Fijn verblijf, mooi hotel op een goede locatie met behulpzaam personeel!

Hulpvaardig personeel, erg mooi klassiek hotel op een zeer centrale locatie.

Badkamer was wat klein, vooral de wc waar ik scheef op moest zitten. En ik houd niet van een douche in bad.

De meneer die de inchecken en uitchecken heeft gedaan was heel vriendelijk en gaf ons zeer goede informatie over de omgeving. Dit was top service.

-Rond ongeveer 8:30 in de ochtend hoorden wij veel Lawaai (werkzaamheden in andere kamer). Het was heel erg vervelend. Met name dat deze werkzaamheden gingen door totdat wij vertrokken van het hotel om 10:00. -In de restaurant was het kwaliteit van de ontbijt goed, maar de service was slecht. Jij moet meerdere keren vragen voor een kopje koffie, die jij niet mag halen. Er wordt gezegd mijn collega komt bij u langs, maar niemand is gekomen. Het was ook heel opmerkelijk dat de kwaliteit van service per tafel is anders. Zij kwamen 3 keer langs bij de tafel naast ons, maar niemand kwam bij ons langs. SLECHT service.

Ein wunderbares Hotel in toller Lage mit Mitarbeitern, die echtes Lob verdienen!

Stilvolles und familiäres Ambiente, Mitarbeiter mit tadellosem Benehmen, für die Freundlichkeit, Höflichkeit und Zuvorkommen und die Wünsche des Gastes noch etwas bedeuten.

My stay at Hotel des Indes was very comfortable and relaxing.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was exceptionally located. Breakfast was good too. Staff were friendly and professional.

I can't think of anything that I did not like.

Superb

Very nice rooms, and the spa and massage services as well. The breakfast was amazing too.

The parking price was not included in the booking price, so we had a nice suprise in the checkout as we thought that everything was included. It should be clear when you book that you are going to pay 100€ extra for 2 days of parking...

Table service at breakfast was mixed and particularly bad on Sunday morning with too few waiting staff at peak times. Also the standard of the toilets in the lobby / lounge is far below the rest of the hotel

Lovely Hotel in Hague

Outstanding decor of the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The parking a bit expensive ( outdoor) and if you don’t make reservation, you’ll not have parking place. When we arrived ( without reservation) there was not space for our car ( we where making check in at the hotel) but most of the cars parked there belonged to clients having diner at the hotel restaurant or just going for a drink. I think we should have priority since we were staying at the hotel.

Amazing stay, good location and comfortable bed

The staff is friendly and helpful, the bed is super comfortable, and the spa facilities are quite nice

The only issue we had was that one of the guests is a celiac, and the wrong allergens information was provided initially at breakfast. Before deciding to eat there we especially asked if there were gluten free options and, once we were eating, we asked the server to identify them since there was no label about allergens. However, she gave us the wrong information initially, because she got celiac and vegan mixed. Thankfully, we noticed in time and asked to speak with someone else, but this is a serious problem since he could’ve been very sick if we had relied on her. Also, the gluten free options could improve - for instance, offering glute -free pancakes is quite easy. But other than that, the staff was very helpful and breakfast was very good!

Great place to stay in Den Haag

Me and my best friend stayed for a weekend. we really enjoyed the breakfast and the very glamours breakfast room. we both had a massage as well which we also enjoyed a lot. The spa area is quite small but we had it completely for ourselves. The view over the city from our room was pleasant too. The location is great, very close to the city center.

the hotel is very chic but the rooms seem a bit worn out but clean.
