Heel fijn gehad

Service van personeel en begrip voor ons als gezin zodat we aansluitende kamers konden krijgen met tussendeur. Ook dat we aan het einde van de gang lagen was erg fijn. Ontbijt was goed.

Hier en daar waren sommige delen van de kamers nog een beetje smerig, vette afdrukken op deuren en deurklinken en afstandsbediening was erg goor.

It turned out to be a nice hotel to stay than the one in city centre.

The room was spacious. The breakfast was good with a range of choices. The location was in a nice area, next to very good museums, and near the beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

It’d be even better if there’s a restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Gutes Hotel in top Lage für Den Hagg, wenn man Strand und Altstadt kombinieren möchte

Hotel liegt verkehrsnah in die Stadt und zum Strand. Beide Ziele ca in 10 min erreichbar mit der Straßenbahn

Frühstück fanden wir nicht optimal. Keine Brötchen, kein Brot. Es gab Toast oder Weißbrot. Ansonsten gab es Kaffeemaschine, Saft, Obst, Joghurt, Müsli, Schinkeln, Käse, Ei, Würdtchen, Gempse, Speck, kleine süßen Teilchen und Minicroissants. Es war durch die Klima sehr kalt im Speiseraum.

Very clean and nice

Very clean and fully equipped room. More Breakfast varieties. Close to seaside (by walk around 15 min)

Parking fee is not included in the booking and it costs a lot about 25 Euro. Would be good if hotel can offer a cheaper one for guests

Nothing special and too noisy to be a good stay.

Rooms are relatively clean and the hotel is well situated for visits to some international organizations. It seems to attract more families than business travelers though. Self check-in is very quick but also very impersonal.

In all of my stays in this hotel, there has been too much noise coming from the corridor and from rooms above and below. Somehow, this hotel seems very child friendly, to the point that it is less business friendly, you risk not getting proper rest before your workday because of children jumping around in the room above you. The newly installed self checkout isn't working adequately yet and booking with breakfast does seem to get lost in this hotels procedures. The rooms have gotten much sparser with amenities over the years, together with the self check-in it's getting a bit too much of the budget vibe. A welcome mail after booking seems more concerned with the penalties for violating the non-smoking house rules than welcoming new guests. I'm not a smoker, I appreciate a smoke free environment; but maybe, Novotel, you are attracting the wrong customer base if you feel that this is how you welcome your guests.

Für unseren Kurztrip gut geeignet.

Lage perfekt, um auch mit kleinen Kindern die Stadt zu erkunden. Frühstück gut, etwas frisches Obst würde es noch abrunden.

Parken am Hotel - 25 € pro Nacht sind definitiv zu teuer.

Wegen der Lage würde ich das nächste mal ein anderes Hotel nehmen.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Bett sehr komfortabel. Personal freundlich.

Aufzüge teilweise voll. Parkplatz Gebühren zu teuer.

Family time..

Really nice and cozy hotel. Enough space to hang in the lobby. There was a problem in my room and I got an offer to change rooms. Breakfast was great can’t complain about anything.

The fact that I walked with my gym clothes and they kept it close from the 24 to the 26th. It was not stated online that it would be closed that was sneaky.

Prima hotel prijs kwaliteit verhouding, jammer van het parkeren

Ontbijt was heel goed, ruim aanbod

Meer aanbod in avondeten in het hotel, het was erg warm op de kamer, mss dat er iets te doen valt aan parkeermogelijkheden. Wij hadden de auto in de parkeergarage gezet maar omdat die niet bij het hotel hoort betaal je je eigen scheel voor een overnachting.

Extrem unhygienisch die Lage und Personal war in Ordnung, aber die Preisleistung ist für den Zustand nicht angemessen

Lage

Zimmer hat gestunken. Boden wurde nicht Staub gesaugt, obwohl wir den Personal aufgefordert haben. Handseife nachfüllen, wurde es nicht gemacht. Es gab die letzten zwei Tage keine Handseife. Wir müssen uns von der Dusche bedienen. Zimmer wurde nicht richtig aufgeräumt. Es war unhygienisch es waren Haare auf dem passen dann waren die Matratzen ohne Matratzenschoner und da waren Flecken rote braune Flecken. Das sah sehr eklig aus Und noch sehr viele Dinger die wir uns nicht gemerkt haben. Die Bettwäsche hatten Löcher zum Beispiel

Lage war gut Zimmer war unhygienisch. Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber allgemein nichts für den Preisleistung.

Personal war freundlich, Lage war in ordnung

Die Ausstattung war nicht sauber obwohl wir gesagt haben, dass die Handseife aus ist wurde der ist nicht nach gefüllt. Boden wurde nicht Staub gesaugt und an die Matratze gab’s keine Matratzenschoner und da waren irgendwelche Flecken vorhanden. Es war sehr eklig und allgemein die Decken Bezüge wurden nicht gewechselt. Es wurde nicht richtig sauber gemacht. Es war auf jeden Fall nicht hygienisch.

Location close to world forum.

It took 30+ min to clear breakfast tables every day. Bed frame cover was dirty. Coffee+Tea items in room were limited and never restocked. Aircon didn't work. It took two queries to confirm pre-payment was received.

Hi, everything is very nice , good location, beach 20 mint with walking from hotel , public transportation also near .

Walkable distance to beach to town centre-30mins. Generally all items and service is good. The sink is blocked and the staff managed the problem immediately

Cups are not cleaned. Leftover is still inside.
