Our in-town home is available for short term rentals during Middlebury College event weekends, as well as select weeks during the summer and academic year. Conveniently located within Middlebury College and downtown Middlebury, this house is perfect for enjoying a peaceful week or long weekend in Vermont. Our house is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard. Middlebury is a gorgeous town for Fall leaves, winter snow and long summer days! Parents of two Midd Kids '18.5, '21

Our family had an absolutely wonderful week at Jennifer's immaculate property in Middlebury. Everything about the house and location exceeded expectations, offering the perfect experience for our weeklong August visit to Vermont. The house was impeccable, luxuriously maintained, and cared for with obvious love and attention. Every detail for guests was considered, with something special around every corner. The kitchen was more than fully equipped, the generous living spaces were beautifully decorated and spotless, the sleeping areas were lush and comfortable, and the house had easy-to-use and highly effective climate control whenever we needed it. The location itself is perfect, within comfortable walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and other destinations around town, yet out of the way enough to be quiet and peaceful. Both the owner, Jennifer, and property manager, Drey, were exceptionally responsive and accommodating, communicating clearly and frequently. An absolute pleasure to interact with. We hope to return to Middlebury again, and would love to stay at the Tiny Sparrow every time.

The Tiny Sparrow is a special property! It is immaculate, beautifully appointed, and provided the perfect home away from home for our family weekend in VT. It is clear that Jennifer loves her home. Drey, the property manager, is lovely and could not have been more pleasant to work with. Our family is very grateful to have found Tiny Sparrow. We hope to return. Thank you for having us.

Our stay was fantastic. We needed a place to stay for the weekend along with 5 other parents while in town for an event at Middlebury College. The location is perfect and the home is beautiful, clean with a nice outdoor space. Would highly recommend!

The home is in a great location, within walking distance of everything downtown. What a beautiful home and a very comfortable place to spend time with our friends & family. The home offers great gathering space and is well-appointed, we hope to be back for another visit. The host was wonderful to work with and made our stay great.

We loved this house! The home was clean, beautiful, and very convenient to the college and town. It was lovely to be able to stretch out and enjoy the space to just relax. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Parents and grandparents stayed the weekend to see our son/grandson at Middlebury. The house was just perfect - lovely and comfortable and super convenient to campus. A beautiful back yard as a bonus!

Our immediate family traveled cross country to drop off our oldest grandson for his first year at MIDD. We truly enjoyed how comfortable and convenient our stay was. Drey, the guest concierge, was very helpful and hospitable. The owner, Jennifer, with her impeccable, has created well-furnished and welcoming spaces. Thank you both. We would love to stay again when we next visit our grandson.
