La ubicacion, excelente, el desayuno, son muy consentidores. Las ida a las cascadas, aunque el ingreso necesita un poco de mantenimiento, cuando estamos en temporada de lluvia
Que no se tuviera venta de snacks

Both dinner and breakfast were amazing. The hotel was right next to a 30-minute walk/hike to a breathtaking waterfall. Our tour guide to the waterfall was a dog named Sol who accompanied us the whole way and was mindful of our safety. The facilities are wonderful, it's extremely peaceful, and it's a 10-minute drive to the Valle del Cocora. Definitely would recommend, if possible and if we're around again, we'll definitely come back.
Nothing. Everything was excellent.

Fantastic stay: very quiet, very friendly staff, very clean, real glamorous camping experience
Nothing but remember that the tents can get warm during the day when the sun shines

The location is the best, in the middle of the valley, a unique experience. Relaxing, close to nature, Bio and well cooked food, served from a lovely and professional staff. You can enjoy massages, saunas and the best of it: Sol, their dog will be your tour guide to visit the two cascades nearby (20 min walk).
Totally recommended!

We had a really nice stay here in the most beautiful part of the world surrounded by nature. The staff here were all exceptional and helped us with lots of things such as organising horse riding and transportation.
Our room was very tired and smelly. It wasn't the luxury that it might once have been.

Set in a beautiful location, very peaceful and quiet even at peak times. The walk to the waterfall is amazing and well worth the effort. Food very good and reasonably priced, wonderful friendly staff and the pods are comfotable and stylishly decorated.
A bit over priced I would say, and more/clearer information on how to get there from Salento would be good (e.g. 'ask the jeep driver to drop you off at Villa Sonia') We ended up at the parking area in the Valley of Cocoa then had to walk 40 minutes back to the glamping site on the main road.

Glamping Lumbre was such a nice paradise. We regret staying for only 1 night and will definitely come back. Amazing views and atmosphere. The birds were like a chorus. The plants and landscaping were beautiful. The stars at night were the brightest and clearest we’ve ever seen. The bed was comfortable and the tent had everything we needed. There was the sweetest dog, Sol, who was our hiking guide to the mirador and waterfalls on the property. — Cocora Valley is near by and we arranged to have massages after. Highly recommend massages after the hike and it was so relaxing hearing the birds and the nice breeze. — The staff were also incredible and helped us with everything, arranging drivers and massages. — We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the breakfast was very filling and delicious. Highly, highly recommend Glamping Lumbre and we can’t wait to go back!
The only thing we will say is that the windows fog up due to the temperature changes and it would be nice to have some kind of mop/wiper thing to wipe and clear it.

The tents are so pretty you really get a full view of the mountain, lots of privacy, when you arrive they have a delicious tea with panela that honestly warms you up to your stay. the beds are comfortable and the washrooms are super nice. Is very close to the valley of cocora, get a willys or a cab on the side of the road to get up is very close. The people are very friendly and nice most of them spoke english, also the restaurant was very good they have good cocktails and wine. They have lots of activities to do there which I didn't knew about until I arrived.
It was a confusion I guess, on our last day we wanted to go to our coffee tour and we though they were picking us up at 9 am until we got to the reception and they let us know we had to take a cab by our own to the place so we missed on that because it was half an hour drive from where we where. so it wasnt comunicated properly but overall amazing experience.

The staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful for any needs we had. Service was great and fast, restaurant food was very good. The property is so beautiful and the views waking up are unbeatable, peaceful and serene. Would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Salento.

We couldn't recommend this place more. The rooms are quaint and cozy, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. It gets a little cold during the night but there's a little heater in the rooms that is very efficient. They also include in your room tea, delicious coffee, and panela (a kind of sugar) that you can prepare yourself.
Food is wholesome and healthy, the portions are not particularly generous so you might need to order a little extra than you would normally eat, especially after a walk in the Cocora Valley.
Sol is a very sweet female dog that will accompany you through breakfast or up the hill to the view point - would recommend going there for sunsets!
There's walking sticks and wellies available that you can take on your walks, and two waterfalls within the area belonging to the glamping, about 20 minutes walk away.
The sky at night is beautiful and the place is surrounded by nature. You'll hear insects, birds and the sound of the water as there's a little stream running nearby.
TO GET THERE:
From Salento you just need to take a jeep - they depart in the direction of the Valley every hour or half an hour I believe, the price is very accessible, less than 10.000 pp. Just ask the driver to stop at Glamping Lumbre. Then there's a pleasant 10 minute walk from the main entrance to the actual complex - even that walk is beautiful, surrounded by avocado trees.
Important tip: the last public jeep leaves Salento to the Valley at 5:30pm. From then onwards, they will still run but they're treated as private rides/taxis and the prices go way up (I believe it's something like 30.000).
Everything was perfect!

A family atmosphere, when the hotel staff does everything to give a pleasant and homely feeling to every question. The place is clean and well maintained and we would be happy to return for a longer stay.

Location is absurdly nice and so calming, felt like a retreat. You could hear the birds chirp in the morning and it was so close to the Cocora hike. The hotel Manager and the staff was super supporting and helpful. We felt very much at home and at peace. they helped with every arrangement for rides from and to the airport and we even learned a lot about the history of the place & plantation.

What a beautiful glamping experience. The room was massive and we had a beautiful view of the mountains. In the morning we went for a walk to the amazing waterfall. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is beautiful, the beds were comfy, the hike to the waterfall was excellent. Thoughtful additions to the room, like a kettle and tea and coffee. I loved Sol (their dog) who accompanied me up to the waterfall. The food was tasty and well presented. And the staff were all terrific!!! so helpful, and accommodating. Overall, a great stay!
My only feedback is the bathroom could have been cleaner. It wasn’t awful, but for that price, I expect impeccable.

The care they have for their guests to appreciate nature and a healthy lifestyle, as they do.
it was very cold at night with just one small heater, which helped one side of the bed but not the other.

It is a unique stay where you can wake up with nature in true privacy. It feels as if you are alone in the hills.

Pablo and his team have created a most amazing experience with Glamping Lumbre. My partner and I had the most relaxing time, with great customer service and care, and amazing food. Glamping Lumbre's approach to sustainability was one of many reasons we enjoyed the stay. The food at the on-site restaurant was simple but some of the most delicious we found in the region. The views and the nearby hikes are a huge bonus, and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.
Nothing, this was the best location and stay we had during our 2+-week trip throughout Colombia. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Cocora Valley!
