The staff was absolutely adorable, taking care of me with all their heart. It is such a beautiful and quiet place, I loved my stay in Old Spices B&B !

If you are looking for a quiet and chilled location away from the busy tourist places this is it. Its very quiet and peaceful and lovely for a relaxing break.
The rooms were comfortable and we slept really well.
Sinai old spices has a lovely vibe and you get a very personal service from the guys there. Mohammed was great and was there for transfers and provided taxi if needed at good prices and Akhmed was excellent with everything from breakfast to diner, great guy. It's a small bnb which we liked with more of a family oriented feel which again was nice.
Breakfast was great, fresh fruit salad, varieties of pastries, vegetable salad, click of omelette and cheeses, yoghurts, the choice was really good and included in our price.
Mohammed sourced fresh fish for our evening meals aswell which was very nice and beer was available at a reasonable price to, I'd recommend the local beer, Stella
Location; although offering the perfect environment for relaxation and we liked that very much after doing a very full on trip all over Egypt we would have liked to have had more access on foot to local shops and supermarkets. We needed to take a taxi if we wanted to go anywhere.and go through security.
There is a small local.shop next door selling soft drinks etc which was good and at local prices

The hotel is very good value for money, good environment and pets are allowed to stay with us. Mohammed and Helen are very friendly, we had a small problem during our stay and they helped us solve it quickly. If you want to travel with your pet, choose this place!
Some of the room equipments are a little bit old and need to be replaced.

Peace and quiet, away from the main parts of the hassle in Sharm.
El Fana beach 20 mins taxi ride, only 100 Egyptian to get in includes free sun beds huge umbrella's and a bottle of water....and of course the most glorious reef to see all sorts of fish, turtles, eels etc
Difficult to get trips as they had trouble entering the area due to security checks to pick us up.
Its off the beaten track, but fine if you like that.
No kitchenette(but stated there was one in the room when we booked, same also for the man in the next room), so no way to cook your own food and no restaurant around to eat out, except at the hotel.

The staff here - it was Mohammed and Reddah who were there throughout my stay - were very kind, attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. My luggage didn’t arrive at the airport when I arrived in Egypt but Mohammed really helped me with the process of getting this sorted, going above and beyond his usual duties.
Nothing specific. as noted elsewhere, the location is away from the main part of Sharm el-Sheikh but this also has positives.

Big room, big bed and it's very quiet.
WiFi only up until the washroom, there was no signal in the bedroom. The water in the bathroom was yellow for the first day and a half...there is nothing around it... wherever you want to go you need to ask Mr Mohamed to bring you. Plus, if you want to relax at the pool, you have to take into consideration the mosquitos and flies.

Quite Place,clean.breakfast was really good.
They did not give us our choosen room, but they open another Place because they allready rented our room...so, night time, we Discovery that there was NO WATER in toilette tò flysh and for shower...🤬🤬🤬..also television was not working, even if i asked before...
They make taxi service(guest house is really far from the town)but for two times we had tò wait more than One hour, even if they Say 20 minutes...we had to wait for check in about 4 hours, even if before arriving they Say we could go straight...so, we loose One day for swimming because we had tò wait until 16:00 for check in...
At the end, I think they are good people and we had bad luck with them, but i cannot Say i am Happy.

Amazing ambiance. Just so comfy and warm. Can't wait to return. Safe gated community also.
The staff was very accommodating. Really a jewel.
Low water pressure but for a day or two very bearable even in the fall. Water not so hot. But for the price worth every penny. I loved everything else even friendly cat.

We stayed for two night at Sinai Old Spices- Helen and Mohammed were fantastic host - easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. Location was out of town but we actually enjoyed being away from all the big resorts. The room was clean, large and comfortable. We will definitely have to stay longer next time!

We stayed four nights at Sinai Old Spices and we had the most wonderful time! The rooms are very beautiful and clean, they have everything you need. The bed is super comfortable and it's completely quiet at night, perfect for sleeping. The common areas are amazing, with a pool and a lot of places to sit/lay/relax. The ambiance is calm and peaceful, it feels like heaven. Breakfast is delicious and there's plenty of food. We also had dinner twice at the hotel and it was delicious too! But what makes this place perfect is the staff. They are all very nice, smiling and attentive. Mohamed really cares about the customers, he is super kind and funny. He took care of us and helped us in everything he could. We had hired a tour to the Red Sea with an external company and the car didn't show up. We were very upset that we would miss the Red Sea, so he took as to El Fanaar to spend the day at the beach and do snorkel to see the amazing corals and fish. The same day we had another tour to the Mount Sinai and he made sure we were picked up, he called the company several times until he solved everything for us. He also picked us up and took us back home when the tour finished because we were having problems with the car driver. He basically dealt with every problem we had and looked out for us during our whole stay. Helen and Mohamed are wonderful people with a great heart, we are really glad we met you and we hope to see you again soon! We strongly recommend to anyone wanting to go to the Red Sea to stay here, we are very glad we chose the charm of Sinai Old Spices over the classical resorts in Sharm El Sheikh!
Love,
Conchita and Lucas

it looked nice, cool rooftop view of the surrounding hills, good breakfast, nice cats
some really uncomfortable interactions with the manager, no wifi for our entire stay (manager said it was on my end fault bc his works, but none of our devices worked), their taxi services are highly overpriced, location far away from everything (but there is a corner store), barest-bones “kitchenette”, they could offer much better arrival instructions

It's a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of Sharm. Very good if you want to chill out. It's a long way from the beach but for around 6 Euro one way you can catch a taxi to a snorkeling place. There are some small shops in the village to buy fruit, some food and water, only 100 m from the place. The swimming pool is great especially at night and so is the rooftop. Good service from the staff. Dollar and Euro also excepted. Good WiFi. Dinner is delicious at the guest house.
If you walk around the guest house into the desert there is a lot of garbage. Wish Sharm super rich city would clean that up. Good thing I saw a desert fox from 5 m away. Guess they come looking for the trash.

A wonderful 2 first nights in Egypt in this very charming B&B. The place is just beautiful and we loved staying near the pool and relax. Mohamed was absolutely amazing and took such good care of us from the moment we arrived. It's really good value and very recommanded if you want a quiet and authentic place to stay in Sharm El Sheikh!

Nice accommodation with beautiful decor. Perfect for one night.
For those who want to stay in Sharm El-Sheikh I don't recommend this place, because it's too far from everything. the prices in sharm, especially for taxis, are an abuse.

The location gave a lot more of a local feel, which we appreciated.
The owner, Helen, was a thoroughly friendly person who we very much enjoyed the company of.
The rooms exceeded our expectations in how clean, well presented and functional they were. The pool area and large breakfast are worth a mention too.
Whilst the location really suited us as it’s away from the hustle and touristic vibe of the beach areas and Down Town Sharm, be aware that it’s a stretch out of town.
You’ll need a taxi to get to places around town but the bus terminal is conveniently located close by.

The staff went above and beyond in hosting us, made us dinner and met every request with attention and kindness. The owner came to meet our taxi driver to make sure we would find the way to the secluded B&B nestled at the foot of the mountains.

The place has a rustic feeling and is nicelly arranged, good prices, kind staff and peaceful overall. Helen, the host, was very kind to help me reach out for information regarding a tour and anything else while the driver, Mohamed, who was also helping with that, was also very kind to take me to the airport for an early morning flight.
The room in which I was staying, although it had air conditioning, is still felt very hot and humid. Though these were hot days, it would have been good for the AC to be a bit stronger.

The hospitality of the manager.
It's a quiet place for people, perfect for relax.
Very delicious full breakfast.
It's recommended to ask the manager for a transfer and the price is fair.

Lovely, intimate and clean Bed & Breakfast. Communication with management was on point and organisation was flawless. AC, WiFi and Breakfast included, supermarket around the corner and transportation to airport available for a reasonable fee. Given our late flight, we even were allowed to stay way beyond checkout time. Not much more you can ask for.

Authentic, rustic and super relaxing place in little village -very close to beaches and old market full of handmade Egyptian treasures .

Our host Gaby was considerate and just lovely, we were suberbly looked after. The place is a real sweet spot with Boho vibes, breakfast was plentiful with home made jams and cake and the rooms have hot showers, comfy beds and a real chilled vibe. Loads of grand design-like features and a rooftop fire pit for sunsets. It's hippy chic and perfectly inperfect. There's a gorgeous loving cat that visits that I suggest every guest treats like the queen she is ❤️ Thank you Gaby. We'll find it hard to find another stay that matches this place in Sharm. Not for all inclusive seekers, more for peace seekers, which was a rare gem Quality I felt lucky to find.🙏🏼
Everything was perfect for a secluded Boho chic vibe in the mountains.

The property is very nice, lots if space to hang out outside and many different outside areas. It's located outside of the touristic area. Breakfast starts at 8:00am, but the hotel was able to give us some breakfast items the night before so we could have breakfast early before we left at 7:00.
It's not easy to get in and out of this area. The place is difficult to find for many taxi drivers. Some dive centers won't pick up costumers from that area. It takes a good 25 mins to drive to the beach and to the other popular areas in Sharm.

The place was quiet and comfy , and the manager, Gaby, is super friendly and helpful . For sure, I will be coming back here.
It is a place for relaxation with an awesome atmosphere.
I totally recommend it.
10.0 / 10.0
Everything is perfect at this place, especially Gaby who manage the place. I'm not interesting by the city of Sharm because of the big resort and too much tourism, but this place is out of the center on a small and authentic Egyptian village. When I fall on this place on booking.Com I feeled I needed to spend a couples of nights here.
I don't regret it, this place is full of positive energy, we meet extraordinary people, it's definitely a place you leave with a twinge.
