Will not stay again.

Not much

Double charged us. Once with booking app then the hotel charged again so be on lookout for that. Room door could be pushed open without using key. Address is wrong on booking app is S Frontage not N Frontage.

Unfortunately we are gonna have to find a different chain of hotels for our travel.

Location

The dog smell was soooo bad in our room that my husband and I were immediately allergic. It was the second Hampton Inn that we stayed in on this trip and both were the same. Also while my husband was in the elevator with 2 other people and their dogs, one of the dogs pooped right there in the elevator. It was disgusting.

Great hotel terrible check in

The room was excellent we completely loved it. The complimentary breakfast was amazing!

I would give this rating a 10/10 if it wasn't for the lady who checked me in. She was rude and had an attitude. When I walked in she was talking to another employee about quitting and walking out. The only reason we stayed was because I couldn't get a refund if I had then some choice words would have been said. My sister in law stood there with me while I checked in and couldn't believe how she spoke to me. I understand we all have our bad days, but she didn't want to be at that job and she took it out on me it was very unprofessional.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable property.

Staff was very friendly always saying hi and checking on us. Especially Steve at the front desk even above and beyond for everything we needed. Soon as we walked in, he made us feel welcome and like we were running an old friend. Wait to see us again. I don’t want to talk to Steve about not having enough room. He also thought to ask if we had enough towels. That was something I didn’t even think about he went above and beyond. Thank you Steve! Great breakfast impressed by the selection and everything had a great flavor.

I picked the most expensive hotel in the area expecting it would be a nice room. Hotel is dated

Water damage to ceiling and wall. Wall paper peeling. Floor in room was dirty. Turned the bottom of my feet black. Mattress was worn out. Sinkhole on right side of the bed. The curtain cord jammed. Couldn't raise curtain.

There was no one available for sometime during check in at the front desk. Another staff member had to go and find the person to check us in . I feel this was very poor service because you know its check in time and why are you not at the desk for extended period of time. Not good

I did not stay at the Hampton Inn Forsyth. My wife made the reservation while I was driving on August 10. I received a phone call from a Hampton Inn employee who told me they had no rooms. When I received my credit card billing, I noted I was charged for the room. I am disputing the charge through my credit card company. I would be glad to discuss with Booking.com. I actually stayed at the Microtel in Macon and have a receipt for that stay.

Great thing going in Forsyth!

The atmosphere and attention to detail were superb. Rarely do I find a hotel which meets my expectations. The service and genuine nature of the staff are unreplicatable.

Nothing- Everything was great from the front desk, the managerial staff and support staff. I highly recommend Hilton to my friends and associates.
