Sachen. Die Lage ist mitten im Trubel, aber ruhig. Ca. 15 Minuten zum Strand. Restaurants etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Es werden gerade die Bäder renoviert, daher gibt es etwas Lärm. Für uns kein Problem, da wir meist unterwegs waren. Wollte es nur erwähnen, da viele alte Bewertungen auf die Bäder hingewiesen haben. Dran wird also gearbeitet und ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Affordable and spacious room

The location and price were very good. There was also a nice TV. The front balcony was also spacious and useful.

There were motorbikes driving late in the night, although there's a sign asking to please turn off the machine before entering the complex. Besides that, there were some "interesting" noises during the night, like some small feet taping behind the walls or on the roof. We couldn't figure out what it was, but we were curious to fund what the source of such noises were

Great stay at clean and comfy hotel!

I recently stayed at the City Garden Bali Dwipa Hotel and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. One of the standout features of my stay was the comfortable and clean beds. After a long day of exploring Bali, it was wonderful to come back to a cozy and comfortable bed. The linens were crisp and clean, and I had a great night's sleep each night of my stay. In addition to the comfortable beds, the hotel had a wide range of amenities to enjoy. The pool was beautiful and relaxing, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food with excellent service. I also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which was close to many popular attractions and shopping areas. Overall, I would highly recommend the City Garden Bali Dwipa Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Bali. The staff, amenities, and clean and comfy beds make this hotel a fantastic choice for your next trip to Bali.

Good for one night

The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly

The first room had a noisy air conditioning unit and leaking toilet, when I complained we were moved to the next room which also had a leaking toilet and mould on the wall next to the bed

Good price accommodation for central location

The location was excellent. Near bars and restaurants and only 10 mins short walk to the beach. Staff were excellent ,friendly and helpful with everything. We did not have a room fridge but there was a shared fridge at reception. Good shower and bedding although the room needs some TLC Good restaurants nearby - Kori - Quality and scenic bar at sensible prices - Left into Poppies ll and 30 mtrs on left. Also local and Western food at very ,very good prices - Warung Pama - Poppies ll , left then 1st right alleyway)

There was noise from some building work on other rooms. Rooms and bathroom decor need updating as it makes it look dirty when it is not ,but after Covid needs time. Beaches in Bali are still littered with rubbish. Plastic. Minimal effort made to tidy them. We were using Bali for travelling outside Thailand (which also has some rubbish issues) but an exotic holiday destination? Not at this time! Dwipa has several signs for other adjacent accommodation (horrendous!) - This is GARDEN CITY down the alleyway! (next to the Seahouse bar)

my second stay i like the place and the staff , the ONLY HOTEL that stayed open on covid in kuta area !! for sure i will come back for the same hotel again and again.

same as i left it 4 years back , it need some re innovation however compared for what you pay for it is good enough :D
