Gayet güzeldi

Otelin fiziksel koşulları oldukça iyiydi, çalışanlar da yardımcı oldu fazlasıyla. Özellikle erken check-in konusundaki yardımları gayet iyiydi. Odalar temiz ve ferahtı.

Yemekler Türk damak tadına pek uygun değildi ama yenilmeyecek kadar kötü de değildi

Plaj, Reseption

Yemekler yetersiz ve her sey dahil beklentinizi karşılamıyor, sogansiz salata yemek istiyorsaniz tabaginiza sadece salatalik alabilirsiniz ve ana yemekler iyi degil ve catal, bicak, tabak, bardaklar her zaman lekeli ve yapis yapis. Her sey dahil pakette ictiginiz su, alkol ve kokteyller sadece plastik ve karton bardakta veriliyor..:) Otelin sagladigi havlular ve carsaflarda rahatsiz edici lekeler var.! Oda temizleme personeli isini cok dogru yapamiyor. Bu nedenle 7 gunluk konaklama icin sadece 1 kere oda temizleme cagirdik. Cift kisilik oda icin iki ayri yatagi birlestirmisler ve rahat degil. Otelin %80 i rus ve sadece onlar konakliyorlarmis gibi davraniyorlar. Baska bir uyruktansaniz hizmet alamazsiniz. Animatorler yaniniza rusca konusarak geliyor. Otelin yaptigi eglencelerde sadece ruslar eglenebiliyor ve eşim kareoke icin siraya girdiginde sahneye bile cikarmadilar. Aksam 23:00 den sonra otelde yapicak hic bir sey kalmiyor ve herseyi kapatiyorlar bar, havuz, deniz vs.. Yazicak daha cok eksi yönü var otelin ancak bunlar yeterli. Rus degilseniz yada rusca bilmiyorsaniz bu otele gitmeyin. Bunlarin disinda Resepsiyondan Mazen ve Havuz barindan Mahmouda tesekkur ederim. Bu arkadaslar mesaide degilse resepsiyon ve bara gitmiyordum..:)

Novotel Beach - від ресепшен до пляжу 100 метрів. Пісчаний захід та корали з багатьма рибками.

Була в готелі Novotel всього один день, але встигла зазирнути в його серце, частину Beach. Вже на рецепції мене зустріли з посмішкою та відчуттям радості за мій прихід. Mirna, що працює у гестрелейшні, мовний талант якої вражає, виявилася незамінною, особливо для самотніх мандрівників. Відразу ж мене провели до номеру, хоча була ще рання година. І не можу не відзначити комфорт та новітність номеру. Особлива подяка за наявність місця для сушіння мокрих речей на балконі. Для мене, любителя плавати, зручне розташування готелю було надзвичайно важливим. Через кілька кроків від рецепції - і я вже на пляжі, готова зануритися у свої мрії. Шкода, що через активність інших відвідувачів, вільного ліжака так і не знайшлося, але зустріла людей, що дозволили залишити свої речі поруч та насолодитися морем. Пісчаний пляж вражає своєю красою та багатством підводного світу. За короткий час я встигла зануритися, знімаючи відео під водою. Вибір страв у ресторані був не дуже великим, але мені цього вистачило. Всі страви були свіжі та досить смачні, відповідно до місцевих кулінарних традицій. Особливо мені сподобалася піца, яка подавалася в спеціальному боксі і підігрівалася, зберігаючи свою свіжість та аромат. Крім того, куриця з овочами, риба в клярі, паста і соковита диня - усе це відзначилося приємним смаком та апетитним виглядом. Також варто відзначити, що у ресторані стоять кавові машини, але оцінити якість кави я не можу, оскільки зазвичай віддаю перевагу чаю. Незважаючи на дрібні недоліки, Novotel Beach вразив своєю атмосферою, зручністю та великим потенціалом для відпочинку. Планую повернутися сюди знову, особливо, щоб насолодитися ранковими плаваннями та спостерігати за підводним світом.

Готелю, можливо, стане корисним приділити більше уваги організації ресторанного сервісу, оскільки це додаст гостям більшої комфортності та задоволення. Відчуття неохайності в ресторані після 14:00, коли було багато не прибраного грязного посуду, залишило після себе неприємне враження. Моя спроба звернутися до працівників за чистотою столику, на який я чекала, виявилася марною, аж поки не з'явилася людина, відповідальна за частину їдальні. Під час очікування я також помітила, що їжа біля ємностей з блюдами неохайно валялася, що не зовсім характерно для ресторанів, де зазвичай дбають про чистоту та порядок. Не запропонували інтернет - тому не оцінила його якість. В мене був свій. Готель 5*, а тапочки в номер не поклали.

Was horrible stay this time plqcing me in the plam wing while the resort is undergoing massive renovation program. They

Renovation in the palm wing, exiling you in a far left room, a mile from the reception and what added salt to irony, i had to walk everyday another mile to go and have breakfast and dinner at the beach wing. Completely inconvenient and poor planning from Novotel Sharm management.

A good standard hotel split in sea side and the other side of the road. Very nice architecture.

The architecture and the baggage road which is far easier to climb than just stairs when the knees aren't what they used to be.

Did not understand the hotel is devided by a road into beach side and s.k. garden side. Nothing wrong with the garden side, but I expected to hear the waves rolling.

كل شي كان مريح وجميل والصراحه فندق تحجز فيه وانت مرتاح

La situation près de la plage

Réservation faite en petit déjeuner. Repas de type collectivité. La plupart des mets non disponibles dans le restaurant à la carte. L'aile plage/piscine est extrêmement bruyante jusque 23h. l'autre aile au delà de la route est beaucoup plus calme.

Gli spazi sono enormi e ben curati. Le piscine fantastiche, così come la spiaggia privata con la sua barriera corallina. Nei ristoranti si trova di tutto e si mangia più che bene, la posizione è ottima. Per essere un 5 stelle, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è notevole.

Avevamo chiesto la possibilità di cenare in camera la prima notte, perchè, nonostante avessimo prenotato 3 notti con la mezza pensione, la prima sera saremmo arrivati oltre l'orario di chiusura dei ristoranti. Ci avevano dato l'ok e, al momento del check-in, avevano in effetti spontaneamente ribadito che in pochi minuti avremmo avuto la cena in camera. Purtroppo, invece, abbiamo dovuto telefonare alla reception diverse volte per avere notizie della cena e, puntualmente, rispondevano che sarebbe arrivata a momenti, finchè io ho perso le speranze ed il mio compagno si è recato fisicamente in reception per avere spiegazioni. Alla fine, la "cena" è arrivata all'una di notte, cioè ben 3 ore dopo il nostro arrivo delle 22, ed era composta da piccoli panini, qualche affettato e frutta, cioè roba che avremmo trovato per la colazione l'indomani. Alla nostre lamentele hanno risposto che loro per cena intendevano quello... Inutile dire che ci siamo sentiti presi in giro. Inoltre, non mi è piaciuto che, alla fine della vacanza, dopo aver chiesto se fosse andato tutto bene, abbiano domandato il telefono per scrivere la nostra recensione, cosa che ci siamo rifiutati di fare avendo anche fretta di prendere l'aereo.

La struttura è a 5 minuti dal centro di naama bay, molto bella, accogliente, lo staff (anche se quasi nessuno parlava italiano) è molto gentile e simpatico. La spiaggia dispone di una barriera corallina veramente fantastica. La struttura, pulita, dispone di molti servizi e le camere sono molto grandi. Per gli italiani c’è una responsabile, Sara, gentilissima, pronta ad aiutare per ogni esigenza.

Unica pecca, il cibo. Da italiana posso dire che anche riso e pollo non erano molto di mio gradimento, i dolci invece erano molto buoni. Nella spiaggia dell’hotel ci sono dipendenti che cercano di venderti la qualunque a tratti molto insistenti e fastidiosi.
