A lovely hotel on a main route through the mountains.

Property is in a lovely location idea for travelling over the Pyrenees mountains. Easy free parking

The spa facilities were very expensive

Amazing scenery, short drive into town. Very clean.

Very clean, beautiful location and scenery.

Beds were a little hard, no tea making facilities. The hotel was noisy at night, floors very thin and you could hear trolleys being moved around when trying to sleep.

Great stay but a bit difficult to walk to the town center.

Lovely views and pool area. The room was comfortable and quiet. Overall the hotell was great and the service excellent.

It wasn't very clear when we booked our stay that it was a very difficult hike to Vielha town center. The main road is too busy and narrow so we had to hike up and down a very steep hill which we were not expecting reading the info. This walk is aprox 1,5 km to the town center or aprox 2km by car on the main road.

Rooms were fine.

Restaurant staff were more concerned about looking after a large group of Ferrari enthusiasts that looking after us. Our meal was rushed and the food not cooked/heated through properly. poor service for a place like this.

Just fantastic!

The staff is polite, helpful beyond your needs and there's always a greeting for you. We didn't use the restaurant, but my daughter used the bar for a sandwich and it was great, a prelude what was to come in the morning, as breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel, no doubt. The variety, the quality and the hot breakfast at demand gave us all the strength we needed to enjoy Viella.

Great location, stick to the bar food, breakfast was good.

The views from the room as we upgraded. The lovely walks. Superb location

No water or tea coffee facilities in the rooms. The room was dusty. The prices were very expensive especially the restaurant. The pool was closed and you have to pay £18 euros to use indoor pool in spar. The restaurant food was not to our taste. On a positive the bar food was very good.

Old fashioned room and hotel, need renovation The floor is very noisy, you cant walk in the room without doing any noise, because of that you can also hear the neighbors walking. Zero water pressure in the shower No English channels on TV. All channels in Spanish. Not enough light in the room on night

Great location, views and swimming pool.

Food is average, room had electricity problems, not hot water. Place is worn out and needs serious maintenance. Invoice did not match Booking booking. Almost paid Euro 50 to much. Staff at breakfast is great. Staff at reception very clumsy.

Great view of town

Perfect location overlooking Veilha. There was a large wedding going on the same night but we werent disturbed at all. Staff all very friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was also good

Good place to stay. Looks a little dated from the outside but really quite nice once you're inside.

Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Views all around are stunning and overall, the service is quite good. Its a large hotel so the facilities are equipped to cater for a lot of guests at once.

Expected to pay a LOT extra to be able to use the spa, when booking and paying for x4 rooms, didn't expect to have to pay so much extra to use the facilities. We stayed during late Spring (motorbike Trip through the Pyrenees) and although it was very low occupancy at the time, there weren't really enough staff on hand. The restaurant is massive.... stunning views, but massive. It's a strange place to dine when its really empty. There's almost an echo. The photos also show a lovely outdoor swimming pool.... This was a green algae filled mess when we were there...
