Appartement nickel et spacieux idéalement placé à Vielha

Appartement comme neuf et propreté nickel. Parking privé gratuit. Emplacement idéal pour rejoindre le centre ville à pieds. Vielha est le point central pour faire des randonnées. Très satisfait de notre choix.

Un service petit déjeuner serait un plus.

Aceptable pero con algún pero

Apartamento bien ubicado con aparcamiento gratis, amplio comedor

Las camas son muy sencillas, con somieres muy sencillos, por el precio del apartamento se tendría que mejorar la calidad del descanso, ni siquiera tenía cabezal. Además de las cortinas que hacen de persiana para que no entre la luz, vamos que entra bastante luz

Location, apartment, kitchen, bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Consuelo, the receptionist, was very nice.

I do not like foam pilows. The pilows were okay, just too thick for me.

Extremely poor service from host and apart from towels and 1 sachet of liquid soap (!), there was nothing else within the property. Dirty sofabed without available sheets and pillows.

We enjoyed our stay and would go back

This place is very close to the center of town and has private outdoor parking. Mercadona is very close and since the apartment is set back from the street, there isn't much traffic noise. Our apartment faced the mountain, so we had a nice view.

The upstairs bathroom had an issue with the pipes the day we arrived, so it smelled like a sewer. Thankfully the smell had dissipated for the most part by the time we left.

location was excellent. The apartment was very comfortable and warm. Ski locker for every apartment, it was all fine. Parking for customers.

The entrance with the car was bumpy. It snowed a lot and parking was not cleared. They should inform of this.

Easy contact with reception via WhatsApp, private parking, close to city center. Good television. Enough daylight due to big windows.

They should provide a water cooker/boiler for their guests. Now had to use a small pan to pour the coffee. Sofa could be a bit more comfortable for sitting.

Great mountain city atmosphere

Great location, within walking distance from the old town center. Classy decor and great friendly staff.

Although we had all the necessary equipment for tea and coffee in the modern kitchenette, there was no supply of any sort of either. Arriving late on a Saturday afternoon we couldn't buy any tea or coffee in order to make a cup of hot tea. Luckily the weather was nice and we could go out for dinner, but beware and bring some tea/coffee/sugar with you for convenience's sake.
